The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Michio had double checked and then triple checked the schedules for the shows to make absolutely sure that he was in one of the theaters within this enormous complex theatre that had no shows all day so that he could sneak into one of the seats and meditate in the dark room, on the comfortable chair, in what he expected would be perfect silence. Michio Jiin had never really meditated in the past, but he had decided that if he was going to be a really good and true shinobi, then he would have to be able to get familiar with his own inner self. This would mean meditation for Michio Jiin.
At first he was going to sit somewhere near the top because it was immediately available from where he was entering, but he then decided that laziness was an incredibly bad way to start his journey to finding his inner peace and another state of mind that would assist him in his future battles and all other trials in his life. He walked down to the bottom row, closest to the stage, and walked to the center. He would have to take a good look around before he started to meditate or he would be terribly distracted by the many intricacies of the things going on around him. Everything from the chair he was sitting in to the stage in front of him were fabulous. After he sat down Hareegh, the fire salamander crawled out from his pocket and onto one of the soft seat cushions directly to his right side. The little cold blooded amphibian layed down on the soft cushion and lowered himself down to feel the warmth of the cusion the best that he possibly could. Michio nodded, just accepting that the little animal would do whatever he was going to do before he closed his eyes and started his deep thought.

Michio Jiin looked down, sad with himself. He had fallen asleep in the quiet movie theater, and had dreams more vivid and beautiful than any film that he had ever witnessed in all of his life. He saw a blonde man fighting in a land of golden sand and a sky as clear blue as the ice around his own land, and it called out to him in some strange way. He viewed the man, with only one eye, dressed up in several layers in spite of the blistering and terrifying heat, and grinning wickedly. It felt like he was taunting Michio when he put on the special hat that denoted a person as an extremely powerful shinobi, the hat warn by the Kage, who was the most powerful Shinobi in any given nation, not just any given Hidden Village, but in an entire country. The hat that the man wore was similar to the one that his own Kage, the one who presided over the Village Hidden in the Glaciers, only instead of the Kanji that he would have seen worn by his own Kage this one had a hat that said "Kaze." Michio had spent his whole life trying to keep things like dreams down to a bare minimum, and here he was dreaming about some Kazekage, that did not even exist. It was painful to say the very least, and there was a movie that was supposed to be shown in about twenty minutes, if he had his schedule right, and those who did not follow the rules were criminals who deserved only the most gruesome and painful of deaths, or at least, that was what his mother had always told him growing up. He got up, brushing himself off, not of popcorn or of dust, but of the shame that being asleep in this place had brought him, and then ascended the stairs and made his way quietly as possible out of the theater, but of course, silence means very little to those who have scarlet hair.
Quickly, employees were on top of him, asking him all sorts of questions. It started out with him hearing something alone the lines of, "Hey, did that boy with the red hair pay for anything? I think I would have remembered selling him a ticket!" Before Michio was safe other sentiments like that were starting to crop up here and there. Being a shinobi conditioned for combat, he initially leaned forward to take off, but he slowly tensed those muscled back up and stood still. He allowed them to question him and dealt with it all as professionally as he possibly could. He explained the circumstances, that as a Shinobi he needed somewhere to meditate that was far darker than anything he could find outside with the sun constantly bouncing around from one glass surface to the next. They believed him, as they had no reason not to, of course, and he was allowed safe passage. Once he flashed his puppy badge, which actually did need some explanation as it looked far from intimidating, he was no longer being followed.
