The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Silence. It is the first thing that anyone would notice upon entering the Obitus Ring. A construct that was built for the amusement of the people, one that stood as a harsh reminder of bearing the name of a criminal within the lands of Tsukigakure. A place that held no one at this time of night, with the exception of one. A single man stood at the edge of one of the railings that held the front row seats to this arena. The silver hair was note worthy on a night as it was the most one would be able to clearly distinguish, added with the moon being as full as it was, they complimented one another greatly.
The man leaned forward as if to get a better view of something that was currently unseen to any who would try and figure it out. His slit-like eyes focused on something in the arena but to the better knowledge of any sane person, there was nothing more than marble and granite. It was then that he would whisper "And another falls to his mighty blade. Can anyone stop this god of the arena?" 1/30

Eden on this full moon came to visit the Obitus Ring, a place where once upon a time it was used to kill of criminals of the country by putting them up against fearsome opponents for the citizens of the country's amusement. It was a dark time. Eden had witnessed such sites when he was younger and enjoyed the bloodshed very much. He had even participated in them twice and remained undefeated even as a child. Those were grand days and nights, and as he came up to the structure, he could still smell the blood that once filled the great arena's grounds and walls. Walking through its arches brought back memories of his own to the forefront of his mind, grinning at the thoughts of such splendid bloodshed. Walking up the stairs to the railing where it led to the center of the arena, he laughed aloud gently and jumped into the arena, walking to its center and looking up at the bright moon that lit the entire place. He payed no mind to whoever was in the arena with him before he himself had arrived since the other person was likely enjoying the night as Eden was. He knew someone was in the area due to his mind's eye which merely gave him estimates on peoples' locations around him. "Such a wonderful night, the moon so bright, shining her light upon this once grand arena."

The man continued to whisper to himself, naming non-existing fights and imagined critical moments in a fight that never existed. The man was enjoying himself highly in this but his attention and commentary were halted at the sight of something else. In the once empty ring, stood a single person that stood amidst the moonlight and marble. The man stood out like none other in the current setting. The person had long black hair that looked like a starless night sky and his body covered in what he thought to be bandages. He let his head raise in curiosity as the man then began to speak aloud about how nice of a night it was with the moon as bright as it was. He looked from one side of the arena to the other and found no one else, at least that he himself could see.
He would raise his hand slightly in a small greeting toward the man whilst speaking "Once?" He placed his forearms against the railing and leaned forward more so as to look down upon the man "The sight is plenty grand from where I stand." 2/30

Eden turned around, hearing the voice of the person who was within the arena with him and saw a man with short silver-ish hair and a black cloak with red designs all over its surface. He had seen the design before, back during his week vacation in Shippuugakure. It was an interesting turn of events, but he did not want to start anything this night. It was too beautiful and gentle to be causing a ruckus under the beautiful moon. He noticed the man wave to him and asked why Eden had said "once" and he laughed in a polite and kind manner, replying to the man's question with an eased expression on his face. "In my younger years, I often came to watch the battles once fought here. They were grand indeed. I even had a few chances to participate myself and I enjoyed each time greatly. Indeed it is still grand, but it was far more grand in time past." His face then grew less and less happy as he began to remember all of the memories which plagued him throughout his life. The pain of being an outcast. The pain of being hated by his own village but at the same time never ignored or treated as nonexistent. It was made worse as the villagers once masked their hatred of me with kind words while then instantly turning around and talking to another, talking trash and looking down on him. A harsh time it was but he earned the trust of his people as time moved forward.

It seemed that Lee was finally given notice by the one in the midst of the arena. The man began to speak of his younger years in the arena, both watching and actually participating at a few points in time. Lee would nod slowly in agreement of the grandness of its past glory. Though, with on going conversation, the mood of the man shifted ever so slightly. He then leaned forward and let his arms hang themselves over the railing "Oh? So you're a fighter then?..." He would pause as he let his attention raise and fall over the man to look at the bandages that covered the man.
"I never would have guessed. You seem more the peaceful type." 3/30

Eden smiled when the man spoke to him in such a way that was supposed to bring humor to the conversation. He appreciated the effort to lighten the mood of the night, though it indeed seemed out of place. Such a thing reminded him of the past and the humorous moments between himself and his best friend Saigai. Ah, how the memories seemed to be so very vivid in Eden's mind.
He then figured it would be wise to play along with the humor, though it would most likely come out in a different way than what he would've wanted. Such a thought made him cringe on the inside but made him chuckle at the same time from the mere fact that he knew he was just that socially awkward. He spoke then, in a kind but somewhat "laughy" tone.
"Oh? You seem to know me so well, stranger. Haha. Well, perhaps I wish that were true to some extent. However, that was not meant to be considering...everything."
He seemed hesitant with the last word as he happened to recall upon the past which would always haunt his mind and heart. Until death greeted him. Though, that wasn't going to be for quite a long time.

Lee continued to enjoy the moonlight and the situation at hand, how carefree he felt in such a place, an arena of all places. He also enjoyed the appearance of the man before him, the one that held himself in the arena. He covered himself in bandages and that would imply damage underneath and it peeked his curiosity but not enough to openly speak about it, it would be rude.
"Oh? I don't know anything. I try to mingle but it either ends really good or horribly wrong. I can't possibly pin point on what the reason is though." He raised a finger up and placed it onto his chin and moved his attention upward as if in thought. He would then looked back down at the man and let his head drop back down once more as his arms went limp yet again, dangling. "Everything? That's very vague and large...very, very large. Are you sure that you've considered every, everything?" 4/30
