MirageAnd as the blood dripped from my hands, I felt a happiness, that no money could ever buy.Ninja ApplicationPersonalFirst Name: Keikoku
Last Name: Tatsumaki
Alias: The Deceiver
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 154 lbs.
Birthday: November 16
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Relationships: None
Affiliation: Arechigakure (Former Shippuugakure)
Rank: Genin
Element: Fūton (Raiton, Suiton)
Specialization: Ninjutsu (Taijutsu, Nintaijutsu)
Personal v2Personality: In a battle, he has the ability to look past his feelings. He would do anything that it takes to win, and will begin to ignore love, or an ally in a fight - and do whatever he needs to. Kei has kindness that could only be found in those stories about Buddha, or some fictional character. The trait knows no bounds with him, and is showed to almost anyone, even if they did just attempt to take his life. Whether it be in battle, or in school, or even in just learning basic techniques, Keikoku is able to learn very quickly. He can easily adapt to different combat styles, learn a new language, learn a new kido, or even learn how to not be socially awkward. Based on events in battle or even in everyday work, Kei-San has the ability to formulate great strategies to help overcome the feats. Almost 80% of the time, the strategies make no sense, but they have never failed Keikoku.....yet, therefore the confusing strategies win. Kei is very loyal to his friends and fellow shinigami. There isn't hesitation in the choice he has made towards his comrades. If need be, he would take a lethal blow to protect them.
Kei has been known to be very fond of the ladies, therefore he would be labeled a womanizer. Kei-San is to brave for his own good. This gets him in a ton of trouble because he will mouth off to someone way more powerful than him, and still keep his sense of bravery. His lack of powers make him very weak. This leads to multiple ass kickings, and a broken Keikoku. Keikoku loves to fight, but there is always the fear of battle - in the back of his mind. He is always terrified that he may die, but without that thought, he would be very arrogant. He loves to drink, and doesn't care who knows that. This usually leads to fights, and sometimes - an ass kicking. He tends to drink to the point where it is no fun, and he blacks out. So naturally, he never remembers what happens the night before.
Keikoku has been known to be rather compassionate. Which would mean he understands and respects someones needs and concerns by listening well and making an effort to see issues from their point of view. Even in the most dangerous and hectic of times, Kei manages to remain calm. This keeps his thoughts cool and collected in battle, and not strewn about - keeping him from focusing on the task at hand. Keikoku has some pretty great ideas flowing around in his head, which would credit his reputation as a creative thinker. Most of the time though, these ideas are unorthodox and unrealistic, which make people unsure of his thoughts. Keikoku has earned the reputation of being quite chivalrous. This was brought on by his extreme respect for women and children, and being a very proper person.
Likes:
- Sushi § The taste and smell of sushi just makes Keikoku a happy man, and he will do anything to obtain sushi.
- Sake § A man loves to drink, so why should he not like sake? Seriously, think about it.
- Women § He is a womanizer, and he tends to love his women - but even with that being said, he only does this to fill a gap in his heart.
- Blood § Ever since he had killed for the first time, he has found blood to be intoxicating. He loves the smell, the texture, everything about it.
Dislikes:
- Arrogance § Not many people like arrogance, so that is an easy one. It shows that someone thinks they are capable of something that they are clearly not, and it royally pisses off Keikoku.
- Insolence § Anyone would hate someone that would show lack of respect, or act rude to someone. You are supposed to respect those above you, and be kind to others - not the opposite of that.
- Desperation § Keikoku hates to see anyone in such a depressed state that they lose all hope. He certainly hates to see it get to a point where they want to do something irrational like suicide, and this would not be considered a dislike, more of a hate.
- Incompetence § Why would anyone like someone that shows no ability to perform their duties? Think about that one.
Motivation:Fears: There are only three things that actually scare Keikoku, and two of three go hand-in-hand. Any great warrior fears the battlefield, or they are arrogant - so that would be the first thing. Every time Kei has to draw his sword, or even lay his hand on his katana - he fears that he could be killed, and fears the battle in general. Battle is not a playground game, therefore it has to be scary or it is just a "spar," not a battle. The one other thing that would actually tie in with this would be the fear of being defeated. There is nothing more embarrassing to Kei than to be defeated, and so far as a Genin he is good about it - not being beaten since his time in the Academy.
