The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Subject: Delilah's Missions Sat Jun 14, 2014 12:14 am
As Delilah walked calmly into the Kanetsukage's office, she gave a short, polite bow to the woman, and since this was her first time actually meeting her she gave a short introduction. "My Lady Kanetsukage-Sama... I am Delilah Xanadu, the one recently transferred here from the village hidden in the jungle. I present myself to you today to request a mission." Delilah wasn't normally so formal and serious, but she had no idea what the Kanetsukage was like, so she was being very careful with how she spoke to the woman.
"Specifically, Lady Kanetsukage, I was hoping to take on one or two low-ranking missions, to gain some experience before taking on anything of a higher rank. With my... Hindered ability to control my chakra, I believe this to be a necessary step in my development as a ninja." Now standing from her bow, Delilah favored Cornelia with a warm smile. As if distracted by something off to her left, Delilah glanced to the side and gave a short-lived grimace at something. Soon she looked back towards Cornelia and gave another bow, realizing that what she had done just then must have seemed strange. "I apologize, my friend Petri here thought it would be wise to make... Inappropriate jokes at this time." Petri, her 'friend', was really just a ball of chakra floating near her, normally invisible to anyone who wasn't a Xanadu, or did not have the ability to see chakra in some way. In truth, it had no consciousness at all, she simply had convinced herself, in time, that some of her thoughts were actually coming from the ball. "Back on topic, I'm sure you know of the businesswoman's daughter, and how she chased her cat up the tower... I'd like to take care of that while I'm here, and then go respond to the emergency involving the boy who has fallen down the well. If you would allow it... If I may only do one at this time, please let me go after the boy now, as it is a rather grim situation."

Cornelia sat at her desk but unlike most times when she had company or a new mission go'er, she was not hard at work as she had found a break in the piles of papers that time permitted her the luxury. There was soon a new body in her office to which she would turn her full attention to the girl. The girl bowed to Cornelia to which she would reply with a nod of her head. This was another of the Xanadu it seemed and she was here for a mission.
The Kanetsukage interlocked her fingers and placed her chin onto them in silence as the girl spoke of the missions that she wished to do, simple one's but no less important to her but then there was a bit of silence in which Delilah looked off to something and after a moment Cornelia was told that it was someone or something named 'Petri' and spoke of making jokes. "I would like to think that you are smart miss Xanadu to listen to your better judgment than to insult your kage."
Delilah would then go back to the missions that she wanted to do in more detail and wanting to take on two rather than the normal of one. The kage would lean back and pull open a drawer on the side of her desk and pull out a paper and then placed it atop another with just enough room at the bottom for the line for her signature to be signed on them both to which she would sign elegantly and then turned the papers around and pushed them softly across her desk and to Delilah. "You have a good head on your shoulders, smart enough to speak about the right things. You'll fit in just fine miss Delilah Xanadu."
