Personality:
He has different personalities which is strange for most, but not for Altair. First off, alone his personality is like that of a child. He'll play in mud puddles, pet puppies, even roll around with them. He is constantly smiling, and will sometimes skip around the place, keeping his spirits up to a maximum. During this time, he will also tell himself jokes, he will sing and dance, even play hopscotch!

The second personality is brought out for when he is with other people or in battle. His eyes cast into blank stares, his eye lids half closed. He'll seem bored every second that he is with other people. He'll help them only when he actually feels like it. During battle, everything he does is non-chalant. He'll make jokes about how slow his opponent is, or how weak they seem to be.

When he gets hit though, if it is hard enough, he will become enraged. Or others would call it insane! He laughs maniacally, jumping around the place, swinging what seems without thinking. Though the entire time he has strategetic advantage. He studies his opponent the entire battle and uses the weaknesses he finds when he becomes enraged. This type of tactical indifference makes him seem a gleeful killer.

Insanity, yet quiet like the calm before the storm. Altair is seemingly unaffected by the world around him. He cares not about the lives of others, only living for himself and Rin at this point. He sheds no more tears, and brings to the battle what one would expect of a kage: Greatness. When he loses himself, it is not gradually, he flips like a lightswitch and is harder to calm down than before. Killing is the only sedative that matters to him anymore. Blood is his prime directive and he will achieve it.

Bloodline Ability:
The ability to always draw chakra from nearby life to keep them selves at full power. Also the ability to completely control their own blood as well as blood outside of the body, as in blood shed during battle.

Clan History:
The Satsujin clan has been around since the beginning of Kazanegakure. It has thrived off of the wars that have plagued the ninja world. No clan was able to match the Satsujin in battle. They did some of the Atsusakage's most difficult missions with ease. They were mostly assassins for hire though, for they would do side missions outside of what they were given by the village.

When the Atsusakage found out about this he sent has most trusted men to wipe out the clan. Only a hand full survived. They were kept and treated as prisoners. Now there are only a few left, they are in hiding from the murdurous rampage of the Atsusakage and to have a better life for their children. They now reside in small groups and only allow two children at a time to become shinobi.

RP Sample: Blowing wind, rustling branches and leaves, there was just this within the jungle to show that any life was present. From a distance, loud thuds and roars of rage could be heard. Following these sounds, one would find a figure dressed in a green hooded sweat shirt. Along with a white t-shirt, and green pants and shoes matching the hooded sweat shirt in color. The figure himself was pale white, and had a few piercing upon his bottom lip, nose and eyebrow. Within his ears would be ear-buds, with their string leading to a cd player on the hip of the figure. He had but one discerning mark: a tattoo of a chinese dragon wrapped around a crucifix. He had in his hand a large great sword, chakra seeping from it, uttering raw power. In front of him was the base of a large, round tree now covered in sharp crystals pushing into the tree itself. The crystals themselves were purple in color, but had a hint of green chakra.

The male grinned, huffing slightly before turning around to face another tree like the one with the crystals within them, raising his sword. With one slash, he let out a wave of crystals the size of arrows, with the shape of spears. They bombarded the trunk of the tree, in a design matching a wolf. The crystals themselves had sunk deep into the trunk, about half way, showing the force and velocity of them. With another slash, he let loose more crystals, this time they traced up the tree itself, in a long line of sharpened death. The chakra exuding from the man showed his clear prowess over the type of jutsu he was using. He laughed to himself, and it echoed out among the jungle, a laugh like a hyena. This laugh, had sparks of insanity running within it, and he showed no contempt to quiet it.

There were many things that looked to be wrong with this being, but he didn't care. And with handseals being made seconds after his laughter ceased, chakra pushed out from his shoulder blades, these coming to the form of wings. After a moment they hardened into crystalization, chakra moving steadily within them. He moved his form into the air with the help of these wings, throwing his sword at the tree he was attacking, making more handseals, before watching it split into numerous arrow-sized crystals, them impaling the tree as well. This made him laugh once more, making another string of handseals, his chakra concentrating on the palms of his hands.

After a moment, he pointed his palms towards the tree itself, clenching his fists. After which, chakra blasted out, wrapping around the tree in a large sphere. Without a second of though, he clapped his knuckles together, watching the sphere of chakra contort onto the tree, green lightning shooting from all sides, pushing against the tree, rending it, burning it, and all over just lashing within, around, and through it. Upon releasing the jutsu, the tree itself fell into splinters before him, completely decimated.

He watched his work for a few minutes, before moving himself to land back upon the ground, releasing the chakra that held his wings together. He fell to his knees, breathing heavily after exerting all his energy, and most of his chakra. A lone tear fell into the soil, as his fists clenched. He sighed, before falling back to sit, and eventually lay down, eyes closing silently for him to fall into a needed slumber.
