Description: This must be used in Conjunction with the Byakugan and the Gentle Fist. While attacking an enemies Tenketsu, instead of just closing or opening them, you also leave a small amount of Chakra in each one. You pick an appendage(Arm, Torso, Leg, etc.) and when you strike with the gentle fist, you leave a Chakra point in each one. You can leave 5 Tenketsu like this per post. Whenever the User of this Jutsu feels like, they can activate the Chakra they left, causing a burst within the Tenketsu, and causing vibrations through the Tenketsu, affecting the enemies current attack, movement, or defense, based upon where you left the Chakra. 5 Tenketsu affected like this cause a slight misstep, or fault in one's guard. 20 Tenketsu Affected like this in a singular area cause a major fault, and making them very vulnerable in that instance, or making them much more likely to miss in an attack. If you do this to 5 points in each body part(25 Chakra Total.) you manage to make them slow entirely, making a huge misstep.
Note: This was my idea for another Hyuga Jutsu, that utilizes the ability to interact with the Tenketsu, so as to make a viable means of making an enemy weaker in attack or defense when activated, though once it is used, you have to use more chakra to re-use it.
