Personality: Michio is fond of order, possibly even to an excess. Each morning he woke up at four in the morning to make sure that everything was perfectly in line. His years as a server for the rest of his family made him exceptional at basic house keeping types of things. Each morning he would brew a high grade cup of tea to an excellent degree, attain a perfectly close shave, completely dissemble then completely reassemble his glasses, make sure that his frames were spotless, iron every square inch of his uniform, and polish his shoes to a perfect shine.
His hygiene is equally obsessive, and he is very vain, but not in the traditional sense. His vanity as something that he did for others more than it was something that he did for himself. He held a stern belief that all people deserved to be seeing something beautiful as often as possible to keep them in high spirits. Keeping others in high spirits was his main goal each day.
Likes: Michio enjoys seeing the smiling faces of others, and he likes to see things fall into order well. He loves the smell of fresh laundry and will dirty up laundry just so that he can wash it and smell it later. He also loves a warm beverage in the morning to clear out his sinuses. The smells of the drinks were much more important than the tastes of the drinks. His favorites were the herbal teas and scented black teas. The red ones weren't especially bad, and he didn't at all mind coffee either. He was also very fond of cooking, especially when preparing a meal for somebody he has strong, positive feelings for.
Dislikes: Michio hated being still for any amount of time. His hatred for stillness brewed especially strong if there was any work at all to be done anywhere reachable to him. He also hated chaos. He hated disorder in any form. An unfolded shirt or a sock on the floor was enough to throw him into a pretty serious tizzy. this was unfortunate because another thing he strongly disliked was showing any negative emotions. It is viewed as lowering the mood which is the worst possible thing for a server of any level in any area to be caught doing. He also hated being touched. People being touched around him or anybody laying a hand on him was enough to make his skin crawl.
Motivation: Michio's motivation comes in his love for order and his obsession with going beyond what is required for something. He is a firm believer in shooting for the moon so that he can land among the stars at the very least. He does not care to compete with other people around him, but he is obsessed with his own excellence. He feels like he's failed miserably in most things, even when he has done a wonderful job, and that shame keeps him on his toes so that he never falters.
Fears: Michio fears only his own potential and past failures, which in his eyes come in a wide variety of forms. If something that he can get to within any reasonable possibility is dirty then he has failed utterly. If somebody near him is hungry then he feels that he has done something more wrong than can ever be forgiven. While most people have had the nightmare of being in public in their undewear or naked, his nightmare has been of things as small as having a lock of hair slightly out of place. He fears failure and chaos.

Bloodline Name: Ansari
Bloodline Ability: The Jiin clan is extremely in tune with their elemental chakra, so much so that they are viewed as being one with it. They seem to flow with it effortlessly, and that isn't any illusion. If the Jutsu is of the element of the user then a D rank jutsu costs 8 chakra points instead of ten, a C rank jutsu costs 16, a B rank jutsu costs 24 instead of costing 30 chakra, an A rank costs 32 chakra instead of 40, and an S rank jutsu costs 40 chakra instead instead of 50.
This has very strong draw backs. The user can learn only a single element and no more than that. And all jutsu that are not elemental will cost five chakra points more than they normally would.

Clan History: Believed to have come simply from far to the West from the village, or anything close to it, several centuries ago, the Jiin clan was very closed off from the rest of the world. They seemed to bring their culture with them and be horrified of it being in any way dirtied by the new land they now called home, though only through gritted teeth. They were the rulers in their old homes, but were very corrupt. This corruption being discovered lead to their migration all that time ago.
Their self seclusion made it so that the majority of the people in the village didn't trust them, which was fitting since they secluded themselves to make it clear that they didn't trust the villagers. The distrust from the villagers to the Jiin was much more hidden than the latter. This wasn't because of any great shinobi or the power of the Jiin's bloodline ability, but the fact that there was just so much to be gained from being polite to them. They brought with them all of their kingly wealth, their royal blood money.
Their money lead to people wanting to appease them, and after a sizable ammount of time had passed they had just become part of the village aristocracy with nobody being the wiser. They went from the immigrants to a respected group, but still never got into the government. The monarchy of the village hidden in the glaciers made it so that they couldn't get back into power, which kept them safe. There is also a secret agreement within the clan that none of them will become the kage. They also hire their servants within the family, everybody serves their elders and younger clansmen ages ten to fourteen to keep them humble.
History: Michio was born into a very wealthy family to proud parents. Growing up he had anything he wanted at his beckon call. He was the epitome of a spoiled brat with no fear of discipline. Not a single snowy white hair on his young head had ever been hurt. He had a play room and a yard with a play set, and spent most of his time between those rooms. The yard had a high privacy fence that he had never considered trying to climb. He knew only the world in his little bubble and was too pampered to be interested in what was going on outside of it.
