WHAT CLAN ARE YOU FROM, IF YOU BELONG TO ONE?
Hyuga
Bloodline Name: Byakugan
Bloodline Ability:- Spoiler:
The Hyūga are renowned for possessing the highly coveted Byakugan, a kekkei genkai feared for the great visual prowess that it grants its wielder. The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved. However, the Byakugan cannot see through certain barriers, such as the Four Black Fog Battle Formation. The third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, its flow, as well as the chakra circulation system inside the body with great detail.
Members of the clan are instructed in the use of the Gentle Fist style, which uses the Byakugan to view the opponent's Chakra Pathway System and deal precise blows to disable and impede the flow of chakra. Due to training in this style, Hyūga clan members tend to have excellent chakra control. This is emphasised in techniques that utilise this chakra control, as well as the nuances of the Gentle Fist Art.
It is said that this clan possesses more than one kekkei genkai, one of which grants them the ability to expel chakra from every tenketsu in their body, allowing them to fully utilise chakra with attacks.
Location: Tsukigakure
Clan History:- Spoiler:
The Hyūga clan is one of the five noble clans of Tsukigakure, the others being: Kyuketsuki, Hachurui, Ookami, and Metarumasuta. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things, and expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body.
While not much is known of the clan's background, they are considered to be one of, if not currently, the most powerful clan in Tsukigakure. Their notoriety and prowess stretches far and wide, leading others to both praise and covet their abilities. During the latest Shinobi World War, an enemy-nin noted that they had a hard time against them during a previous war.
The clan is separated into two parts, the main house (Sōke) and the branch house (Bunke), a system that protects the secrets of the Byakugan from outsiders. The main house runs the family while the branch house protects it. The members of the branch house are branded with a cursed seal upon the third birthday of the heir to the main house. This seal gives the main house members absolute control over the branch members, because they can destroy the branch members' brain cells with a simple hand seal, or cause them great pain to punish them. This seal also makes sure the secret of the Hyūga's Byakugan is safe, because it seals the Byakugan after the wearer of the seal dies. Because they are essentially servants, simply because of their birth order or heritage, some branch house members are hostile to those of the main house.
TELL ME YOUR PAST!
History:Sakra was born into the main house of the Hyuga clan. Here she was trained by her father and other great fighters from a very young age. She was able to use her Byakugan from the start. Her parents noticed this whenever she would try to avoid them from telling her to go to bed. She’d be able to see them coming and run away. Sakra’s mother was specialized in medical jutsu. During the day, Sakra would be with her father training in Taijutsu while in the evenings her mother would teach her the ways of healing. At the age of eight, Sakra’s parents got permission to travel to Hyougagakure to live for a while. Her mom had some friends that lived there.
At first, Sakra wasn’t happy. She complained for a few weeks missing her friends and family. Until one day she met him. Sakra would go off walking during free time and use her Byakugan. In this village it was always very cold but sakra enjoyed the new environment weather. Most people in the village grew up with each other and had their own group of friends. One day she noticed a boy off on his own walking. She followed him from a good distance to not be noticed. He walked into a huge cave. Sakra just went to the entrance and peaked in. The boy was training, he seemed to be concentrating on the sound waves in the cave and how they bounce off back and forth. It didn’t take long for him to recognize he had someone watching him. It wasn’t until he turned around to face her that Sakra realized the boy was blind. At once he attacked but Sakra was quick too and blocked it. She introduced herself to let the boy know she was no enemy. That day Sakra met Tamashi Uchiha.
Sakra continued to train with both her parents. She finished the academy a year later. For two years she went on missions with her comrades. Sakra was always improving and getting better at her jutsu. On the missions, Sakra fought and would heal her comrades if they got hurt. Sakra could pull her own wait. Her byakugans helped the group know if there were nearby enemies. Once her sensai thought she was ready they let her take the Chunin exam. Sakra passed at the age of eleven. She was skilled to fight and to heal. Sakra and Tamashi became good friends that year. Sometimes during free time they would train together for fun. Sakra was amazed at how well Tamashi was even though he was blind, most of the time she even forgot that he couldn't see when they were together. Sakra was known for her Byakugan and would be sent on mission’s where the enemies needed to be seen from far distances. She was also seen as important because a lot of the time she would be the healer of different squads. There were times though when Sakra would be on break and her her parents were away on missions that she would worry since her parents were on the same team. When she got lonely she would go see Tamashi and spend time with him. One of Sakra’s mom’s friends decided to help her train and became her mentor. She was skilled in earth jutsu though.
