The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Subject: Questions, Questions, Questions. Mon Oct 06, 2014 5:47 am
Hello!
I am new to the RP and am seeking a bit of guidance for some questions that I can't seem to answer on my own. Plus, I would like to make my character right the first time, and not be stuck in the "making corrections" limbo for all eternity.
That being said, lets get started:
1. I recall reading somewhere that all characters must start at Genin. Which is in-place in order to make a more balanced and achievement driven system. Which I get. However, as I was looking at completed/accepted character profiles that already exist, I found that some seem to have applied as Jounin or Chuunin. I was just wondering those profiles were updated retroactively as the player ranked up? More importantly, I want to create an older character (18-24) how do I justify him being a Genin?
2. I'm interested in Sage Mode. I know that this hasn't been banned yet, and for character development and goal orientation, I would like to know what are the requirements for Sage Mode? I'm quite aware that this isn't something I will be able to achieve right away, but I'm just planning for the future.
3. Do I have to ask anyone's permission to join the Senju clan? Is there any background to the clan that I haven't found for some reason yet?
Those are all the questions I have for now.
Thanks advance for your replies!
3.Edit: I did find the information for the Senju clan. It claims that there are no current members of the Senju clan? Is that true? Also, when it comes to clans, is there are sort of clan leader that exists?

1. Yes this used to be enforced, then member activity dropped due to summer & then school; so I will have to get back to you with a proper answer.
2. Sage Mode is currently under-progress, which is being worked on in the staff area. When it is finished(Soon hopefully!) It will be posted up for all members to see.
3. You do not need to ask for permission to join the Senju, just make your app with appropriate Senju history provided by our directory on the clan. As for a clanhead/leader, that was an idea suggested a bit back, but it never went anywhere.