At the age of seven his life was changed by a slip of paper, just as every member of the clan's had been before them. An elder from the clan brought him a small piece of white paper, and taught him to do what he now knew was pushing his chakra into it. When it burnt, they took him and dyed his hair red. He was then given some more of the dye in a jar and told that he must always keep it that color or he dishonors his family name for the outside world and insults the rest of the family internally by refusing to know his place and display it. He was also assured that as a fire chakra user his place wasn't a bad one, so he should feel no shame in keeping his hair this bright red.
A week after that he began taking classes, four hours a day, on the many different forms of etiquette. At first he took it to be like a game, like everything before had been to him, and this was instantly punished. His instructor was an elder woman with whom he had shared only blood before. She carried a switch that she used to keep him in line, often literally when she was helping his posture. It was mind blowing to him that his family could suddenly how he he walked so much that they were letting this old hag hit him with a stick over it, but he wasn't going to let them down either.
He continued in this education for the next two years. Hours were spent drilling foreign languages into his head, learning all of the cultural sensitivities of both his home and that of his ancestors to the West, training in genin level martial arts so that he could act as a body guard, trained in the culinary arts to keep all people well fed in a way that they will find agreeable, he was trained in bar tending with virgin drinks to get him prepared for the tastes of those who he would serve, and he was trained in calligraphy so that he could write down the words of his elders when those with arthritis wished to send a letter. A shocking amount of trust and responsibility were put on the children on the Jiin clan.
At the age of nine he began apprenticing under a fourteen year old servant instead of just doing class work to prepare him for the job. Going to the store with that older girl was the first time that he had ever stepped foot on land that was not owned by a member of his family. This was also the first time that he saw a shinboi. They were all over with beautiful head bands and they all seemed to walk with such a natural confidence. That was a confidence that he really wanted.
He asked his cousin, the fourteen year old under whom he was placed for his apprenticeship, about the ninjas. "Those are the ninja," she told him, "they are the excellent warriors who protect this village and use their amazing fighting techniques to implement the will of the village! They are the type of people that keep the village going!"
Being trained and conditioned to love a hive mind or any form of group think, this idea of an organized military implementing the will of the village as a whole or working to protect the entire village was an extremely interesting one to him. It was something that he wanted very much to be a part of. "Can I be a ninja?" he asked her.
She shook her head with a frown on her face. "The years where we get to go to the ninja academy are the years that our family spends doing this. We're destined to work as servants until we get older and go into some academic pursuit. You might be able to find a way," she told him, "but shinobi and konichi from the Jiin family are not common."
That conversation stayed with him over the next year while he apprenticed with her, and beyond that point. After his year as a servant in training ended he was placed with a master, under whom he was the primary servant. The man had been wonderful and loving as an uncle, but anything but as a master. Whenever he slipped up his uncle would have him pull his shirt off, and then he'd use fanoos on his shoulder and hold it there for some set amount of time determined by how big of a mistake he made. If he failed to earn a compliment from the guests when his master was entertaining then that mistake would earn him up to ten minutes, but most mistakes like a broken tea cup that wasn't a family heirloom were done in second increments.
At the end of his servitude there was a hand print scar where his master always burnt the same spot. He bore no hatred for or anger toward his uncle, but there was a general rage that started to build up after that. That rage combined with the dream of being a shinobi drove him through the horrible experience. When it was over he went to the ninja academy and convinced them to allow him to attend in spite of being much older than the other students. His work ethic got him to the top of his class. At the age of sixteen he was an official genin, and he was full of pride.
RP Sample: Michio woke up at four in the morning, was was normal for him, and started to prepare for his day. Immediately after getting out of bed he made it to exact specifications. he even went as far as to take out a tape measure to make sure that it was done perfectly. He then walked the perimeter of his room and made sure that everything was as it should be. He would then repeat this circle around the room four more times before he would spend two hours on meticulous bathing and put the water on the heat for tea so it’d be boiling already when he came out. His morning, as the rest of his day was, had always to be fine tuned.
Since it was a Monday he’d be drinking Market Spice. He made sure to wake up with a spicy tea that opened up his sinuses instead of relying on something like Irish Breakfast that was full of extra caffeine. Chemical dependency of any form was something that he thought would very much impair him. The most common symptom of a withdraw from one of the less dangerous substances was grouchiness, which was the one thing that he could not allow to come into his personality. It was his job to be charming, even against his own feelings at times.