Clan InformationTatsumaki Bloodline Name: Taifū No Me (Eye of the Storm)
Bloodline Ability: This bloodline grants it's owners a cloak of black-laced wind that circles their entire body entitled the "Kuro-fū no Manto". This cloak is what make them the "eye of the storm", rather than them receiving a doujutsu. It is manifested from the oxygen, chakra, and killing intent that is found within the users body, which allows for them to cast Wind-type jutsu without the need for hand signs, because the movements of the Kuro-fu no Manto outside the body mirrors that of the inside, which forces chakra into the necessary positions for the jutsu to be activated. The ability to not use hand signs for a jutsu requires two things. The first is the activation of the Kuro-fu no Manto, which costs the same as an E rank jutsu per post. The second is the cost of 1 rank higher jutsu in chakra for the technique OR the lowering of the jutsu's power by 1 rank.
By applying the Kuro-fu no Manto to certain jutsu (listed below), a certain affect will be added to the jutsu. It will receive the effect to grind rapidly against whatever it touches (if the user chooses), providing an extra set of damage.
Location: Shippuugakure
Clan History: This bloodline limit is almost unique in the fact that it doesn't require people to be related to each other in order to receive the bloodline limit. It was created by Urufu's father, using a fuinjutsu he created to seal wind inside of himself. The jutsu focused primarily on his killing intent, which was manifested as a black-lace outside of his body. Because his killing intent wasn't enough to finalize the jutsu and create the cloak, he had to do something no one would ever forgive him for. He had to kill someone he truly loved. In front of his son's eyes, he took a knife and slaughtered his own wife. As Urufu's mother fell to her death, the jutsu was finally complete.
The bloodline's initial stages came in the form of the fuinjutsu called "Jigoku no sesshu". The primary function of this bloodline is to materialize the user's Killing Intent using a combination of Yin and Yang chakra. Once materialized, the killing intent will activate the second part of the Jigokku no sesshu. This binds the wind that is immediately in contact with the user (which implies they must be somewhere with high winds for a better result) to the killing intent, creating a gaseous aura around the body. This aura is then synchronized with the oxygen, chakra, and killing intent inside of the body, which finalizes the fuinjutsu and creates the Kuro-fu no Manto.
Jogoku no Sesshu must be placed on someone whom already possesses the bloodline. In Urufu's case, this was his father. Of course, the bloodline can be possessed immediately, which would allow for certain jutsu to be used, but the Kuro-fu no Manto does not form until one special prerequisite is formed. The killing of someone that you truly love. In Urufu's father, Kuro's case, this was his wife and Urufu's mother. In Urufu's case, it was his own father. After they kill their loved one, the user develops the appropriate amount of killing intent within their body to create the aura. The moment the aura is created, the seal for the fuinjutsu disappears. As of now, Urufu is the only living person with this bloodline, but that doesn't mean he'll be the last.
HistoryHistory:RP Sample: (This is an example of my Role-Play Ability, from a Bleach Role-Play Site)
A Few Days Before:
Yoshikazu had recently been busy, he had been recruiting people into the House. Two humans had caught his eye, Gabriel Ward, and Jason Sanders. They were on entirely different levels of strength, but Yoshi knew he could mold them into something much stronger - so he seized the opportunity to bring them in. The only problem with recruiting, in Yoshi's mind, was the fact that he had really long hair - making him seem very young. Who exactly would listen to a young, long haired, punk kid? It would hard to believe that he was actually Oyabun, unless they could sense his spiritual pressure.
Of course he had met them during completely different circumstances. He had met Gabriel at school, and was asked by the boy, to help him control his fullbring. Jason and Yoshi had met during an arrancar attack on Karakura Town. Even though battling a single arrancar was not a two person task, they had still run into each other. They both shared that tolerance for all things, until they proved that they were way out of line - and needed to be destroyed. Gabriel was much more different though, he was just a typical high school student, that needed help with "problems." At first Yoshi figured it would have been girl related, or possibly guy related - but no, he could sense Yoshi. There was no mistaking it, he was a fullbringer, and he couldn't even control his power - which is where Yoshi and the other members of Kōsa.
