Description: Allowing the water to be drawn out of the air by merging the hydrogen particles and the Oxygen particles the user creates a large mist around the area that is unseeable for up to five feet infront of you though the hearing is not disoriented the eyesight is. Requires one post to charge, lasts five posts, and then seven posts to cool down on. This jutsu can be used up to five times a topic.

Description: The user rolls the mind of his opponent with his voice alone. It is a very warm and pleasurable sensation and very hard to fight against it because of it. Once more, this is a power of elegance rather than power. It is a skilled use of power and not something to overwhelm a person with using force. The user is able to let the target perform a minor task for him such as handing him over a file, or letting him through a gate. Lasts four posts unless stopped with Kai. Five post cooldown.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The maximum amount of clones is 6. This clone is destroyed in a single blow, and has a 3 post cooldown.

Description: Requiring handseals, this genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the clap after the handseals. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will disappear and approach his/her target. Once near his/her target, a tree will grow at their feet and its branches will bind them so they can no longer move. As the tree wraps around the arms and legs of the enemy, binding them, so too does the actual body of the enemy get bound from movement. Once the target is immobile, the user can then attack the enemy. The enemy is capable of feeling the bark of the tree scrape against their body, see the tree wrap around them, and hear the tree as it rapidly grows and contorts to bind them. The illusion can be stopped through the use of Kai, or the sensation of pain, though most likely it is not capable by the enemy due to their being bound entirely by this genjutsu. When bound, the arms are free to use kai to escape in the first post but if they fail to do so, the user gets the chance to kill. Once per topic use only. Post Duration: 2

Description: This jutsu allows the Kyūketsuki to literally suck the life from his victims. The Kyūketsuki is able to reach into the wellspring of mortality and siphon off its essence, consuming it to replace his own. By grabbing the opponent they are able to draw 20 chakra from their body per turn as long as they manage to hold on to them. There is a however a more radical method which requires the user to bite the opponent and drain their blood, which gives them 40 chakra per turn from their opponent.
