The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Wind Bird Barrage Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 30 feet radius Description: No handseals, but it requires 1 post of concentration. Ryou will create three smalle (kunai sized) birds made of pure wind held together with chakra, which will fly at the enemy. These can fly at normal bird speed (25 miles an hour). They attack with beaks and talons, or they can explode on impact for more damage, enough to make a nasty bruise. They last for 2 posts each.
Name: Earth Shotgun Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Earth Type: Ninjutsu Range: 1-20 feet in front of user Description: 1 post of concentration, no handseals. Ryou gathers chakra and saliva into his mouth. The chakra will convert the saliva into mud, which will harden into little pellets in his mouth, made of rock. Ryou can then shoot these out in a spray, like a shotgun, which deal more damage the more that hit the enemy. The closer, the more accurate This moves at half the speed of a flintlock pistol each, enough to cause a nasty gash at point blank, that will require some treatment if one is to continue fighting. At 20 feet this technique is lucky to hit, and will hardly scratch, though may infect if the user is lucky at all. So like a real shotgun, distance is key.
Name: Fire Veil Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Fire Type: Ninjutsu Range: 13 feet radius Description: Requires handseals. Ryou stomps on the ground and weak flames erupt around him igniting everything within range (except him). Not necessarily destructive to the enemy nor does it do that much damage but the fire will burn around the area and can cause wildfires. The most these can cause is equivalent to a sunburn on the enemy's skin, which will be a large annoyance if anything. However its capabilities to ignite add to its usefulness.
Name: Bursting Air Bullet Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 Feet (straight line) Description: No handseals required, 1 post charge. Ryou, gathers chakra into his lungs and inhales a great deal of air. He then exhales it all out in a single bullet which is highly pressurized and will explode on impact dealing high pressure damage, enough to cause one nasty bruise. Travels at approximately 50 miles per hour. It is good to send an average-sized person dragging on their heels about 10 feet. Has a 5 post cooldown.
Name: Air Veil Repel Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 3 feet around user Description: Requires handseals. Ryou concentrates his chakra around himself, causing the air near him to swirl around him rapidly. This creates a current of spinning wind that is barely visible, but visible. Spinning at around 55 mph. This will completely deflect pojectile weapons the size of a kunai, completely off it course and send it flying elsewhere, while larger weapons (fuuma shuriken sized) will be moved off course and always hit in a non-fatal way. Anything larger, god forbid, will be unaffected. These winds do nothing more than blow things off path, and have no effect on normal taijutsu or explosions. This will last for 3 posts.
Name: Earth Golem Summoning Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Earth Type: Ninjutsu Range: Any (Like a summoning jutsu) Description: Requires handseals The user creates a golem made of clay. It is about 4 feet tall with a foot-ball player with pads build. It weighs in at 240 lbs hard, and 400 lbs soft (clay weighs 60 lbs dry per ft³, and weighs 100 lbs wet per ft³). This golem can change its body parts into various blunt weapons to attack the enemy (clubs, hammers). It can take countless blows from an enemy's taijutsu given it isn't strong enough to splatter them all over the place. They can soften and harden at will (switch can be done once per post). This golem will be stupid and destructive, and will attack anyone that isn't the summoner if it doesn't receive a specific command from the summoner.. The main weakness aside from lack of intelligence is that it can be destroyed with a C-rank non-lightning jutsu, or a D-Rank lightning jutsu. Its damage is equivalent to a professional football player with a baseball bat (imagine a caveman with a big club). This means it can, and most likely will break bones if you are hit, the impact capable of breaking any bones. This will automatically lose its animation after 5 posts of combat.
Name: Ash Road Burning Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: Fire Type: Ninjutsu Range: Up to 250 meters of ash, explosion of 7 feet in height Description: No handseals, but a post of concentration. Used as a last resort kind of fleeing jutsu. While running away from the enemy, he leaves behind a layer of ash as wide as the path he's running on (max of 20 meters wide). It limits visibility quite a bit, (-55% visibility) When the enemy, chasing him, steps on the road, Ryou can (and generally will) ignite this, instantly causing a long row of explosion. This will cause 3rd degree burns no issues if it succeeds.
Name: Demon Flash Prodigy Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Element: None Type: Nintaijutsu (Passive) Range: Self Description: Ryou will have a constant reserve of chakra around his body. This chakra will enrich his body and senses, allowing him to move at an incredible speed, and react seemingly instantaneously. This will always be active. This lets him fight as if two ranks higher, in terms of hand to hand combat. This has no effect on handseals. With this jutsu around, he will always start with about 20% of his chakra pool being in use to allow this.
Name: Pressure Damage Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Element: Wind Type: Ninjutsu Range: 150 meters in a straight path max, will then explode at about 50 meters. Description: Handseals required. The user of this jutsu will fire a superpressurized ball of wind which causes massive concussive damage, but this does not cut. Upon impact with an enemy, this will explode out in a swirling pressure wave that ravages and destroys an area. The damage caused by a direct hit from this is not only enough to kill you, but it can also kill anyone within the first 15 meters of the pressure wave, and can severely injure anyone else with enough pressure to shatter most bones in the body. This may be detonated on a whim mid flight instead of activating on impact, but to do this costs another 10 chakra. Can only be used once per topic.

Wind Bird Barrage - I need a mph on how fast they are, and a more descriptive amount of damage. When they explode, what type of damage do they cause? I need the size of the birds as well. As far as lasting three posts, at D Rank, that's too much. Only 2 will suffice and the number of birds be dropped to three as well.
Blade Bird Barrage - Just remove the hard to dodge part, saying they are accurate is good enough. Only the enemy themselves can determine how well they dodge it. Cracking ribs for a D rank is too strong. They would most likely cut open the enemy, but the force would not break bone.
Earth Shotgun - Same rules apply. How fast is the blast? How wide does it spread in circumference? If it were to hit, what kind of damage would be made? How thick is it?

Earth Shotgun - Giving D Rank Jutsu killing power is too powerful. If D rank jutsu could kill instantly, no one would make higher rank jutsu. Please adjust the damage to a lessened effect.

Earth Shotgun - The word deadly needs to be removed. If it were to hit, just describe the actual damage it would to to the body. Words like extreme, high, light, extensive won't cut it. Be specific.
Air Veil Repel - lasts too long. Give it a three post duration. Also, at C Rank, how fast are the spiraling winds.
Earth Golem Summoning - Give height and weight. Also, to be able to soften and harden at will makes for abuse of its use. If it softens, it won't be able to harden until the next post.
Air Veil Repel - 55 mph is C rank material for rotating winds.
earth Golem - If your going to state that it makes various weapons, you'll need to tell what kind, cutting power and the force of the weapons as well. Doing that will not make this C rank. It will make it higher. Be cautious, for your flirting with this being as high as an A Rank summon. Dumb it down.
Ultimate Air Cutter - Too powerful. B Rank that instantly kills.....no. It also compares to one of my clan jutsu, so therefore this is denied.
Ash Road Burning - Same as above. B Rank can't instant kill. It can cause second degree burns though, and the blast can send your enemy back. Lastly, the ash can limit visibility, just give a percentage. That is all.
Ugh... just a note that someone would have to be retarded to be killed by the latter jutsu. Everyone knows the rule of life: If it doesn't look like it can hurt you, it will.
