2128/1950 WORDS REQUIRED. Hyperion MASTERED. Right Arm 1A; Cluster Cannon MASTERED.
Karei had just woken up that day.. The sun shining high in the skies. She stretched her arms back and up, taking the stance with the first two tries. She molded the chakra within the strings, connected to her fingers, forming a handseal with her left hand in order to initiate the movement of her puppet, Hyperion. Channelization was a much needed requirement in order to perform this correctly. No matter how hard she tried though, the size and speed of Hyperion was something that she couldn't match. Her eyes could follow his movements, but with every flick of the wrist, he kept moving with a more intense speed. Something that surprised even the Momochi now turned Magnus.
She made a little, almost invisible crouch and released the pressure from her feet, pushing down the pressure from her knees as a secondary chakra speed boost. Almost instantly after releasing the pressure from her feet, she launched herself forward and before she was able to blink, she was 10 meters away from her start spot. Looking back, the white smoke was fusing with the air.. but there was still no pain in her legs or kness.
Damn, a fail again? Karei walked back to her baggage and repeated the process again - pressuring chakra down the feet, pressuring it up the knees, pressuring it down backwards and releasing it instantly. This time, she pressured a larger amount of chakra, aiming to cover a larger distance. She launched herself forwards and instead of stopping at the 10 meter line, she released another amount of pressured charkra. Instead of tapping on the 20 meter line, she released another pressured amount of chakra but instead of covering a 10 meter distance, she felt over the iced floor. "Gyah!" Karei screamed due to the pain that she felt on her feet, barely being able to drag herself back to her baggage and use a skin-apply medicine cream to endure the pain.
After applying the skin cream, Karei managed to pull herself home. On the next day, she went in the Snow Forest which was east from the snow village to test her Body Flicker Technique and a rabbit she saw staying in the middle of her path was a perfect target for her test. Karei slowly walked closer to the rabbit being careful not to be noticed. She walked until she got the rabbit within her radius of ten meters. She once again made this almost invisible crouch, pressured chakra inside her feet and knees and released it in an instant. The rabbit noticed her movements and ran in the opposite direction but it was too late for the poor little creature. Karei launched herself at the rabbit with her Body Flicker Technique and with a second Body Flicker, she equaled to it and managed to capture it. Being able to capture the rabbit proved her that she would be able to move exactly as effectively as now in a battle against creatures on two feet.
Walking from the cave, she looked out of the small wisping entrance, staring at the sky in amazement before thinking of what had happened to her father before her death. Rerunning the memory in her head, she gripped her fist. The antics of hertory once more protruded and came crashing down on Karei's very way of life, causing the remaining Hunter-Nin, famed ninja within Hyougagakure who tracked down escapees or refuges who had left Hyougagakure without officially being denounced from its records, located Karei after only three days of tracking. This led to a brief tussle resulting in the death of a Hunter-Nin, though not by the hands of Karei. They were the hands of her father, Puppet, Hyperion - whom was already well known as being a powerful puppet, despite the fact that Karei couldn't even use him properly. Telling Karei to continue, she waved her off while she stayed and fought the remainder of the Hunter-Nin, urging her to leave if she wanted to keep her life. Before her departure, she threw her a sword which she carried around daily, a prized possession and sheirloom of their family. Nodding and without any hesitation, she nudged his commands off and fought back. The unfortunate measure in which the ninja attacked her was a wrongfully accused warrant, as Sylvia had never had intentions to leave, but merely to train. She felt as if he acted out of personal disregard for the Momochi woman, and not by command of a superior. This, however, was to be expected in a village populated by individuals who would like to do nothing more but kill others.
She flicked her hands, back and forth, back and forth - the chakra strings no longer becoming tangled with confusion. She was finally getting the hang of controlling him, though it was still extremely difficult. He was one of her master creations, and as such, it made it all the more exciting for Karei to successfully reach his full potential. With the gadgets and capabilities he had been implemented with thanks to the creative ingenuity of the young Puppeteer, Sylvia Magnus, she had an almost innumerable amount of capability to transform Hyperion into a brutal slaughtering machine. Her own personal secret weapon.
After about three days of travel, and twelve days of training, she came across a narrow mountain pass, cascaded by rocks and falling boulders from atop the giant structures of mother nature. It was here that she would discover Hyperion's absolute potential, as a boulder came directly from over her and threatened to crush her within its own grasp of relentless force. Utilizing her quick thinking and tactics, she activated the Body Flicker techique and swung Hyperion upward, sending his body through a surge of speed. Flicking her left finger, his left hand would open, revealing a giant basketball-sized morning star like flail, which concurrently dwarfed the rock in size after it annihilated it on impact. This caused the remaining rocks to settle and smash against the mountainside, leaving Karei unharmed.
