When Altair wishes, the mist will fall into a large pool of blood under the target and the user. After the blood is in a large puddle, the user jumps into the air,holding the tiger seal. Once this is done, the blood hardens, coming up to spike into the body of the target, impaling them. The genjutsu can not be broken by kai, but can be taken away by pain. If the target wakes up before the blood has become a puddle, or after it is a puddle before Altair uses the finishing part of the jutsu, they can escape the blood.{If the person escapes the blood before Altair activates the final part of the jutsu, or if they escape after he activates it, the large puddle of blood can still be used and his Blood Mastery is automatically activated.}(The puddle is half of the mist measurements) This has a ten post cooldown, and other techniques involving blood can not be used for three turns after this. I've just re-read your character application that was approved, and you have Fuuinjutsu, Ninjutsu, and Kenjutsu listed as your character's specialties, not Kekkei Genkai or Genjutsu as it says in your character profile. You cannot have either Sleeping Dance of the Sakurakage, nor can you have Genjutsu capabilities in Revolutionary Bloodmist: Your End.

That was supposed to be changed when I made Altair the sakurakage as at the time I was planning those three for my clan which I just gave up on. I just let it slip my mind to request the change from tenzou.

Sorry, once your character is approved, you may not change your specializations. You are stuck with fuuinjutsu, kenjutsu, and ninjutsu.

Then my clan jutsu would be unusable as most look like ninjutsu. And Bloodline isn't one of my specilizations either ya unreliable douche. :/

As well as this happening, the blood mist is being breathed into their lungs, and is not coming out. It condenses once it reaches the alveoli(little air sacs in the lungs), becoming the liquid blood once more. But because of it being Altair's blood, it is the density of steel.(Effects from his bloodline). And if the target does not drown by this, then within two posts, the steel blood will spike, poking out holes within the lungs, to let their blood in. This gives way to internal bleeding, which will kill the opponent in a matter of four turns. The genjutsu can not be broken by pain, but can be broken by kai. If they wake up before breathing in too much of the blood, they may be able to escape with their lives. This has a ten post cooldown, and other techniques involving blood can not be used for three turns after this.

This is an extremely powerful technique. I think the blood in the lungs part is too overpowered. So to attack someone from within I'm going to have to say no. However, the other effects of the genjutsu are legit. Pain should be a way out, due to the kai rules. For if a user has no genjutsu specialty, they will never be able to break from it. In terms of usage, I say 2 times per topic with the ten post cooldown in between

Now, with it becoming ninjutsu at the end, what happens to the blood if the person breaks from it? Is it still a continuous process with the ninjutsu attack even though the genjutsu failed??

Description: No handseals required. By making themself bleed, the user drips a bit into the ground, which quickly absorbs it. After a moment, the blood mixes with any moisture and water particles under the soil(works best in wet terrain,worst in sand) and creates a large pool of blood underneath the battlefield. This pool of blood is automatically shaping itself into a large circle about fourty meters in circumference. At the will of the user, the blood pushes upwards, unfolding the earth around it, breaking upwards in a great spectacle. With the ground open, blood pushes out to begin twisting, and wrapping around, creating a large lotus made out of steel-density blood.(Ninety Meters High, Fourty in Circumference). This takes up the battle field, destroying any trees or other plant life. This being the new battlezone, the user is able to draw power from the blood lotus, controlling it completely.This takes two turns to gather up underground before it can burst up, and only stays for a maximum of four turns. This move can be taught, and it pushes up from the ground at the speed of 60mph. For every turn this is up, it costs the user an additional 10 chakra. With this move, altair is able to use his other kekkei genkai(See manipulation in the paragraph) without expending more of his blood. As well as being able to spike the blood at his opponent(the blood moves at a speed of fourty miles an hour;they're the length of nine feet, and are as dense as a full grown elephant's trunk.)

Elaborate how you would draw its power and control it...do you manipulate it to do whatever it is you want? Or am I over interpreting?

Basicall altair would just be able to take the blood and perform his other kekkei genkai without expending more blood, or just have it spike out at the opponent.
