The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: False Chakra Field Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Genjutsu Range: n/a Description: No hand seals. The user is able to create an aura of chakra around them which has a chosen elemental "theme" which is decided upon the start of the use. This theme is simple enough, the fire theme is fire burning off the user's skin, waater is a flowing splash around the user, earth has stones flying around them, wind picks up leaves or other things from the area and has it fly around the user and lightning is shown by sparks flying off of them in a large field. Though these auras seem real they are a simple illusion used for intimidation purposes as well as to fool someone into thinking that the user specializes in an elements they might not have.
Name: Walking Dead Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Genjutsu Range: n/a Description: No hand seals. The user's body takes on a very dead appearance with rotting skin and feverish wounds that are possibly still bleeding and/or spilling entrails. Exact descriptions are different from user to user but in the end they look like zombies.
Name: False Weapon Rank: E Element: n/a Type: Genjutsu Range: n/a Description: The user'appears to summon a weapon from the normal summoning technique, however what actually happens is the formation of a weapon from an illusion. This weapon appears very real but has no substance and therefore is unable to cut anyone or anything.

After the charging he user releases the chakra after slashing and leaves behind a clone that appears to be completely real. The user then appears behind the person this technique was just used on and slashes three times with their blade in the opponent's blind spot. This technique is nearly instantaneous (all of it taking place in a single second) so it is better to try and prevent it from happening than to dodge. 6 post cool down.

This is not a true clone, just an after image of the user of what position they used to be in before the technique is put into action. However if compared to a clone it would be like the basic E rank since it would have no substance at all nor can it move, use jutsu or anything like that.

The entire jutsu takes places in about one second, meaning I move behind them then make my three slashes. Guess each of those four parts is about .25 seconds then.

This is made possible since nature manipulation is known to take place in seven specific points on the body (base of the spine, sacrum, stomach, heart, throat, center of the forehead and the crown of the skull), thus by landing a very specific blow to one of these areas elemental addition to chakra is made impossible. This does not in any way cut off the opponent's ability to use their chakra however, it simply makes it so they are unable to add elements to it, making elemental jutsu impossible. This sealing of elements lasts the entire topic unless healed by at least A rank ijutsu and can only be used twice per topic with a 10 round cool.

Note that the strength of this technique is not strong enough to be used as a plausible way to track someone by scent unless the odor is extremely strong and even then it is not overly effective or useful.

At first it appears that this attack is a normal series of high speed punches and palm thrusts, however and invisible heat cloud is rising up with each blow and at the midway point of the technique's combo a small explosion of fire is added to each blow, this attack's combo is a series of fifteen to thirty palm thrusts and punches and the fire extends out a maximum of one foot to cause first degree burns.

This is a supplementary technique used by shinobi when their taijutsu techniques fall just short of the mark (this only applies to hand to hand techniques and not long or mid ranged). By surging their chakra through their strike point the effects of the taijutsu still seem to take effect on the opponent as long as the mark was not missed by more than one or two feet at the most.

Name: False Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: short - medium - long Description: The user gains an enormous bust of speed that allows them to move so fast that they leave false images of themselves in their wake. At any given time there can be up to ten images in the near area and until the user of the technique stops moving it is impossible to tell which is real and which is false image. If the user is struck and stops moving then all false images are immediately dispersed. This technique can be kept up as long as the user likes given that they pay ten chakra every round in upkeep.

Taking the strength of the user's body and focusing it into the feet all at once for a brief moment a powerful effect is achieved that normally a human could not even dream of creating from their mortal body. The tapping of a foot on the ground causes a fierce fissure in the area that will rupture the foundations of structures and rip small tears into the earth around them. Name: Headbutt Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: Contact Description: Passive; the use of this technique hardens the bones in the users skull, neck and spine to make it so they are able to strike with full force without risking injury. Though the damage caused all depends on the force exerted after this technique is put in place it makes it so that a person could easily slam their head into a person and break bones, but it wont help with anything harder than that. Rather than needing to charge chakra for the attack the user exerts all the energy for the technique in an instant with a cool down of 3 posts.

Between the activation of the technique and the strike in the blind spot there is about two seconds but due to the illusion covering all traces of the actual user it is extremely complicated to dodge or escape from. 5 post cool down.

If a person is attacked by this technique and a limb is hit twice then all the muscles in that specific limb. Landing two blows on the abdomen/stomach area results in the target being unable to fully stand up straight and effectively cutting their overall power and speed in half. If the chest/heart is attacked twice the entire body locks up. All of these lock downs lasts for three rounds. If a person is struck in their light or thought chakras located in the head once they are knocked unconscious for four rounds. Two round cool between uses.

The chest cavity also doesn't cause instant death, it instead becomes cracked and extremely fragile after a solid hit is landed, other bones in the body are able to be shattered upon contact. Rather than needing to charge chakra for the attack the user exerts all the energy for the technique in an instant with a cool down of 7 posts.

Headbutt - It needs to be C Rank, and if its gonna be passive, you need a cooldown around 6. Lastly, it would have to damage you somehow. Would you become disoriented? Loss of vision and hearing for a post after contact?
I think passive may be a bit much bc it makes it way to easy to land an attack if someone gets to close.
