The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Juvian is a motivating boy who likes to cheer on his friends. He's a cheerful boy who was raised with good parents. Juvian is very helpful when he is helping someone. He will never leave a friend behind but if he could then Juvian would come back for them. Juvian prefers to defend than attack and afflict damage to other ninjas. Under certain cases he will attack.
When Juvian is mad he will be stuborn and depressed. Only several of his friends can calm Juvain when he is mad. When no one is there to calm him down he will usually destory things until his temper cools down. Usually Juvian cools off easly but when it comes to personal matter it may take a while for him to cool of his temper.
Likes: Juvian likes eating Choclate covered strawberries when he is on his free time, he also like to eat sushi and ramen. When wandering the village he likes to stay on top of the peaceful rooftops. He also likes see all the star in the sky when its night. He really enjoy time playing around and hanging around his friends.
Dislikes: Juvian dislike being alone with someone he distrust. He dislikes staying still for a long span of time.He dislike getting him candy out of order. Juvian dislike not seeing what is in front of him when he needs to see. He also dislikes people who use people to get what they want.
Motivation: Juvian's motivation is finding friends along the way of the journey. EAch time Juvian meets a new friends he is lighten up with a new friend to talk to, spar with and hang out with. His true motivation is finding out what happen to his brother when he was killed.
