Description: This technique requires no hand seals, as all it does is to infuse a small amount of fire-element chakra into a small object (not bigger than a kunai), or in a small portion of the ground, by simply making phisical contact with it. If the object of the portion of the ground that was infused with this chakra comes into contact with any source of heat, from the spark of a lighter to another Katon jutsu, it will release a small burst of flames, which will not only damage nearby opponents but also inflict 1st degree burns on them. To clarify, the item won't explode, it will simply be enveloped in flames that will burn nearby opponents. The user must be distant 10 meters or less to trigger the burst. Only one item/portion of the ground can be imbued with chakra with a single use of this technique.

The Ninjutsu stat of the user must be greater than the opponent's Strenght stat for this technique to work.

The downside is that this move is very straightforward and thus very predictable, making it easy to counter.

Description: A mid-air attack. While at an elevated position, the user will grab their opponent from behind. Firmly locking themselves to their back, the user will then lock their ankles onto the opponent's neck in order to get their body rigid. Finally, on the descent, the user proceeds to drive and plant the victim head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back pile-driver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.

• This Academy Jutsu isn't available unless you first buy the jutsu for 5,000 ryo. So you will need a different one.

One thing I see as a recurring theme in your jutsu is the difference between "type" & " Specialization" Type- would be like "Offensive/Defensive" Specialization- would be Ninjutsu/Genjutsu etc. You have these two areas switched around. Also- all of your jutsu need to specify a duration, most all jutsu are instant(1 post) unless stated otherwise.

• Since this is a D Rank jutsu, it should specify how big of an object it can imbue/explode. As well as how many objects can be imbued.

Looks good after this small fix, I approve these jutsu but you will have to wait for another staff to approve them as well.

I know you've been told this, but One thousand years of death is D-rank here.

Yamibarai - This fits more under the idea of the Bakuton. Fire style doesn't generally create explosions like this. I would change it a bit to fit the KAton element more.

Netsuparusu - Please state how far they are pushed back. A few meters may be a bit much also, since it is just a D-rank technique.

Phoenix Sage Art Technique - C-ranks have a 4 post cooldown. I know you just copy and pasted fromt he clan section for the Uchiha, but a lot of the older clans here are still a bit out of date with our current system, of which we are in the process of fixing slowly. Just with the plot and everything else, it is not on as high of a priority. All that is asked of this is that the cooldown is upped to 4. This will be changed within the clan a bit later as well.

Shishi Rendan - We currently have this technique not available to users. The reason being is because it is based and copied off of the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf, which is followed with part of the Hidden Lotus. With the Gates and their techniques not available yet, I'm afraid the same has to be said about this one. Being so, you'll have to replace it with a different technique.

Once these changes are made, bump the topic and we shall look over the edits.
