Personality: Renga has a diverse personality. One one hand he is a casual person who loves pranks and having fun. His other side though, has a hair pin trigger into rage. One word about his friends, family, or height anger him greatly. He loves to fight once angered an on't let up his assault until the opponent has surrendered, fallen unconscious, or if Renga himself has grown to tired.

Likes: Renga, like an other normal shinobi, likes to fight, gamble, and have fun. Some other interests of his are sparring, which is often what he is doing, whether by himself or with a partner. He frequently goes running to build his speed, which is already that of a normal special jounin. His final interest is in treasure hunting. Renga is always on the search for rare artifacts that will help him in the long run.

Dislikes: Renga has several dislikes. One of which is being insulted for his height. Though he is a person of normal stature, he is still shorter than most shinobi, making him normally made fun of for him. This in one of the several pet peeves that cause him to grow angry. Another dislike is open ocean. Since Renga was a boy, he has feared the open sea for the reason that his brother drown saving him during a flood.

Motivation: Renga has the motivation to become a great assassin someday. He trains in fist skills and weapon skills regularly to become better. His whole life has practically been dedicated to training. He also searches for his brother, who supposedly dead. He still has a glimmer of hope for the fact that his brother may still be alive.

Fears: Renga only has one true fear, and that is the ocean. When Renga was younger his family lived close to a large river and it flooded occasionally. He fell from his house into the water and was carried away until his brother came to his rescue. In the process though, his older brother drown. From that day, Renga was deathly afraid of the open ocean.

History: Birth and Childhood:
Renga was born during a legendary lightning storm in his village. During the storm his house was struck by a stray bolt, electrocuted him within an inch of his life. Due to this he became a primary user of raiton jutsu. He grew up living isolated from other people. Instead he focused on his training and weapon skills.

Though out his childhood, Renga avoided being social, even with his family. He crafted a training room out of straw, wood, and rock. Hours every day were spent training, rather than spending time with other people. He soon began to break the training dummies regularly so he started to drag large rocks from the near river to by his house.

Great Flood and Brother's Death:
When Renga was eleven, the monsoon season came like any other year. This time was different though, the rain continued far beyond the normal time period. The river rose far beyond the normal limits and flooded the plains. Renga stepped onto the front part of his house to see the waters daily to mark the water levels.

One day he was doing this and a large gust of wind threw him into the river. The current was strong and began to sweep him away, but his brother was close enough to see the incident. He jumped into the water to save his brother, and dragged him back to the house. As he was climbing back onto the porch a large piece of debris slammed into him, knocking him off the porch. Renga lost sight of his brother, and never saw him again. From that day on, Renga was greatly afraid of open water.

Academy:
Renga entered the at the age of fourteen, which was old compared to the ten and twelve year olds that are normally in the academy classes. Compared to the age though, he was much stronger and faster than the others who were his age in the village. He mastered the academy arts and graduated rather quickly.

Hermit Life and Resettlement:
After graduating from the Ninja Academy, Renga left his village and traveled the world to see what was around and all the others he could meet. It was during this journey he discovered his love for rare items and his love for collecting them. While out on his journey he stopped in Sabakugakure to visit. It was here that he discovered a hint that his brother may still be alive. From that point he returned home to Boufuugakure and settled down, hunting for clues to his brother's survival.

RP Sample: Excerpt from Neji Hitogumo

Neji as showered with wood scraps as the table landed next to him. He finished his charging and emitted web from his mouth. He now had six knife-shaped shurikans in his hands. He jumped onto the pillar he was on before and watched Etai's moves. Now there were four thieves down total. He saw the thief that he injured earlier still laying on the ground, but he was by himself now. Neji left him for later. With only six left he was going to drag them out and separate them. Step one, throw two web kunai at the middle of the group of five. He smirked as the did what he had predicted, jump out of the way, leaving a space between the two groups. Now there was a group of three, and a group of two.

In a quick flick of the wrist of one of the thieves, Neji felt a pain on his cheek. With a free hand he felt blood. He didn't know what had hit him, but he was going to make them pay now. The group of two was the first priority. He jumped from the pillar so he would land directly on them. One had a katana, so Neji threw of the web knives at his feet and slashed at his throat with another. His heels came don into the chest of the bandit on the right. He fell to the ground under Neji's weight and began to cough heavily, trying to catch his breathe. Neji spat in his face and threw the last two knives at the dying men on the ground to put them out of their misery. The injured man from earlier, and now the man with the katana were both dead, leaving only four alive.

Neji punched the man in the face with two fists and lifted him off the ground afterward. He threw him face first at the table scraps and watched him slide on the ground. The man tried to crawl away, but Neji stomped on him back and a loud crack and scream could be heard, but Neji wasn't done. He grabbed onto the mans left arm with three of his and began to pull. Bones cracked, muscles tore, and blood spilled on the ground until the arms was detached from the body. To his surprise, the man wasn't dead yet, though barely breathing. Neji swung the arm at his head, breaking his neck with the force of the impact. He turned and looked at the other three men who were gazing at him and Etai. There was no escape for them.
