(Length, Width, and Height) It moves at around 5 Miles Per Hour due to its immense size. B Rank wind jutsu can blow it away and c-Rank water techs can cancel it out when it's ignited. I need how large the cloud is in terms of length, width and height. Also the percentage of visibility lost. It will be like so: Cloud released for the first post, then ignited in the next. I'll need how fast the cloud spreads, and what level of wind jutsu can blow it away before it is ignited.

Well, just the dust cloud, probably B rank wind could do it bc it moves so slow. When you ignite, since fire is weak against water, it'll probably also only take a C rank water tech to cancel it. Add all of this information in, then bump.

Yes it can shock people through metallic objects to the point of that body part becoming numb for 2 post.

So your hands alone could cut through steel? To be able to RP that with your bare hands, even with chakra, doesn't seem realistic unless you've seen it used in the anime. Please fix the template as well.

I had this exact same jutsu on saga. Do you not remember it? It wasn't OP at all. It would take 2 posts of continuous sawing against steel with this jutsu active to cut through it.

Does this work like chakra scalpel? If you were to cut through a real person would it physically cut it? Same question of you were to try and cut through steel.

The chakra covers your whole hand right? Does it increase the size of your hand? Like Asuma's knuckle knives when he channeled chakra into them.
