There was no way he would miss out on an opportunity like this. Able to visit a civilization untouched by the rest of the world? Who knew what kind of strange customs and cultures they had developed. He couldn't let others take all the fun. Come to think of it, a massive village was hiding in plain sight, unknown to all the other major villages. That seemed a little bit threatening. If they were capable of that then what else were the able to do. Perhaps this was on purpose? Maybe they were trying to lure them into the slaughter. So many scenarios could come out of this. Was it really wise for him to leave the village in order to visit this foreign land? What if he was captured? What if the village was attacked while he was gone. An attack from this new player? Perhaps another village taken advantage of the chaos and attacking while the others were lower on troops. It was all possible? He was almost tempted to do the same, but his call for adventure was far greater then any lust for bloodshed.
Instead Saizo would dust off the flounder and get ready to set out. From what he heard from Kaishi's message. A bit disappointed that he didn't come and give him the message himself, but at least he bothered to inform him at all. He would've been fine if he had left without telling him anything if it weren't somewhere so new to him, but land he had never set foot on? The horrors he would have committed. Lucky, for both of them that he could find a volunteer to deliver the message. And so now he too would make his way. Of course, he'd leave a note on the door in case anybody needed him. No need for him to ask permission from anybody else, he already knew their answer was no anyways.
So off on the road he went. Carrying nothing but a hunk of metal and a small sack of essentials and tons of other things he may or may not need when he gets there. How would the new place be like? What kind of environment, what kind of atmosphere would he find? What were the buildings like? What were the women like? So many questions for this new place. Oh how he loved traveling to places he'd never been to before. And maybe he'd run into a Kaishi while over there.
