Here he was yet again, sitting on the giant frozen rock in the center of the cave, yet again waiting for his new recruit to show up. It wasn't all bad inside the cave. Sure it was cold and slippery, but the ice gave off a truly wonderful reflection. Shigeru was able to stare at his own face for hours on end if he wanted to. Shigeru felt like he was starting to get delusional in this cave. The critters were getting weirder and weirder inside. At first the penguins looked nice and cuddly, but now they looked all fat and had these large teeth sticking out from their upper lip. They also seemed to have lost their ability to stand upright, having to drag themselves along the ice. It was rather unsettling. Shigeru couldn't take it any longer. He didn't want to spend any more days inside this cave. He was amazed he had endured the whole day yesterday, it was his first day no less (Even though he had gone back home last night and and actually didn't return to the cave till a little before noon).
Well, the other one wasn't so bad. Shigeru could see them being quite the team player if he molded them all correctly. Then again, he had no idea how to do that yet. Perhaps a movie night? What was even on in the theater? Shigeru never really had much time for the theater even though he had heard such nice things from others. Hyouga was home to a world renown theater after all. Shigeru had assumed it would be quite entertaining. Sitting still just wasn't his style, he thought as he ironically sat still. Well, he was nearly half way done. 2 more days after this one and the team would come together and he'd have yet another batch of baby chicks to release into the ninja world and many missions to force on to them while he reaped the rewards of all their hard work. He was kidding of course. He'd only take half. Yet again, he had forgotten the name of who he was going to see today. Ah well, he'd have his opportunity to ask soon enough.
