The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Genma is easygoing and most of the time perverted. However, he is quiet and has a huge passion when it comes to art. During his times at the Academy he trained diligently under the Academy Instructor and scored high grades on the big tests. He graduated at the age of 13.
To family, Genma is affectionate and caring, he is also very open about his feelings around his family. He always treats them like they are supposed to be treated, and he loves them with all his care. He will do anything to protect them, and he often trains for them to someday provide them the protection they may need during the time of battle.
To friends, Which Genma doesn't have many of, Genma is the same way to his friends as he is to his family. Infact, he treats them like a second family, he opens up and tells them his secrets. Often, he will do anything for them as well, but he is not too gullible to do anything that would get him in trouble.
To strangers, Genma is quiet, and he won't speak to strangers unless it's obligated or in other words required. If he sees that they are to be hostile around, he prepares himself for something weird to occur. If they are fine, he will simply address them as companions or acquaintances.
When strangers are mean to him and constantly bother him, Genma's Uzumaki blood kicks in. He becomes very hostile and will have a very short temper. Because of this he is liable to attacking people he doesn't know. However, he still knows the difference between friends and enemies.
Likes: Genma likes to train, and he does it almost every day. He also likes meat, and he is a fan of art and literature. Genma is also very fond of sweet stuff, and mostly candy.
Dislikes: Genma dislikes people who take advantage of him being nice to them. He also hates vegetables.
