The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. The water cylinder is 8 meters high and 2 meters thick, S rank fire jutsu can break this wall, A rank fire type jutsu are weakened by down to B, B rank fire justus are weaken down to D and C or lower type fire justus are completely repelled. C Rank jutsu and higher are capable of completely penetrating through. B or higher lightning justu can also break the jutsu completely.  Kunai and other throwing weapons would be completely stopped due to water density. Sword and sword like weapons speeds are reduced significantly. Lasts 3 posts with 4 post cooldown.

Description: Using the hydrification technique, the user, instead of becoming water, becomes a cool mist by controlling the water molecules that make up the body. The mist body works in nearly the same way as the water body can accept it tends to lack much physical weight and is also susceptible to wind jutsu, able to easily disperse the mist body, but the user is able to command/think himself back together and the body will reform. The user can also revert back to the normal form whenever they so choose.

Description: The technique places a small seal that blends in colour with the users skin to the point where one is unable to detect it with the human eye. The seal can last up to two topics and a person/ living being can only have a max of two places on them at a time. The seal is incapable of being put on nonliving entities/objects and to attempt such would just be a waste of chakra. (costs A-Rank jutsu chakra to place it). Now once the seal is placed, it is under the control of the very person on which it was placed. The seal is able to expand on command taking .5 seconds to expand while the center is instantly takes its place, forming a big hexagon-like shield, inches above the skin, with its center directly where the seal was placed. The shield is made up of chakra and is essentially weightless but while its activated the person who has the shield placed on them is unable to move. If the user is already moving, say falling down, then the user will continue in their current direction but are unable to change direction until the shield dissipates. The shield allows for blocking of any technique and any force behind the technique (No pushback), but required the user to give up chakra matching the amount of the techniques it is blocking. So if you block a B-Rank jutsu, you have to pay B-Rank chakra, if you block 2 C-Ranks, you have to pay C-Rank chakra x2. S-Rank takes 75 chakra to block. The shield also blocks Taijutsu, usually sending the force right back, so for example, if someone had A-Rank strength, but D-Rank Endurance, they'd probably break their arm if they punched the shield. If its used to block Taijutsu it also takes the chakra cost equal to the rank of the technique, or if its just a normal technique (Normal ol punch/kick), the shield only needs 5 chakra pay. Same goes for weapon techniques. The shield is useless against Genjutsu

• The personal use Cooldown for people with this seal on them will need to be longer. Basically this jutsu is circumventing the cooldown requirement for an A Ranked jutsu being the case, the cooldown for the shield should still be 8 posts.

• So how many seals can be placed in all? Is there are limit or can you just give shields to everyone until you run out of chakra?
  
• Does the shield way anything, is your maneuverability affected in any way?
  
• How quickly does the shield expand?
  
• I understand that it can stop the jutsu but will the force from jutsu push you back or is it also repelled?
  
• Cooldown still needs to be 8 not 6.

Description: Saizo, using his expertise for Fuuinjutsu developed a technique that matches all known sealing formulas (Is significantly weaker to character created seals aka custom made). In order to avoid learning hundreds of sealing and unsealing jutsu, he created the key that fits all keyholes. This jutsu allows the user to match the seals key, allowing one to either tighten or loosen it, but not destroy/dispel it. He can tighten it to nearly closed all the way or loosen it to just about completely open (He can't force anything out, but if whatever is inside wants out, its pretty much a guaranteed exit). The user needs to be in direct contact and perform a turning of the wrist (While maintaining full contact) for the jutsu to succeed. The jutsu is also only able to tighten or loosen, not both at the same time, that would be kind of silly, anyways. If a seal is pretty much wide open, though, this technique can shut it again, sucking back in whatever it was that was crawling through.

Description: The sealing formula is used to seal (Or reinforce another seal) any target into a human body or an object, and is mainly used when a giant enemy or evil spirit needs to be sealed away. The beasts or spirit must be restrained before hand. The user is able to stack up most three of the seal, making a 9 symbol seal. Bijuu would cost 3 seals, weak spirits would be 1 and everything in between would be 2. If the seal were to be interrupted before the necessary amount is placed, then the the target would break out no problem. Also, if the target for the sealing breaks out of its restraints, then the sealing can't occur. Each extra seal beyond the first is ten additional chakra to the initial cost.
