The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Yuen knew how Chuunin Exams went, or at least the survival kind, they were ones that allowed her to unveil her knowledge of medical Ninjutsu to its fullest however she would also recall much tragedy that surrounded her in such a formality. None the less she would enter into the stadium with little regard for her life. She wore black leggings that came down to her knees, black fishnets traveling from there down to her bare feet opening at the heel and the toes while her top sported something quite calm, a tunic type top that extended past her hips.
This top was quite similar to most fugitive ninja while this was bared she had her storm village head band on, covering one eye in its slanted form while her mid back length red hair was along her frame steadily. Her left thigh held the kunai equipment strapped to it for easy access. Her body was agile as it could ever be and she would not mind proving it as it would seem the stadium itself was all concrete everywhere though there were some stadium watch beams up top and around. This mattered little to Yuen as she would rub her head and sigh.
“Yuen from the storm village: reporting in,” She would say noticing her opponent was not here yet as she waited on the far end. She wondered if ‘he’ was here, watching her today. If he was she would put on a good show, that was all she wanted was to fight for right now, and it did not matter who it was to her because no matter what she would do her best. Rokubi inside her be damned if he has a thing to say about the fight, she would do this for her own self, that was all she could do.

Eden fell sorrowful as the hours passed and the other genin had not arrived to take on the girl Yuen from Boufuugakure. He was hoping for such an exciting fight this time but he was let down yet again. Oh, Shinoe...what will I do... He shook his head and then looked around the inside of the building one last time for the new girl who had just recently joined the village as a genin. Eden thought back to when he had first met the girl out at the docks and how eventful that day was. How much of an idiot he was too, though that was not abnormal for him considering his social awkwardness and also when around Miyako who was color blind. It made him angry that day for making fun of her for it and he vowed he wouldn't do it again. It was so funny at that moment, but it truly wasn't a good thing to do, especially if he wanted to make friends. Eden sighed as he spoke aloud so that everyone in the building could hear him. "By default, Yuen of Boufuugakure wins this match. The other genin did not arrive on time, so she will no longer be able to participate in the rest of the Chuunin Examinations. Congratulations, Yuen." With that being said, he walked up to the girl and spoke so that only she could hear him. "Perhaps I can meet you more properly later on today, Yuen. Saigai has told me much about you." After speaking this, he would seemingly vanish from sight by the girl's eyes and await her hopefully around the town some time that day.

Yuen would scratch her head lightly as she had waited hours for the opponent to arrive and to no avail either. She would sigh heavily in the manner as well with her eyes going to the proctor in the fashion, as she would already feel her beast growling and wanting to rip something apart, preferably something warm. She would hold it in though as she looked to the proctor who had announced her the victor of this round by default. Indeed, she had hated that with a passion however, she were not in charge on such an occasion so she would wave to the crowd when announced the default victor.
The wave was fake; it was mainly just a goodbye until next time wave. So as that was in her mind she would be stopping in her tracks when the proctor came to her and said something quite interesting and something like that had caused her to blush immensely, Saigai-sempai spoke about her. She could not quite fathom how in the world that was but she liked it nonetheless. Yuen would shake her head and then smile as she recalled something about Saigai-sempai. “Certainly I would love to, Saigai-sempai told me a little about you as well.” In addition, with that she was off just like the proctor who disappeared.
