The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The user is able to user nearby water sources, or one's created by the user to form bubble creations. Using the standard rat seal as the median for this technique. These take the exact form of the original, but hold a more plump appearance. It is translucent, easily broken, but provides only a sticky residue when popped in a two meter range. They also create a blurred image of things projected through them, giving off a warped appearance of what may truly lie behind. They are actual bubbles, but act as a human.

Cooldown: Three posts. Description: The user can manifest chakra at will, and use it to conduct into wires. This allows the user to hold extra control when using wires, and other objects to create obstacles for their opponents to face. The extra control isn't strong, but enough for the user to give themselves additional ability in changing direction of wired projectiles.

Can be broken by kai, pain, etc. Pain in the genjutsu does not break it (given their worst fear is something like fire).

Thus giving them the idea that they are in harms way, and will collectively form a paranoia and give the user the upper hand in a battle. A supplementary method to use for openings, and to weaken the opponent mentally. Breaking such can only be done through normal means of genjutsu, such as Genjutsu Kaii, or even physical pain.

The mist is rather large in size, but can be blown away by a strong enough Fuuton technique(B or Higher), and can be partially blown away by smaller ones.

It is then shot forward with quick speeds(35 MPH) to try piercing objects. Once striking though, it will vanish.

Each five shuriken costs an additional C-rank amount of chakra for a maximum of 25 total. This can be used to ambush an opponent. They are not nearly as strong as the metal variants, but they can still puncture, and cause flesh wounds. Once puncturing, they will dissipate.
Name: Spitting Fountain Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: Suiton Range: 20meters Specialty: Supplementary Duration: Instant. Cooldown: Six posts. Description: This technique consists of the user holding the rat seal, concentrating chakra into their stomach, and molding it properly until it starts to actually utilize into a substance. That's when it will force the user to literally puke out a huge amount of water, letting it fall down, and building a smaller sized pond at any location the user wants. It spreads roughly twenty-meters wide, and is fairly deep around four feet deep. It's greatly useful in many situations.
Name: Stratospheric Punch Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-rank Type: Taijutsu Element: None Range: 1m Specialty: Offensive Duration: One Post. Cooldown: Three Posts. Description: The user doesn't need to use seals for this technique but rather manifest a chakra onto the outer layer of their fist. This includes chakra flowing through their fingers, and even condensing in their palm to allow a stronger mass to accumulate. When using this technique, the user will put a large force into their blow forming a first layer of heat that represents troposphere. It will form around the fist, taking an orange color, and followed with a white layer that takes the visual of the stratosphere. It's due to the velocity of the punch that represents the actual power behind the blow.
When connecting, it will throw the object/target easily. It will cause bruising, bruising of bone, and even fractures when connecting to a normal person. It will even leave minor burns too due to the speed of the punch picking up heat along the transition to strike the opponent.

I need you to go through your jutsu and change out all the descriptions with the jutsu that are in the database. Hiding in Mist and Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing are already in our jutsu database.
Also, the temporary paralysis technique is a huge no-no. You will have to come up with a different D-rank jutsu.
Bump when you are done making changes and the grading will continue.

Bubble Clone - This requires an actual duration since it is a clone. Also state in its description that this will have the chakra cost and upkeep of a D-rank. It has no influence over combat, but it is an advanced version of Bunshin due to the addition of an element, hence the cost and upkeep of D-rank.
Method of Wire Control - Just to be sure, this is just a small increase in the handling of wires, yes? Like how an electrician knows more about plugs 'n such. If so, then it's okay. It shouldn't be a rank advantage or something like that. Basically, this is more of a simple utility technique, yes?
Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing - Approved; from database.
Delusional Method - At the end of the description, please add details regarding how to dispel the genjutsu, such as Kai and via pain.
Hiding in Mist - Approved; from database.
Water Slide - Approved.
Water Spear - The duration should say "instant." The cooldown needs to be a minimum of 4 posts, as the rules state for C-rank jutsu. Also, you need to state exactly how fast the spear is thrown. "shot forward with quick speeds" is too vague.

This needs to be removed. The reason for this is due to the fact that the damage inflicted depends on your opponent's END stat. Another reason is that some people could take this as a sort of "always-happen must-happen" effect. It would be like the concept of auto-hitting. For the sake of any complaints that could happen, please remove it, along with the first reason I gave.
Also, the 25 total is fine with the chakra cost for every 5. However the cooldown needs to be 6, since the amount you could create is higher than normal for a C-rank jutsu.
Spitting Fountain - B-rank jutsu require a minimum of 6 posts for cooldown. Tell me exactly how deep the pond is, and please use yards instead of meters.
Stratospheric Punch - This technique requires the specialization, Nintaijutsu, which means you would be unable to use it until you have Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Nintaijutsu. Do you still want to keep this jutsu? In the Shinobi Guidelines, at the very top you will see a list of cooldown minimums for each rank. Please refer to this when making your jutsu. The D-ranks were fine, but C-B were off a bit.
