The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Tackle - Since it can be used in conjunction with Dash, I need the damage power of both Tackle on its own, and with Dash involved. Broken bones, loss of breath, etc. Do this and bump please.
Now I shall take this over on Dom's request since I have more knowledge of the pet system so let us get more in depth. As Dom said just a general idea of how much damage Tackle can do on its own as well as how much Dash increases that damage. Nothing to terrible just like if he were to run into a crick wall or something would he slam straight through or whatever.
If you could be a little more in depth about the musk that'd be great. Like will it affect ninja? Also would it affect other pets and/or summon creatures
After that it doesnt look to bad so it should be approveable
Alright, I'm not sure about the whole damage thing for tackle. So, um... I don't know >< It's just a 75 pound object slamming into another object at whatever velocity it's going, there's nothing special about it and I can't find anything about impact damage on a human. The only difference using it with Dash is that using Dash is the same mass going at strictly 60 mph. At any other time the velocity will vary because of the speed it's already going along with its acceleration and all that. The only thing I know for sure at this point is that the faster its going, the more damage it's going to cause. =/
As for the musk, it just stinks. Nothing special about it. It will affect ninja/pets/summons if they use their nose very often I suppose. Normal usage is to mark territory. I suppose that since I can, I'll make it able to use it on command rather than simply when it wants to mark its territory.
Hmm, well we can do some basic physics using the Impact Force formula to get a rough estimate of the maximum damage with dash turned on and normal tackle would range from about a third to half as effective as that I think.
Impact Formula; 2mv/t
m (mass) = 75lb (34 kg) v (velocity) = 60 mph (26.8 m/s) t (time of impact) = for this example lets say the impact lasts only two seconds
This is pretty much the amount of force needed to shatter bone which recently I have been told is a B rank level of power. Also by extension of this I would say that tackle WITHOUT dash being used has enough force behind it to fracture bones but not fully break them so long as there are no other forces working on Hunter to amplify the damage.
Pretty much just knock up Dash to a B rank technique and I can approve this for you and price it since that level of power is perfectly acceptable.
