As for Blood Cyclone jutsu, I'm afraid it's too much like the Rasengan for me to approve confidently. An admin or higher-ranking mod might approve it, though.

just a heads up before you continue with this, all blood jutsu need to mention how they are obtaining the blood and it can only be the users blood. Plus Zinik hasnt been on for like a month and a half
