The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

For security reasons, guards were stationed at a checkpoint before Yuri could even enter the building where the Oujoukage's office was located and would inspect those who wished admittance to see the kage, including Yuri herself. Yuri yawn lazily as she flipped through the lastest edition of Icha Icha,Book 13: Icha Icha Forbidden Desires. The Legendary Missing Nin and The lonely Genin. Yuri didn't mind the inspection since it gave her more time to read her perverted novels before seeing the Oujoukage for her mission. Once the guards patted her down for a third time, in which Yuri sigh, a hint of annoyance could be heard from the sigh. Yuri could have swore that guards where merely using this a excuse to feel her up. One of guards told her that she was clear to go on. Yuri nodded her head and proceed up a flight of stairs that led to second checkpoint. Yuri waited patiently as she inspected again. Once again Yuri was given the signal to move on.

Yuri look at the paperwork that was pile on the Oujoukage's office and smile. "What are you working on my leader? " Yuri asked as she look up from the orange book she was reading and rub her chin, a sign that Yuri was thinking about something. "Can't you use shadow clones or any other type of physical clone to do the paperwork for you? Or better yet don't you have an assistant to help you? Yuri tilted her head as she tried to examine the paperwork the Kage had to fill out. Yuri started to wonder if anyone besides her had actually took an interest in the Oujoukage's paperwork, probably not. Yuri look back at the Oujoukage as reach into her shirt and pull out a white envelope that contain the details of a mission she want to do.
"Oujoukage. I here to ask permission to perform the following mission." Yuri bowed as she laid the envelope onto his desk so the he could read it. As Yuri was waiting for his approval, she began to read her book again.
Delivery Service:
Name: Delivery Service Difficulty: D Location: Tsukigakure no Sato Reward: 5,000 Ryo Experience: 25 Experience Objective: Help deliver things Gen tells you to deliver. At least 3 of these items must be delivered throughout the course of the topic or the rewards are forfeit: a small box, five letters, a barrel of fish, a box of chocolates, or a large stuffed teddy bear. They can be delivered in any order but be careful. Some are more important than others. Description: A delivery man by the name of Gen has just opened a delivery service near the Obitus Ring that could eventually be useful to Tsukigakure and he needs help. Enough help that he has asked to have some help and has paid in advance. He thinks that the use of a ninja could make the start of his business a big enough success that things will go smoothly after that. Your job is to help.

A busy day it was for me, paperwork after paperwork with no breaks. My saving grace was the general silence and peaceful atmosphere in the office. The morning started as it always did; the sun steadily risen from the ocean and the village slowly coming to life. Having gotten only 3 hours of rest, I was somewhat tired but I was quick to get myself awake and raring to go for the day. Before going into the office this morning, I made my first trip around the village to greet the villagers who were opening their shops. This was how the villagers were able to get more used to my presence; eventually, it became easier for me to talk to the villagers I oversee every day. The entire walk took me about twenty minutes before I arrived at the building where my office resided, which was at the very top.
I made it a habit to first check in with the main desk and the Chuunin and Jounin who patrolled the first and second floors. This was simply to get quick, verbal reports before getting the papers. As usual, there were plenty of requests for assistance around the village but not enough young shinobi to take them on. It was slightly disappointing, but there was not much I could do about that. After checking in, I headed up to my office where I was to start in on the day's paperwork. Three hours had past since I came into the office; it had just turned ten o' clock, and I received a knock at my door. The door opened and a girl quietly came into the room. If I remembered correctly, this was Yuri, a fairly new Genin in the ranks. She walked up to my desk and asked me a couple questions and I could tell in her voice that she was curious. Therefore, I placed the pen on the desk and lifted my head to see the girl. I spoke calmly as my eyes made contact with her though she had begun reading a book just as I begun speaking.
"Nothing wildly entertaining. Just mountains of paperwork. I don't entirely know why I hadn't thought of that, but I suppose it is better to do it without jutsu. It is likely a matter of pride. Regarding an assistant...well, most are too afraid of me to get too close, so I don't bother looking for one."
I stopped speaking for a few moments to take a look at the contents of the envelope; then, I stamped it with an approval and spoke again.
"Ah, the delivery service Gen started recently. I'm certain he will be happy to put you to work, Yuri. Good luck, and make sure you're being kind to the guy. He's rather...eccentric."
Yuri look up from her book as her Kage started to speak to her, she didn't want her Kage to think she was annoying him and get on his bad side, she heard stories about the man in front of her, the power this man held was incredible. Yuri was smart enough to know a Genin fresh out of the academy was no match agasaint the Ouojoukage. He could probably destroy her with his pinky if he felt like it! Yuri shook her heard as she returned her focus back on the Ouojokage. Yuri giggled a bit as she close her book and put it inside her pocket. "Pride? You rather stay stuck in this office for hours doing paperwork than be out in the village and enjoying yourself? Interesting." After he gave her the stamp of approval she took the stamp paper, roll it up and stuff it back into her shirt, the paper seem to disappear in between her chest.
"Thank you my Kage for wishing me luck and for giving me a warning about Gen eccentric nature. I will not fail you." Yuri waved goodbye to the Ouojoukage as she open the door and left the office to complete her mission.
Yuri knock on the door quietly as she enter the office for the second time. Yuri enter the room and shut the door behind her. "I have finished the mission that was assign to me, Ouojoukage. I have brought back the details of my mission, so you may judge if I did good job or not. Hopefully Gen was able to get in contact with you before I came back. He said that he would tell you personally of the job I did. " Yuri then went shirt, and pull out a scroll that was hidden in-between her breast and handed it to the Ouojoukage. Yuri hope that the Ouojoukage would reward her for a job well done. She didn't want to fail her first mission, especially a mission as easy as delivering items. It wouldn't look good on her resume and a fail mission could hold her back from being promoted in the future. "Also if you ever need an assistant or an extra hand around the office I would love to offer my services. You won't scare me off easily. After seeing Gen in tutu, there aren't many things that frighten me." Yuri shiver at the thought of the hairy leg man dressed in tutu. Yuri hopes she would never see a sight like that ever again.

