The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality:Ryuu is a humble spirit. He is really nice and always sees the best in people. His dream is to be a strong ninja and be the best Fuinjutsu specialist to ever walk the face of Tsukigakure. He loves to train and get stronger. His most valuable trait is his honesty. No matter the situation he is always honest. He would do anything for the village of Konoha even if it means giving his life. He would go to the extremes to complete a mission. He tends to not talk to people as much an is a very quiet person but once he you get close to him he warms up to you.
Dislikes:Being confined to a certain class. Being judged. Bullies.
Motivation:His motivation are his parents, even though his dad loves to rule his life Ryuu go to the extremes to make his Family and clan proud.
Fears: Not being able to reach his full potential, dying young.

Bloodline Name:Byakugan
Bloodline Ability:The Hyūga are renowned for possessing the highly coveted Byakugan, a kekkei genkai feared for the great visual prowess that it grants its wielder. The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation. The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, its flow, as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail.
Members of the clan are instructed in the use of the Gentle Fist style, which uses the Byakugan to view the opponent's Chakra Pathway System and deal precise blows to disable and impede the flow of chakra. Due to training in this style, Hyūga clan members tend to have excellent chakra control. This is emphasised in techniques that utilise this chakra control, as well as the nuances of the Gentle Fist Art.
It is said that this clan possesses more than one kekkei genkai, one of which grants them the ability to expel chakra from every tenketsu in their body, allowing them to fully utilise chakra with attacks.

Clan History:The Hyūga clan is one of the five noble clans of Tsukigakure, the others being: Kyuketsuki, Hachurui, Ookami, and Metarumasuta. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things, and expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body.
While not much is known of the clan's background, they are considered to be one of, if not currently, the most powerful clan in Tsukigakure. Their notoriety and prowess stretches far and wide, leading others to both praise and covet their abilities. During the latest Shinobi World War, an enemy-nin noted that they had a hard time against them during a previous war.
History:Ever since he was little Ryuu always wanted to be a great sealer. But his Father always wanted him to be in the Anbu. Ryuu never thought he had the guts to take a life but he underwent his fathers training anyway. Since he was around 4 he began training in Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. After days of hard training he would go to the woods and spend some time practicing some seals out a scroll he stole from his dad. As the years went on he became better and better at Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. Eventually he learned everything he could from his father with Taijutsu and Kenjutsu.. His father then started bring out the scrolls with the Fuinjutsu that Ryuu already learned. Ryuu began forming the hand signs with easy before his father. At first his father was a little disappointed because he wanted to teach him his self but then he realized it was time to enter him into the academy. Ryuu went to the academy and aced it with ease. His skills of Taijutsu and Fuinjutsu surpassed many of his fellow classmates. Although Ryuu was one of the strongest in the class, he was never popular. His red shaggy hair made him look weird in a way and his style of dress wasn’t exactly the best material. Throughout the academy Ryuu still went through Kenjutsu training but this time he was learning o control chakra. It took him months and months to control chakra through his fathers 5 ft katana. But eventually he learned how to successfully generate chakra through the blade. After learning how to put chakra through the blade his father made him learn how to do it so that it was evenly distributed. Although learning how to put chakra through the blade helped him a bit, this training was still just as hard. The blade was big but skinny and it shinned in the moonlight. By the end of the academy he had learned how to evenly distribute it. As Ryuu graduated from the Academy much celebration in the family went on. Everyone was proud of Ryuu, even his father. For his present of graduating Ryuu’s father granted him a double edge switch blade katana. Its blade only about 1 foot and the bottom portion was around 8 inches. Around the bottom was a metal chain that could be used to reach an extra 3 feet. Ryuu carries the weapon on his back but mostly relies on his Taijutsu to fight with. Now Ryuu is a young genin looking to be the strongest sealer of all time
RP Sample:~Ryuu makes his way through the crowd. Being pushed and shoved its like running through a stampede. Ryuu checks his clothes to see if he has anything spilled. He was an short sleeve shirt like he always does. Along with his skinny ninja pants on and his sandals. On his back he had his 1.5 foot switch blade with a small handle with his chain. In his left leg holster held 10 kunai and 3 paper bombs. In his back pouch held 15 shurikien, 4 smoke bombs, and 30 senbons. Ryuu began reaching his hands into all of his pouches checking for everything. He wouldn’t want to get robbed in such a big crowd of people. While walking around Ryuu begins examine the architecture of the village. He notices very broad buildings and flat landscaping and pearl white walls. While walking down the main road he reaches the ramen shop to feed his hunger. He looks in his wallet expecting 30 Ryo. Instead there is nothing.~

Alright, let the grading begin.
We do not allow Genin to start with an alias. Your character may have an alias when they are Jounin.
In your personality you mentioned that your character wants to protect Konoha. Please get rid of that for there is no village named Konoha in Naruto Legacy.
Likes, dislikes, and fears must be more descriptive. Simply stating why your character likes/dislikes/fears these things is good enough.
We allow you to start with two special skills only. To state all over your character history that you have three is to state that your character will have three in the beginning of your role-play experience. Please rewrite that your character only learned two specializations.
When we ask for a source we mean, how did you find us? This can be by search engine or by another website.
