The wet spring season had arrived to his dissatisfaction as the curse of overcast and perpetual rain were primed to seal the great efforts of the sun. Although it was more sensible for him to have gotten used to the conditions in Shippugakure by now seeing as how he had spent his entire life within the village. However to the young Kogure there was nothing quite like the sunshine on a clear day. A blessing that was barely bestowed upon the denizens of the hurricane region. Albeit ironic upon further thought as these condensed and saturated lands were the very reason he was able to be a shinobi.
The elements of the area were solely responsible for the Kinunochi that flowed persistently through his veins. Perhaps such irony was the reason he never verbalized his usual dislike for the village trademark weather. The positives he reaped from it would almost make it seem that he was speaking ill of his own abilities in some way, and of course such allegations would be the furthest from the truth. A calm wind began to stir as he took his sapphire hued irises from the skies above and glanced over the mission scroll he had been given from the villages task center. His assignment proved to be more of volunteer work as he needed to provide assistance with property damage from the influx of storms.
Turning his head back over his shoulder he quickly gazed upon the house he had just passed with which he noticed was heavily battered by the elements.
"Fixing up this place should suffice." He uttered to himself as he performed an about face an approached the single story home. Upon his entrance the small set of wooden stairs leading up to the porch creaked in weakness setting a tone for the rest of the properties overall condition. The inside had been completely abandoned most probably due to evacuation protocol. Most of the remaining furniture had been ruined by water damage and rearranged chaotically by the hurricane force winds that swept through.
Most notably however was the gaping hole in the roof above. Jutting his eyes downward the slabs of wood that were piled just below proved to be the residual pieces from the once in tact roof.
"First things first. Sureddo Seigyo!" He exclaimed as the fibers from his forearm rapidly grew in a protruding fashion, weaving themselves into cloth the same brownish color as the roof above. Controlling the fabric freely through the air he shaped it into a large rectangular slab, big enough to cover and seal the immediate hole in the roof.
Once sealed to stick with a light base of chakra the controlling strands were effectively retracted until pulled snug for a perfect fit.
"Now for the wood." He added as he detatched the residual cloth from the roof with chakra and directed it towards the pile of wood adjacent to him on the floor. Creating a wider amount of cloth he covered and wrapped the wood before picking it up with the strength of the free floating fabric. After making his way outside the young Genin scaled the side of the house with chakra applied to his feet, easily making his way up onto the roof.
He strategically applied the slabs of wood above the cloth covering he had created from the inside, and before long, effectively re-pieced the roof back together using only his Sureddo Seigyo technique. Reaching in his pocket he pulled out a fist full of nails he had scavenged from the inside. All that was left to do now was nail the boards in place. After fully retracting his fibers and canceling his jutsu, the young Kogure nailed down the roof top wood slabs with the back end of his kunai. An odd measure, but it was much more convenient than scouring the property for a hammer that could potentially be anywhere beneath the mess of furniture.

The cloth can be freely controlled as well as manipulated to create shapes of varying size, wrap around, and or cover anything desired provided the user can produce the appropriate amount of cloth.