Description: The village allows people to rent out their buildings so they don't have to pay too much to get into business. However, people have stopped paying. Remind them that the city needs money in order to continue thriving. Go to three different stores and convince them to pay the money they owe in rent to the city. Try not to start a fight because that might scare off potential business owners. They will try to bribe you with food or beer, so try your best to ignore their advances.

Detain the man with the least amount of harm possible. If you kill the man, or break any of his bones you fail and do not get rewarded. Description: Today you will be escorting a group of civilian tourists (ten people) through Tsukigakure. Show them around, make sure to point out landmarks, tell them some history and tell them a bit about the local food joints. You know, the normal tourism things.

Upon reaching the village entrance, you will come under attack from a Nukenin. Make sure you protect your charge and get him inside his village gates safely. It is not your task to battle the Nukenin. Description: You have been hired to protect a famed ninja, a young ninja leader of a small village, as he is returning to his home. Few problems are seen during this mission as everything seems to be of an average setting. Tsukigakure wishes to send someone to guard the ninja to better the relations with his village and give him someone to talk too. However, just because it doesn't seem anything will happen, doesn't mean something can't, so stay vigilant.

There are four stops that need to be made. During the last stop, the merchant gets attacked by a mugger. Detain the mugger with least amount of force possible. Description: The traveling merchant is back once again and this time she wants to be more personal with her customers and has taken to the outskirts of the village and wants you personally as an escort. She plans on running into trouble on her way and wants you there for protection. She will stop periodically to speak with customers in which you will have to act as a lookout.

Name: Find the Boar Difficulty: C Location: Tsukigakure no Sato Reward: 15,000 Ryo Experience: 50 Experience Objective: Capture a pack of 5 overgrown boars. Description: There has been word outside the village of a massive boar running a muck and injuring villagers that travel into the wilds for food. The task has fallen onto you to find this animal and remove it from the forest, by either killing it or locking it up somehow. Neither has any importance over the other. Though, stay on guard. The victims say this is no ordinary boar and you better watch yourself. These boars coordinate attacks well with one another but they are easily pushed off balance and they take time to get back up. There is another boar, an infant at that, that comes out in the middle of the fighting to attack. Completely useless in appearance and size, it poses no threat, but the other boars become enraged upon seeing it and attack you in a more reckless manner.

Name: Investigate the Monster Difficulty: C Location: Tsukigakure no Sato Reward: 15,000 Ryo Experience: 50 Experience Objective: Kill the creature. Description: The village sent payments to Tsukigakure for protection. When these payments came under attack from a mysterious Monster, they contacted the Oujoukage to help them stop it. It is your job to destroy this creature and save the people delivering the payment. The monster can only use two different jutsu and will resort to physical attacks when angered enough. It can only take so much of one element so attacking it with the same element will, at first, not effect it but its movements will begin to slow and leave more openings. The monster takes the form of a blob of what ever element(s) the user is proficient in [minus kekkei genkai]. The monster will attack with various jutsu of their element. It is your job to destroy this creature and save the people delivering the payment.

You must retrieve the item safely or the rewards will be forfeit. Description: A thief has stolen a valuable item from the village. This item itself is useless but its age proves it's priceless to a faction village if they were to get their hands on it. You must catch this thief outside your village and stop him by all means.
