The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Deep into the depth of darkness lies the one who finds all things trivial, a meditation ground for a single person while along the obsidian walls were torches most recently lit. Able to give light to everything around him. Alex’s breath sped and slowed all at once, a steady pace to his own as he would breath with a repetitive gander upon himself. He enjoyed the peace of the dark cave, probably was the coolest place out of the whole ruined area in his opinion while he was used to the heavy winds of the Shippugakure he enjoyed this place as well. Indeed the area was all different from himself, far different though he did happen to train effectively here, and here his katon training ensued. The evolution of utilizing jutsu to burn and frame things in fire was always a specialty of his as he would be training for the heat.
Accepting it and taking it into his bodily frame without any circumstance to endanger himself. Indeed this line of heating was dangerous and it was for this danger that he continued to revolutionize his own learning experience. The failure of this village would be a triumph to his own training so to speak. He would speak the warriors tome, a tome of hidden strength that fueled his own knowledge of training, “The fires of which I walk, the palms of which I beat the drum. Feel the burn upon thy skin as it will engrave itself into you. Pardon those who feel the cold, for they know nothing of warmth. Destroy those of the humid times for they know false heat. Live in the heat, embrace the heat, and above all, live in the fires of your heart.” His speech ended in silence of the meditation though such a mature voice seemed to echo through the cave, his own heart of troubles was yet to be resolved.

The warrior's tome.. Thought Spira, entering near silently into the cave, his own heart racing, as if the conflict was inevitable. The only particular word he could think of then, was Magia. Yes, this would be his theme for this fight, if any as it served it's purpose well when he combatted Jojo in the past. He feared not the consequences, nor the misfortune of finding the source of his chaos within a perfect place to fight, but also a good place to die if it came down to it.
Guess it's time I followed my sister into the afterlife... Even as he spoke hardly above a breath, he stepped forth into the coolest area within some miles, the wind from outside forces causing his coat to flutter slightly, his footsteps not even echoing from the walls. For some reason, he hated the person he saw, though unexplainable, as if he blamed the man.