Based on the idea of not being able to recruit because of his appearance, he had requested something of Amber Liddell. What was that request? A haircut, Yoshi needed a haircut. Whether or not this would actually help him, he did not know - but it would make him look more "professional." A good fifteen minutes had passed before Yoshi's hair even looked like it had even been touched. Years of growing it out made it difficult to cut, and even worse to clean up. The length of time it had taken to cut his hair was approximately thirty minutes. Amber had finally finished, and placed a mirror in the hands of her friend.
"Ah! It's brilliant, thanks dear, I love you."
------------------------------------------------------------
Today:
To Yoshi's knowledge, he was alone in the Kōsa compound. He had been proven wrong in the past though, when a Vice-Captain Shinigami came to visit him, and he hadn't realised that Amber was in the compound. She usually kept to herself and stayed in her room, reading - keeping so quiet that he didn't even think to sense for her. Checking on her would more than likely be a hastle, because her room was across the compound, and he was currently in the Living Room area. There is the option of using his true speed in the house to get from point A to point B insantly, but he thought that going at a normal speed would be more, well - normal.
He began to walk towards her room, which could be a ten minute walk from where he was, if Yoshi decided to walk at a casual pace. Of course to stay with the "norm," he walked like a normal human being, slower than the bullshit pace of speed walking. It really was a site to behold, the Kōsa house, it was full of interesting, and beautiful objects - not to mention endless corridors. The walls and floor panels were made of Ebonwood, which gave the "darker" feel to the house. Of course a black wood panneling surrounding you, exspecially at night, would make the hallway and hosue entirely - appear as if it was just a dark tunnel. Due to the lack of light/color, pretty artisian rugs were added to make it more "home-like," and many a light were installed into the walls.
Without anyone actually being in the compound, it was rather creepy - like something could easily be from a movie like the Grudge. There were never any creaking noises, but there was always that eerie feeling, like someone was watching you - or you could be murdered or even sexually assaulted around the corner. Everyone in the house knew that it was scary, for Yoshi atleast - even WHEN people were home. So as cruel jokesters, everyone would lurk around corners just to scare Yoshi, which usually left to them being scolded, but as someone once said - it's worth the punishment.
"Damn.... I wish the compound could be a little bit smaller, because this walk is literally unbearable. Nothing to do, extremely bored, and this place is just creepy."
The next bit of the house would be difficult and very tiring for a normal person, and quite frankly - Yoshi did not have the patience for it. A ridiculous number of flights of stairs were ahead, easily about one-thousand steps. At this point he didn't care about fitting into the "norm," because normalcy was boring - and Yoshi wasn't even normal by any means. Thousands of stairs were easily conqueored within the span of seconds - the levels of the structure began to flash before Yoshi's eyes, as he landed upon the top level of the compound. Now if his memory wasn't failing him, Amber's room would be around the next corner - the second room on the right.
As he rounded the corner he came to the name plate next to the bamboo style sliding door, it read "Amber Liddell." This was the right door, but he didn't know if she was there - and if she was, if she was dressed or not. He gently tapped the wall, but there was no response - so he figured he could try to at least communicate with her.
"Amber... pst... you in there dear?"
The door was slid open very fast and he jumped into the room. Dark, it was very dark - but he could see a bulge in the covers of her bed. Either she had a man in the bed with her, or she was hiding in the covers - asleep. To make sure she wasn't screwing around with some bloak he went and sat on her bed and lifter the covers a little, to expose a fragile looking girl. Her forehead was kissed before he darted out of the room and slid the door back.
"SHIT! I forgot..."
Yoshi took off down the stairs, because he had glanced at his watch - 9:30 P.M. He was supposed to have guests over at this time, thank god he hadn't heard a knock yet - because he was too far away to answer the door, and they would more than likely leave. A big fuck you was thrown at the "casual" speed he had used earlier, and he used his full speed to get to the living room - in record time. He sat down and quickly turned on something on the T.V. mounted on the wall, and of course nothing was on - as usual. So what did he do in this case? He usually changed the channel to the news, and left it - so that is what happened. A knock on the door over-powered the sound of the news anchors chatting away. Hmmm. Who could that be? Was it Jason or Gabriel, who arrived first?
