Bloodline Name: 素子本体 Soshi Hontai {Element Body}

Bloodline Ability: The name of the kekkei genkai is reference to to body in which the clan utilizes it's body for the kekkei genkei and element referencing to the element that is used for the chakra . Members of this clan can wrap their bodies with chakra of different natures, allowing for deadly nintaijutsu attacks and other ninjutsu attacks over several ranges.

The elements appear different and serve different purposes:
~Katon appears a fire flowing around the user, it is used to burn opponents, this can be achieved when an opponent comes in contact with the chakra itself. The potency and degree of the burns depends on the rank of the users katon; D-C Rank- 1st degree burns, B Rank- 2nd degree burns, A Rank- 3rd degree burns and S Rank- 4th degree burns.
~Raiton appears as lightning around the user and their hair would stiffen, it is used to stimulate the user's nervous system, therefore their raw speed increases by one rank.
~Futon would just appear as invisible chakra that gives off rapid gusts of wind, when used the chakra has the ability to cut when it comes in contact with an opponent, creating cuts that are 1/4 inch deep
~Suiton would make the user appear wet, the user would gain the ability to breath underwater.
~Doton would make the user's skin look rigid and cracked, their raw power (strength and defense)is increased. Weapons that are used while in this mode also become harder, making them more durable.

They have strong resistance to other techniques of the same nature as the one currently employed, therefore they take one rank less of damage from other jutsu of the same nature, so if they were to be hit by a B rank jutsu of the same nature they'd take the damage of a C rank jutsu.

While an element is employed the user cannot use elemental ninjutsu of another nature, as they are locked to the current element. This however is not much of an issue as members can easily switch elements.

Members of the clan have the opportunity to access an additional element when starting, so they can choose any three of the five basic elements. However, katon is mandatory.

Weakness: The main disadvantage is that if the clan member were to employ a certain element they'd be at a disadvantage against an element that is superior to the one currently in use, this means that if a clan member were to get hit by a jutsu that is of a superior element (Water>Fire, Fire>Wind, Wind>Lightning, Lightning>Earth, Earth>Water)to the element that is currently employed as their element the clan member would be left in  a position where s/he appears fatigue, his/her reaction speed and strength would be decreased. This would also mean that the superior element gets a +1 over the element that is in use

Clan History:

 The Yagami Clan came into existence during a warring period in the ninja world, when the entire world was in chaos. A child was born to what appeared to be normal people in the Hidden Volcano Ruins. The child's hair was a beautiful scarlet red, it's eyes red as blood. The child however was anything but normal, it's  parent were both brunettes and it was seen as a bad omen, eventually abandoned at the hospital. while growing up the child would normally have high temperatures and would normally appear to have high fevers, it was during this time that his powers started manifesting.

The child was eventually taken to the medical corps where he was tested for days by lower ranked medical ninjas, thinking that this case was important, it was here that the child lost control of his powers and ended up killing everyone in the hospital at the time, incinerating the building in the process. The child was found unconscious during the chaos without any injuries. It was at this point that the higher authorities decided to take matters into their own hands.

It took the greatest medical ninjas that the country had to offer to find the solution, and they did, figuring out that the child was in possession of something special, a kekkei genkai. The kekkei genkei allowed the child warp his body with a easy flowing layer of fire chakra, but astonishingly he wouldn't receive burns though he would incinerate anything that was flammable that came into contact with his chakra, because of this he also never felt cold and could withstand freezing temperatures with ease. The incident however left a scar in the village and news of the child and his "curse" was spread around the village, he was hated by everyone. He was also ordered to never leave the village, in the case that he were to go to another country and potentially single highhandedly start a war.

As the child grew he began to control his powers better tho but not perfect, but he was still confined inside the walls of kazangakure and scornfully despised. It was at this point at the age of twenty (20) that he decided run and leave behind the village that he considered home for greener pastures. He became a missing nin and a bounty was placed on his head. His feet took him to an unknown land where he lived as a normal villager.
Eventually the ancestor decided to settle down and make a family of his own, meeting a beautiful woman, they married and she bore him five sons, each two (2) years apart. Everything was going great, until the first son turned ten and his powers manifested to the horror of ancestor and his wife. The ancestor explained what had happened and told her of his past, she however accepted this and who he was and her children and continued to live with them. The ancestor then decided to train his sons and help them develop their "gifts".

However, as fate would have it the fifth son was not able to control his power and after an unfortunate incident in which he killed 10 villagers, he had blown the family's secret. The family fled the village, but it was too late, ninja from kusamurakagure became aware of the incident and immediately thought of the ancestor, his bounty was raised also by kazangakure, and eventually they cornered the family on the border of the Hidden Jungle, killing the wife before they reached that location, it was at this point that the ancestor decided to become a decoy to let his sons get away to a land that was now more open to kekkei genkai's, Hyougakure. The Yagami ancestor died a honorable death, and his life of hiding was finally taken away at the age of fourty-five (45).

