Range: Can travel through different countries.
Description: Requires no handseals, only one post of concentration. Abeo releases a small piece of his spirit orb and sends it off to a specified person, with a message attached. When the small piece of spirit reaches it's target, it immediately enters them, giving them the message in the form of Abeo's voice or mental pictures. Then, the receiver has the option to expend the same amount of chakra that Abeo did to send the spirit back, with an optional response, or it stays with them until Abeo physically retrieves it. Abeo's chakra pool is depleted of the chakra it took to send it until he gets it back (meaning if he expended five chakra on it, his chakra pool will be 255 until he gets it back, even in new topics).

Neighboring Country: 15chakra (default + 5) / 12 Hours (Gust / Cherry Blossom)

Everything looks legit, all I have to do is ask a single question. How would you retrieve it if they don't send it back? Do you just need to be near them and it will return? If so that's fine

Ok, I dont mean to put a halt to this, but we use pigeons to send useless information all the time, and that I dont see as a problem with this jutsu. What would worry me, is the 'travel' time of the pigeon if it is sent. This could severly alter True time, and make it to where a pigeon could appear in a topic without travel to deliver dire information, which would help give an advantage.

I would say there either needs to be a topic made for the bird traveling...

Or a lag time as to when the bird can show up in a topic without posting the travel.

Are we going with hours, or days with each particular section.

And yeah, I meant to add time/distance, but I was in a hurry when I left. I figured someone would point it out.

I was thinking...

Within the country: 3 hours
Out of country: 6 hours.
Etc...: 12 hours.

My reasoning? It's supposed to be more convenient than Abeo, or else Abeo would do it himself. Plus, it's like an arrow rather than a living being. It doesn't need to stop to eat, sleep or go to the bathroom, nor does it need to deal with like, bandits or the physical objects.

And yeah, I agree. I won't use it as a cope out.

Neighboring should be atleast 12 hours

Further Countries atleast 24 hours

In your description, please add in that by neighboring countries, its pretty much only Gust Country and Cherry Blossom Country. The map isnt up, so that is why I need this in there

But what if I'm in another country, either visiting or moving? o.o
