The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Sage mode techniques and normal techniques: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sage mode: White Tiger In this Sage mode, the user's eyes will turn yellow and the pupils will shape into that of a tiger (vertically). Around his eyes there will be a white line, just like tigers have. The other traits he has (hair etc.) will remain the same. A perfect sage mode transformation.
(Maximum of 3 post charge. Per 1 post charge = 2 posts in Sage mode.)
Advantages: The user's physical strength, speed, stamina, and durability dramatically increase, to the point where they could fall face first into a bed of spikes and receive no injury whatsoever.
The user's ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu become more powerful.
The user can harness the natural energy surrounding them, turning it into an extension of their body, and increasing the reach of their attacks.
The user gains the ability to sense chakra around them.
Disadvantages:
In order to gather enough natural energy to initiate the transformation into Sage Mode, the user must remain perfectly still. Because of that, the user can be an easy target for an opponent.
Because the user needs to move during combat, the Sage chakra cannot be replenished, which means the user can't stay within this state for extended periods of time.
The second and third weaknesses mentioned above can be bypassed through the Sage Art: Amphibian Technique, where one Sage gathers chakra for another.
After Sage Mode has ended, the user appears to experience exhaustion. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Sage Mode Rank: -(Presumable S) Element: N/A Type: Senjutsu Range: N/A Description: Sage Mode is the result of using natural energy along with a ninja's normal chakra in perfect balance to drastically empower a ninja's abilities. Senjutsu (仙術, Sage Techniques) refers to a specialized field of jutsu that allows the user to sense and then gather the natural energy around a person. Senjutsu practitioners can then learn to draw the energy of nature inside of them blending it with their own chakra (created from spiritual and physical energy within the shinobi), adding a new dimension of power to the sage's chakra, resulting in the creation of "senjutsu chakra" (仙術チャクラ, senjutsu chakura). This chakra cannot be seen by anyone other than those who have been trained in senjutsu. This new chakra enables the user to enter an empowered state called Sage Mode, which can then drastically increase the strength of all ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu. A person who is able to use senjutsu is called a sage (仙人, sennin). It would seem that it stems from the toads of Mount Myōboku, as only Shima, Fukasaku, Jiraiya and Naruto have been seen using it. Gamakichi and Gamabunta also seem to be familiar with it. A prerequisite to being able to use Senjutsu is that the user must have a great reservoir of chakra themselves in order to manipulate the natural energy. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- D-Rank techniques

Name: White Fang Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long range Description: The user will perform the necessary handseals and gather the needed chakra to his hand as sharp chakra nail will start to form onto that hand / his hands. They can either be used to slash at the opponent from close range, or swing his hand so fast that the nails will cause a chakra wave to be sent at the opponent. When it hits a person or object, it'll vanish.
Name: Fear Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Description: The user will, just like a tiger, stare at his prey. If successful, due to the constant stare towards the opponent, the opponent will be stunned with fear for one post. This is for the opponent to have time to attack. Will only work one time.
C-Rank techniques

Name: After image Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Ninjtusu Range: N/A Description: The user will perform handseals and gather chakra into their entire body and as soon as they move around on their highest speed, the chakra will leave behind an after image that will make it look like the user is still on the exact same spot as before. If successful, this will leave the opponent confused and open for an attack. Cooldown: 3 posts.
Name: White Tiger Katana Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Senjutsu Range: N/A / Close range / Mid range / Long range Description: The user will perform the necessary handseals and gather the needed nature chakra. Afterwards a pure white katana made out of pure chakra will materialize into the user's hand. This stays until Sage mode wears out, the user himself dispells the katana or the katana breaks. The more chakra the user pours into the katana, the bigger to sword becomes. The katana can reach a size of maximum of 15 feet. So five times bigger than the katana. Original size of the katana is 3 feet.
Name: Tiger's assault Rank: C Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Description: The user will perform the necessary handseals and gather the needed chakra. After that's done, the user will place his hands upon the ground as behind the opponent a giant white tiger head, made out of chakra, appears. Slowly the mouth of the tiger opens and leaps forwards in order to capture the opponent. When given the sign, the tiger can explode in order to damage the opponent. Works as long as the opponent is in sight.
B-Rank techniques

Name: Chakra Tiger Army Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long Description: The user will perform the necessary handseals and gather the chakra needed. When this all has been done, about ten white chakra tigers will surround the opponent. This can be used to just use for imprisonment to leave the opponent with no way out. When given a sign, these tigers can also attack if the opponent eventually managed to escape the tigers. Works as long as the opponent in sight.
Name: Tiger's roar Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Senjutsu Range: Long range Description: The user will perform handseals and build up chakra in his chest. At the moment the needed chakra has been gathered, the user will release all of it at one, releasing one big chakra roar that has the ability to blow anything and anyone near him away, unless that person has a power boost equal to his sage power. After this technique, the area would most likely look like a ruin due to the objects blown away. (e.g. buildings having collapsed and trees being fragmented) Ranges from 40 feet to 70 feet. Depends on chakra input. Cylinder shaped roar.
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) Rank: B Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range:Any range Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
A-Rank techniques

Name: Chakra Tiger Collision Rank: A Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Long Description: The user will perform the necessary handseals and places both of his hands onto the ground. Chakra waves will channel underground and will eventually come to a stop when it reached under the opponent. When it's beneath the opponent, from under the ground four tigers will materialize, jumping towards the opponent with the intend to damage him.
S-Rank techniques

Name: Sonic Boom Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Senjutsu Range: Close Description: This is a 'charg-up' technique. This means that it requires a few posts to charge up. It'll take two posts to charge up. The user's chakra will be slightly visible around his fist. When the user hits the opponent, there will be a huge explosion sound (not an actual explosion though), like a sonic boom. The opponent will be send flying; fast enough to blow even normal people through multiple buildings.