The ancestors sons eventually settled in Hyougakure, where they were not hunted and their kekkei genkai was accepted a little better than other in other nations. They made their families and became a ninja clan, adept in ninjutusu utilizing their "gift", each son also learned how to utilize other natures and it was discovered that the clan was able to utilize any chakra nature that they are compatible with and use it for their kekkei genkai, making the clan one of the most versatile clans in existence. Two hundred and fifty years later and the clan has remained in Hyougakure, and is lead by the oldest living descendants of each of the five sons (the Council of Five they call it), the eldest being the head of the clan. There were no more recorded ninja from the Yagami clan losing control of their power, years later it was studied and the reason for the lost of control was because of poor chakra control at young ages and extremely hot climate mixed at the same time.With this knowledge it is thought that Hyougakure is the ideal place for children born in the clan, they are forbidden to leave until they have started training their chakra control. Over this period of time the clan has also produced great shinobi that have been feared in the ninja world.

~Futon: Exposed skin recieves cuts 1/2 inch deep

~Suiton: Exposed skin receives cuts 1/2 inch deep

~Doton: Rocks hit at 50 km/h causing bone fractures , target feels dazzled if contact is made to the head

Description: After doing the seals the user must focus their chakra in their body to a element of their choice (if an element is not already in use). It allows them to block jutsus of the same element, the negative trait of the Yagami clan however still applies in this jutsu.

~ The jutsu can block 1 jutsu of one rank higher, and 2 of the same rank.
~ It is only capable of blocking elemental jutsu of the same element chosen.

Description:  After making the appropriate handseals the user focuses chakra into their hands then slams it/them onto the ground, the area around the user will then emit whichever element was in effect from underground  in a gushing motion causing damage to their opponents.

~Katon: streams of fire rises from underground causing burns if touched. Instantly gives fourth degree burns if it comes in contact

~Raiton: Lightning Bolts quickly rises from underground causing electrical impluses to be sent through he nerve network to the brain disrupting the nervous system. The shock is so severe that it can knocks out target if it makes contact

~Futon: Exploding blades of wind arises that can cause cuts and pushing back of the target. Exposed flesh can be ripped apart from the body while getting pushed back 15 meters.

~Suiton: Strong force of water surge outwardly causing internal damage upon contact and the pushing back of the target. The force of the water can break bones and can even result in internal bleeding, target gets pushed back 15 meters

~Doton: Exploding chunks of rocks shoot from the earth outwardly causing damage upon contact. Rocks hit at 200 km/h shattering bones upon impact, target gets knocked out if contact is made to the head

This is an interesting clan, a few things of note though. As the clan members can switch between the elements they are given- there should be a chakra cost/jutsu for making the transition: this reduces the chance of spamming the ability and abusing the changing elements.

Suiton

• I might make a small suggestion here and say that they could possess a water-like body capable of absorbing physical impact to a degree. Also- if you did this, add a cooldown for how often the body can absorb impact or regenerate itself.
  

Doton

• Choose one, raw Strength or Endurance: it can be a personal preference of whoever is using the jutsu- just not both stats at the same time.

Elemental Shurikens

• All D Rank jutsu have a 2 post cooldown, please correct this. Also- as a D Rank, the Suiton property of this jutsu would do more of a aquatic bruising rather than a laceration- I suggest turning the Suiton property into light bruising. Also- if you look into the Statistics thread, you will notice that D Rank isn't capable of fracturing bones: instead, I suggest deep tissue bruising for the Doton property. Also for the Doton property- the spd of these projectiles would be 10km/h(D Rank spd) not 50km/h
  

Elemental Flicker Technique

• 0]Please elaborate on this jutsu a bit more. What is its purpose and what is it capable of? Vague jutsu is the easiest way to abuse the system.

Elemental Armour

• Since this is a maintained jutsu, state that each post afte the initial post requires 5 chakra to maintain(Maintained jutsu require half the original jutsu cost to maintain per post) Also- as C Rank jutsu, this would have a 4 post cooldown, please correc this.
  

Elemental Chaos

• Remember- each member is to be allowed some opportunity to counter/retaliate: so don't expect to get an auto-strike with these elemental abilities.
  Katon- Instant 3rd degree burns is acceptable, but 4th degree would have to be progressed on continual contact since this attack is somewhat indirect in nature.
  Raiton- Make the knockout only from a direct hit and the opponent must be 2 ranks weaker in END to be knocked out.
  Fuuton- elaborate on how many blades erupt from the ground and how severe the blades can damage body & metal.
  Doton- S Rank spd is 50km/h, so 200km/h is a no-go.

I would like to state that this clan is aligned almost exactly to the Deventris clan in Hyougagakure. You may have to create a different clan or join that one. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