Unable to keep the channelization of her chakra going through the strings, unbenownst to Karei that using such a weapon actually takes alot of time and skill possessiveness to master, she was determined to make sure she mastered it. If she couldn't use it even once without getting winded, how could she ever use it repeatedly in battle to defend herself? She'd be a sitting duck in a death pit of annihilation. Thrown from the rocks, she fell downward, landing on her knees and hands, looking at the ground; few tears escaping her eyes as Hyperion landed with a crashing thump in front of her. Looking into the sky in remembrance of her unfortunate past, she stood and continued on, tired and famished from days to weeks of training and more training on top of that.
The flashback caused a few momentary drops to fall from hr face, though she knew that all of this would only make her stronger. She slept soundly for the first time, though; being tomorrow would don a new morn. But not the day to mourn. After the Special Jounin has had time to recuperate and rest her tired hands and body, dawn has broken, and the sun was rising high into the sky once more. Slightly awake, Karei knew it was time to get back to training. Walking back into the cave, the meandering woman inside of it would seem exhausted to any eyes who cared to watch from the extensive training procedures aforementioned. Hyougagakure seemed like a safe haven for the time being, especially due to the fact that the village had just recently made a pact with other outlying border towns for peace. She gripped her chakra strings, extending them from palm to finger, squeezing them and getting the feel of Hyperion once more. Gritting her teeth, she continued to perform her duties in accordance with her strict training regiment. There was no giving up. There was no giving in. This world has no place for weak individuals, be it physically or mentally. This was a fact that Karei knew all too well.
Activating a bunshin jutsu sequence, the first clone would jump over the Momochi girl, congealing the remaining sunlight which escaped through holes and crevices in the mountain around her, from above in the high morning and casting over a momentary shadow before the real Karei would jump upward, with a spinning heel kick, slamming the clone directly in the face and sending it flying toward the beckoning call of Hyperion, whom delivered a bone-shattering smash with the flick of Sylvia's finger, releasing the ball of destruction which had previously saved her life on her route to this cave. It was a rather serine environment, and, as far as Karei knew, no one but her knew of its location, regardless of their disposition or ambition to travel outside of the villages countryside. Though Hyougagakure was covered in ice, this was the one place throughout this part of the continent that remained warm and beautiful, tropical trees and unfrozen lakes spread across its boundaries with grace unmatched.
Snapping back into reality, a second clone had already teamed up with a third, throwing a combination punch and kick maneuver toward Karei's chest and lower torso area in an attempt to knock her backward or wind her, though quickly discerning their actions and finding a formidable escape route, the pulled Hyperion to the group, his weight coming down and knocking them off balance just enough to allow Karei to throw a head on punch, maintaining collision with the first clones face, knocking it backward, the second, which would be gripped up by Hyperion, swung the clone around with a thrusting measure, unleashing its full power against the practically illusionary being, slamming it into the face of the second clone. Karei jumped upward, performing a spiraling heel drop in a circular motion, which would concurrently meet both clones and force them into dissipation, a puff of smoke present as they left the realm of physical reality.
The final two remaining clones rushed toward Karei, one spurring forth flurry of punches and kicks at the woman, which bolted at Karei with deft speeds. Noticing the tactic behind the clones prominent attacking patterns, she once more utilised Hyperion's weight to virtually trample the clones movement, making it stumble off balance, diving forward in a spinning motion, she'd land on her hands and push backward, flipping and delivering a jaw shattering kick to the face of the clone, sending it backward with relentless force. Landing backward, it stood up, wiping its mouth. Karei knew her clones were tough, but jesus christ, stay down you bastards! The clone jumped onto the shoulders of the other remaining clone, which was just now heading toward Sylvia, whom concurrently grabbed the hands of the clone below, doing a front flip, launching the clone toward Karei with her fist held outward in an attempt to strike the girl with magnificent power. In terms of this however, such speeds, attained, would probably break the fist or forearm of the attacker, considering someone of Sylvia's magnitude wasn't built for physical practicalities, but moreso mental usage to overcome and adapt to any situation given.
Quickly reacting to the probability of the clones attack, she quickly weighed out the possibility of defense or offense, though ultimately came to the decision of both. Shifting her weight to the side, the clone would just barely graze her ribcage on the right side of her body, brushing against her as it reached in surprise at Karei's agility. Throwing down an elbow, it slammed into the neck of the clone, crushing the imaginary bone which would have been there if it were physically real. After all, such an attack would break the neck of any other opponent unless they were like Hyperion, whose body was made of sheer polyflex steel, which may actually result in the breaking of the falling elbow rather than vice versa. However, seeing as it was a clone, it would simply poof back out of existence. Hyperion stood close to the remaining clone, allowing Karei to force a rib shattering kick to the clone with such primordial might that it nearly shook the ground beneath them. Without time to react, the clone dissipated and fell into nothingness.
Smiling, the training session had been concluded, and she had mastered the usage of her puppet, Hyperion, as well as his brand new wrecking ball of death. Opening the compartment in his torso, she climbed inside, and controlled the puppet from within, going back home to rest after her rigorous training accomodations had been met.
