The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

Byakugan; Activate: Name: White Eye (Byakugan) Activate Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Self. Duration: Depends on Rank. To keep it active, the jutsu will cost 10 chakra each post it is active. So, this will be 15 Chakra originally, and then 10 Chakra each post after that. Cooldown: Depends on rank. 3 posts at S-Rank ninja, and a solid example would be plus 1 for every rank less than that. So, pretty much 4 posts at Jounin, 5 at Special Jounin, 6 at chuunin, and 7 for Genin. Description: The needed technique to use any Byakugan based jutsu. The rank of the jutsu depends on the user, as it must be their highest jutsu slot. This allows the user to to see further distances, depending on the rank, able to see through objects, and able to see the Chakra Circulatory System. This also arrives the user to use Gentle Fist, a special type of fighting style. By focusing the chakra to their finger tips or palms, they can press the tenketsu or chakra pressure points of their opponents body. When the finger nears the tenketsu the chakra is forced out, collapsing the targeted tenketsu for a period of time. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.
The distance a person can see depends on their rank. Genin: 40 meters maximum. The user will also be able to sense low key things, like leaves or medium sized bugs. If there were 8 birds behind them, the user would be able to see 2 of those birds. If stuck in a smoke screen, the user would be able to see a target's feet. Chuunin: 80 meters maximum. The user will be able to sense larger things like kunai and shuriken. If there were 8 birds behind them, the user would be able to see 4 of those birds. If the user were to be stuck in a smokescreen, they would be able to see a person's feet and up to their knees. Sp. Jounin: 120 meters maximum. The user's Byakugan will be average. They will be able to sense way larger things, like clones or people. If their were 8 birds behind them, a user would be able to sense 5 of those birds. If stuck in a smoke screen, the user will began to see up to the person's groin area. Jounin: 160 meters maximum. This is the maximum of most Hyuga's Byakugan. They can see a great distance, more than three times that of a Genin Hyuga. If there were 8 birds behind them, the user will be able to sense an almost perfect 6 birds. If the user were stuck in a smokescreen, they would be able to perfectly almost make out the person, being able to see up to bust level. S-Rank: 200 meters maximum. This is the rank where the most elite Hyuga's can see. Their vision is to the point where they can see exactly all of the 8 birds. If stuck in a smokescreen, they can perfectly make out the person.

Name: Gentle Fist (Jūken) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C rank Type: Taijutsu Element: None. Range: Self Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: Passive Cooldown: Passive Description: Once Byakugan is activated, Hyuga's are now able to use the special fighting style known as Gentle Fist to a greater measure. Without Byakugan, a user can still use Gentle Fist, but it won't be able to attack Chakra Pathways, and be more of a regular fighting style.
It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck. To do this, the user surgically injects a certain amount of their own chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system, causing damage to surrounding organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist.
Targeting the tenketsu can enhance the havoc and control a Gentle Fist practitioner can impose upon an opponent's chakra network. These special nodes, 361 in total, are key gate keeping interceptions in the chakra circulatory network, thus forcibly opening or sealing them in whatever manner the Gentle Fist user sees fit is a powerful tactical option to have.
Because the chakra pathway system is invisible to the naked eye, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.
Eight Trigrams, 32 Palms: Name: Eight Trigram, 32 Palms (Hakke Sanjūni Shō) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Taijutsu Element: None. Range: 10 Meters Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post, and the target cannot use Jutsu above C-Rank jutsu for 2 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms technique is a manoeuvre of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a halved version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms, but seems to be no less effective. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through thirty-two chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System for 2 posts. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. Once someone is within range of the field of divination, the user assumes their Gentle Fist stance and begins to deliver her attack: First, two consecutive strikes to make two. Second, another two consecutive strikes to make four. Third, four consecutive strikes to make eight. Fourth, eight consecutive strikes to make sixteen. Fifth, another sixteen consecutive strikes in succession to make a total of thirty two. To use this technique, Byakugan must be activated.

This technique can be used to hit a specific weak point by using the Byakugans. When trapped by an enemy this will be helpful to release chakra from their tenketsu's to free the user.

Name: Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A rank Type: Defensive Element: N/A Range: 10 meters Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 Cooldown: 8 post Description: User most be able to control their chakra. Through gentle fist training the user learns to release a huge amount of chakra from all of their chakra points from body. This is a defensive jutsu that compensates for the Byakugan's blind spot. As the chakra is released it blocks any possible attack on the user. In order for this to work, once user releases chakra from every tenketsu in their body, the user must spin rapidly to avoid any attacks. This creates a shield of chakra around them and stops any attacks. The user can actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This sphere can grow to 10 meters and 360 degrees around the user.
Name: Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A rank Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: 3 to 20 meters Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 Cooldown: 8 post Description: When this is used, the user will specifically pinpoint the enemy's vital points with the Bykugans and release a high speed palm thrust. This is helpful when an enemy is not in the user's physical reach. An enemy can be hit by this blow if there within 3 to 20 meters. By using the gentle fist, a vacuum shell is formed to attack opponents vitals or weak spots from a distance. When enemy is hit by this jutsu, they will be blown off their feet with an immense force before they even realize they've been hit. This can throw an enemy as far as 10 to 15 meters from where the enemy was standing from the user.

In total, you can have 10 jutsu's for your starting jutsu registration. Are these the only jutsu's you want? I only ask because, after these jutsu's are accepted, you will have to pay ryo to own anymore.
I apologize for the long wait on your jutsu's, but I must first speak to the admins about you using unregistered canon techniques for your own jutsu application. I am just checking to make sure that it will be alright, I don't want you to have to go through the grading process just to have the admins tell you to create new jutsu's. If you wish to, you can email an admin yourself to ask for permission, or ask them to grade your jutsu's themselves.
Excellent, thank you for the update Sakra. Then, would you please label every technique from the show as canon and not custom, since these will be our new canon techniques.

No technique can be D-S rank in a jutsu registration. You can either make this a D rank or a C rank skill.
Eight Trigrams Palms Revolving Heaven:
Give a limit of expansion for the user. 10 meters may be enough for a A rank skill. Do not forget to mention how far it can reach in the 'Range:' section.
Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm:
Give a point to how far of a distance this technique can reach.
Are these your final jutsu's? I ask this time because you still have two free E rank slots available.
Bumped. Made changes and needs to be checked. I do have one question though about the Byakugan. Is the cool down and the distance of how far a user can see when using them based on the Jutsu rank or is it based on ninja rank?

Does this jutsu make the impact between your foot and the opponents face harder? If so, the ranking is not large enough to do much damage. The most it can do is cause small dizziness for those who have D rank endurance.
The part about the open wound can stay; since it is inner pain, anyone can be effected by it in the same negative way. However, stating that it will knock out an opponent for one post is way too overpowered. It will be able to slow the opponent down for one post, but that is all it can do.

All is good to me except the D rank power kick.
Because of the way the endurance stat works here you wont be able to make an S rank dizzy for a post with a D rank kicked. Being as S rank endurance means one can take a sledgehammer to the face and not flintch apparently. Crazy i know. Describe effects at each level of endurance.
