This jutsu can also boost the power of any weapon it is holding as long as it can insulate lightning. The aura can last against 2 jutsu but only if the element is weaker then lightining elelment. If the element is better then lightining then the aura is instantly dispelled. Last 4 post 6 post cooldown can be used 2 time per topic.

Random directioning would always work in the users favor. So just make it one post. Also, if it hits the enemy, what kind of damage does it deliver? How big is the twister? How fast does it rotate and how fast does it travel Edit in the other things as well..

Lions Palms. Please describe how much strnger it makes your taijutsu and the specific damage it does at each rank...itll take awhile to fill this out, but is required when you have a d-a rank jutsu

hm It makes it stronger by half a rank. Damage wise if it connects with the intended target it sends powerful shock waves through that area D to B. If it connects then the area becomes praylzed for 1 posts A to S

So the shockwaves are intended to weaken the area of contact? And if at a high rank paralyze? If it paralyzes, the intended area hit and paralyzed will only be a 4 inch by 4 inch area.
