Level One - The user uses a near-by water source, within ten feet of the user, to create a large amount of mist. This mist covers fifteen meters around the user, at first, and then stays in place. The Mist prevents Chakra trackers from finding the user, as the mist has the user's chakra signature.
Level Two (1000 Words of training with the Hidden Mist Tech) - The user is capable of using the moisture in the air to create the mist.
With both levels, the user is capable of controlling the amount of thickness the mist has, by kneading chakra into it. (To make it thicker, +5 chakra, less thick, +5 chakra.)
