The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

This can only be done with the trench knives, and lasts 2 posts for every multiple of 5 chakra put into it (counting the casting chakra as well). No handseals required.

Name: Soul Removal Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Direct Physical Contact Description: This jutsu requires no handseals, but it requires the opponent to be restrained so that the user can properly execute. On the first post of direct physical contact, the user will learn everything the target knows (exempting jutsu and how to use kekkei genkai). The second post the user will rip out the opponent's soul, instantly killing them. Costs 100 chakra instead of the normal 50 though, because this jutsu is considered forbidden; Also, it may only be used once per topic. If this jutsu fails, the user will go unconscious for 10 user posts and is left to whatever they are going to have done to them. (For time related purposes, they are out for about half an hour in case people try to do a days worth of horrible things to them in a post)

Name: Suiton: Suishokushu no Justu (Water Tentacle Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank:X B Element: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Range: 15 feet max Description: Requires no handseals. When activated, Mika will be able to create lengthy tentacle-like extensions from herself or any source of water readily available. These will be made of water, however, they are also quite strong. To break these one would have to be able to break a bone. These may grab and restrain enemies or pierce right through them, and anything in between. These are controlled telekinetically. Mika can create up to 8 of these. Lasts for up to 8 posts, and then a 16 post cooldown.

Soul Removal: First: NO WIKI! Anyone can edit wiki, and as long as it looks right, wiki counts it as factual. Second, this is a special technique used by Pein. Pretty much anything used by Pein is going to be denied by me. No matter what.
