The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

Cooldown: 4 Post Description: Yuri casts a type of genjutsu where she summons a five foot and two inch tall sexy female to aid her.
This Female is armed with a bow and arrows . Unlike Yuri's other genjutsu, Yua prefers to fight at distance and will use hit and run tactics to damage Yuri's foe(s) from afar.
When Yua is still an illusion, the opponent will feel their bodies being slightly pierce by an arrow or arrow(s). The pain doesn't last long, at best it feels as if they opponent is being stung by hornet(s). Since Yua is still a Illusion she can't run out of arrows.
When materialized Yua has C-Rank Soul Stats and has the ability to talk and act like a person. Yua can use basic taijutsu (Kicking and punching) and her weapon, there is a max of 30 arrows. Yua's arrows can breakthrough D-Rank Defensive measures and pierce one inch into the opponent body. Yua's basic taijutsu damage is equal to C-rank (STR).

Option 3 (Achievement Award): The opponent(s) will see that their greatest goal in life has been achieved. For example if Yuri was under this genjutsu, she would image that she had a wife and kids. However Yuri is still able to be detected by other means such as sound, scent, touch, and chakra sensing. Also Only the target(s) present at the time that the genjutsu is initiated are subject to the invisibility; anyone coming in after can see Yuri just fine. If the opponent is aware that they are genjutsu, the genjutsu can be broken by normal means. (Kai, pain, etc)

You seem to have mixed up the Genjutsu and reality of both in the same description. Please specify the differences between illusion & reality- such as a genjutsu: the archer wouldn't run out of arrows(Also need to describe the kind of painful sensation the opponent would experience while in the Genjutsu) Reality: Basic Taijutsu, a C Rank phantasmal reality capable of Ranked Taijutsu skills would be too powerful for the rank given.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this an item? If so, it should go in the weapon shop: though being an Onmyoton, you are capable of creating weapons- That being said, your description lacks detail on whether or not it is created from your mind as well as its intended effect.

I went over this a bit with you in the chatbox Yuri, so it's motly covered. However I would like to point out that not everyone is comfortable with intimate or physical interaction like this. Take into consideration someone's personal orientation, whether they are open about it or not and give them options to choose from.(Ones they might be more comfortable with- Such as make at least 2 different scenes or scenarios where the member has the choice to choose- It is their fantasy after all)

You should specify, does this weapon just appear within the illusion or does Yuri pull it out of a pouch or something? The same for reality.
Where Yuri?
This jutsu is too powerful for D Rank, maybe B Rank & Higher. No Genin in Genjutsu would be able to erase their visual presence from their opponent from a Genjutsu while leaving the person in a state of reality. D Ranked jutsu are parallel to Genin skills.
Also to note, one major thing I keep forgetting is duration of Genjutsu. I don't believe it is specified, however there should be a set duration for each ranked genjutsu such as this- D- 1post, C-2posts, B-3posts, A-4posts & S-5posts.

2. Medoly Flute Jutsu: I didn't notice I was missing the actual description when I posted this. Description added. Yes this is an item but I'm creating the item using Yuri's clan abilities. Similar to Onmyoton Shuriken?

5. Where's Yuri: Fixed. To be on the safe side, I raised the rank to A. I won't be able to use the genjutsu until I rank up my Genjutsu.
6. Genjutsu Duration. I have no problems with the set Durations per Rank. However shouldn't information like that be added into the Shinobi Guidelines?
