Description: Requires charge. User focuses neutral chakra into their hands and places them onto separated limbs or other boy body parts. The chakra attracts the two limbs together, holding them in place for a long enough time to have the limb permanently reattached(6 posts). The technique itself, does not permanently bond a wound and requires the use of other medical work, such as mystic palm or stitches. The parts being joined have to be fresh, a part from a corpse cannot be exhumed and re-attached as an arm. Cool down of 7 posts.

Defibrillation - you need to specify up to how long the heart can be stopped and this jutsu still work. For instance, a body laying there for three hours, this jutsu probably won't work do to the time frame.

3 minutes would be the longest amount of time, being the longest amount of time a human can live without oxygen.

Raiton Numbing - I'll allow it to last for 5 posts, however, if you include that it can only be used in non combat situations, its free. What is the max surface area that can be numbed?

I wasn't planning on using it in combat anyway. Three inches for the max area numbed.

Magnetic Attachment - Ok, this jutu is fine, just tell if it needs the assistance of other jutsu and medical work, such as mystical palm, and or stitches after its fully attached. Allowing other jutsu to assist with this one, will drop the price. Allowing this one to fully attach a lost limb, will make it more expensive. The choice is yours to decide, however, Im just throwing out all of the options...

When the blade cuts the opponent, a three inch seal appears around their wound preventing the blood in the area to coagulate. Blood loss and effects go off this scale:

40% - 6x.50 inch gash - Headache, Vomiting, Shock

Tell me how much blood per post continues to be lost, and what amount of chakra it would take to break the seal. Obviously, the number would be 40 chakra which is A rank amount

The amount of blood lost would all depend on the cut given.

I.E.// If I would cut off a finger, the bleeding from that wouldn't be able to stop, but it wouldn't allow the person to bleed to death quickly either.

Well then youll need to make it to where I can establish how much blood is lost. For isntance, how big the gash would have to be in order for someone to bleed to death by the seventh post, etc.

Well, probably have to cut off an appendage or leave a six inch long and inch deep gash.

Double the size of the gash to a foot long, and it has more plausibility. Since this is such an advanced jutsu, we need a bit of an in-depth jutsu, let's try this:

Give me 5 stages of wounds. Each stage represents 20% of blood loss more than the other.

20% - Size of wound - Body's reaction to blood loss
40% - Size of wound - Body's reaction to blood loss
60% - Size of wound - Body's reaction to blood loss
80% - Size of wound - Body's reaction to blood loss
100% - Size of wound - Body's reaction to blood loss

Do lesser Ijutsu keep the bleeding minimal D - B?

B Rank jutsu would be able to keep the person from bleeding to death, but just enough to avoid death
