The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The sword averages about 3 1/2 feet in length and light weight. The blade is dual-edged with a sturdy point; the handle guard is decorated with gold and the handle itself its a crimson grip with golden bands and a golden pummel at the end. The blade itself is an ice-blue metal color and it exudes a ice-blue aura when using the Space Step ability.
Abilities:
Space Step: Uchūhametsu is capable of cutting through the fabric of space for the sole reason of traveling. The user can travel from one place to another without any requirements for travel word counts. They still need to create a topic in the Travel Section though. This ability has a 2-day cooldown. Uchūhametsu can take more than one person with this portion of the ability.
Advanced Substitution #1: With this two-pronged ability, Uchūhametsu becomes applicable in combat. This ability allows Semasu to substitute herself, thus dodging an attack, without the use of an object and without prior preparation. This ability has a 5-post cooldown.
#2She may also use this ability on other people or even objects (objects are limited to his knowledge of their location) in a topic, thus being able to substitute herself for the other person or object. In a normal topic, this would require a cooldown of 4 posts for an object or 6 posts for a person. In battle, this would require a cooldown of 5 posts for an object or a cooldown of 7 posts for a person.
History: This weapon has a fickle nature, it is fabled to appear only to those it deems worthy of its wielding- as such, it travels via space to places where people will not find it. It is said to just "appear" out of nowhere in front of its self-appointed master. Such was the case when it appeared before Semasu Rankujo, she had been relaxing at her house and enjoying a cup of tea when the sword suddenly appeared from a rip in space and rested in her lap. At first she was bewildered and on-guard, but after a while she realized it was no trick and even inquired from many swordsmen and elders about the weapon- this was when she discovered its name and origin.
The blade was made by a legendary skilled sword-smith who sought unconventional uses of weapons, it is said that this sword-smith poured his own chakra into the blade while crafting it, along with his desire to travel the world. The Uchūhametsu was the result, at first- the sword was content with just being used by its creator, but it suddenly disappeared one day while in his grasp.
