Bloodline Name: Ranton(Storm Release)

Bloodline Ability: Ranton is an advanced nature Kekkai Genkai that combines the Raiton and Suiton elements into a single powerful element. Ranton can manifest in one of two forms. The first is as beams of energy that can flow like water and be manipulated with high precision. These beams are high speed, heavy impact techniques which can either be piercing in nature or explode upon contact with the force of roughly 5 normal explosive tags. The main weakness of this form is that the beams must flow from their origin point on the users body and if that flow or body part is interrupted they can be stopped prematurely. The second manifestation of Ranton is in the form of dark thunder clouds surging with lightning. These clouds lack the direct attack power of the previously mentioned form, however this is balanced by the severe increase in versatility. These clouds can limit enemy movement, serve as a powerful defense, and even provide visual cover.

Physical Traits: The Isamu clansmen tend to all have naturally fair builds. This being, most shinobi from the Isamu clan are very cut and defined. They tend to have white hair, but this trait is not guaranteed, when a child is born without the signature white hair, they are viewed as a blessing. Upon reaching the age of maturity or when the clan head deems fit, each member is branded with this symbol on the bicep of their dominant arm.

Clan History: The Isamu clan was not an accident. It's conception was planned by two shinobi families whom were renowned for their abilities with both raiton and suiton respectively. It was long ago when the first Kekkai Genkai were beginning to appear and the arrival of these new powerful techniques made both families question their superiority. In the interest of mutual benefit they joined their clans together and began interbreeding their sons and daughters with the hopes of creating a new Kekkai Genkai. These hopes bore fruit in 9 generations with the birth of the first child capable of using Ranton.

With the appearance of this new style they moved to the then newly formed Bofuugakure and pledged loyalty, in exchange for giving them a home. Life was good however it was not fulfilling for the clan as there was little use for powerful shinobi when all the village leader was interested in was building temples. For a long time they simply trained to master the arts of swordsmanship and ninjutsu waiting for a time when they would be needed . Thus a more aggressive Kage came, the Isamu could not help but find joy as the new leader expanded territories producing a need for capable fighting shinobi. The Isamu proved their worth by assisting in quelling various battles, domestic and foreign.

Description: After making two hand signs the user channels ranton chakra into on of their limbs and releases a single beam of energy that can have its trajectory changed freely. It has an impact force equivalent to one explosive tag. The user must remain still in order to control this technique and it is released in a "stream" so if it hits something or that stream is interrupted the jutsu will end.

Description: After forming a string of handseals the shinobi forms a thick dark storm cloud above the intended area. This cloud hovers about 40ft high and is around 5m in diameter. At the will of the shinobi the cloud can fire lightning bolts and provide heavy rain for the shinobi. It has minor electromagnetic properties, so if a metal projectile is thrown its trajectory will be pulled slightly upwards. With this being a storm cloud Fuuton attacks of C Rank or higher can dispel the cloud.

Description: The Isamu clansmen must first execute a small combination of handseals. After the handseals have been successfully executed, Ranton chakra is surged through an object of the shinobi's liking. Whether it be a fist, leg, weapon, etc. Only items making contact with the shinobi can be enhanced, so ally's cannot receive this enhancement, and if a weapon was enhanced then dropped the enhancement ends. The enhancement is represented by a thick white glow, making fist resemble white orbs. Weapons have enhanced cutting capabilities, and at the Isamu members will can extend 5 feet from their tip. Imbued imbued limbs have the electric shock of Raiton, inflicting burns and the fluidity of Suiton allowing extension. The limbs may only provide blunt damage similar to the feel a punch or kick, but of course with an electric charge.

Description: The user uses his Storm Release to create several bright beams of electricity that shoot at his enemy from clasped fist. A halo of bright energy spreads from the shinobi's hands as he uses this technique. The beams are able to alter their direction after being fired, with pin point precision. Each beam has an impact force equivalent to ten explosive tags. The user must remain still in order to control this technique and it is released in a "stream". The number of bolts depends on the amount of chakra that is spent on the attack. Default 15 Bolts. They can surge through the ground and various other surfaces and maintain their power.