Until one day when Sakra was fourteen, both of her parents were killed in action. Only one person had survived from the squad to tell what happened. Her parent’s squad was ambushed. Sakra mother was healing her father’s injuries when the attack happened. They never saw it coming. For a week, Sakra didn’t speak to anyone, not even Tamashi. The funeral would be held back with her clan so Sakra returned home. She told Tamashi and everyone that it would only be a year than she would come back. After the funeral, Sakra didn’t stop training. She had her old mentors help her train while using her Byakugan. It was nice to be back with the clan but sakra missed her parents every day. There deaths only made her push herself harder to become the best ninja she could be. Once, Sakra returned back to the Hyougagakure village she reunited with Tamashi and other friends. Within just one year, Sakra was different. She was more content. They sent her on higher rank missions right away. Sakra felt like she needed to know more than just healing and taijutsu. For three years she learned some earth jutsu from her mentor. Other chunnin and even Jounins were impressed with how skillful Sakra had become. Although she still kept up her training in healing especially on missions. One of her main goals was to one day be specialized in this jutsu just like her mother.
A year later, Tamashi became a jounin. Over the years, she developed a crush on him but never said so because she wouldn’t want to ruin their friendship. That same year, Sakra proved she had what it took to be a Jounin. At the age of nineteen, she had finally did it. Sakra knew her parents were proud of her. During that year, the village had sent Sakra out as a spy. She would go undercover to different places and find out needed information about different things. At first, Sakra didn't want to but they said it would only be for a short period of time. Afterwards she realized she didn't mind because she got to see new places. A few times, she would be seen as a suspicious person but she was always able to get out of there before a fight happened. No one knew her identity for she would use a fake name wherever she went. Most people she met though found Sakra a friendly traveler and were happy to help her with things. Sakra knew her manners and was always taught to be friendly towards others when she was little. After a year, she returned back to the village to see what her next missions would be.
Nine Years
Year one: Sakra turned 20 that year. After bing away for eleven months it was nice to be back and see friendly faces. She would see Tamashi during the days sometimes if he was awake since he worked the night shifts. For the year, she would be sent on missions with others. She even got reunited with her old comrades. One day Sakra was at home when her old mentor came by. She gave Sakra a letter and said it had been from her parents. Her mentor had than told her that before every mission, if her parents thought it would be really dangerous they would write a letter for her. If they came back from the mission alive, they would burn it. On the letter it said the number twenty. Her mentor believed that her parents wanted the letter to be given to Sakra when she turned twenty years old. Sakra did not open the later though and she put it somewhere safe.
Year two: During this year Sakra offered to help teach younger ninja's healing jutsu. Rumors spread around the village about this and many came to Sakra. Only ones who could be able to concentrate the chakra really well had an easier time learning. Sakra believed it would be good for there to be more ninja's that could heal but can also be able to fight if they had too. Thats what her mother believed in too. Sakra had fun helping others especially the little ones. Even though she had fun, she wanted to start going on missions again soon.
Year three: Sakra was offered a job to guard the village walls but she asked if she could be go on missions. They decided that would be a good idea due to her skill level. She wanted to use her Byakugans more in the wilderness. Sakra loved action and adventure. She loved to go on missions but this year changed that. Sakra was out on a two week mission when things went wrong. She was with her old squad, the comrades she trained with when she was younger. The enemy though had spies and figured out where Sakra and her squad were hiding out. In the middle of the night they were attacked. It was five against three. One of Sakras comrades was badly injured. She tried to retreat with them but the enemy gave no mercy. Sakra and her comrades were left for dead. Even though, Sakra was hurt herself she still tried to save her comrades but it was too late. She was able to send word back to the village of where they were located. Sakra was lucky to have survived. While she had waited for back up to come, the chakra she had left did its best to keep her body stable and not let her bleed out. She was in the hospital for a few weeks before they let her out. Sakra missed the funerals but she paid respects to her comrades once she was released. She blamed herself for not being strong enough to save them.
Year four: Tamashi had heard what happened with Sakra squad the year before. He had become the warden of the jail in the village. He went to see her one day and offered her a job as a guard. Sakra accepted. She hadn't been on any missions since the year before and decided it be a nice change for a job. During the year, she did see Tamashi a lot more since they were working in the same area. Although, Sakra knew some secrets about the jail, Tamashi had her just watching over the ceils or doing night watch along the outside gates. She would use her Byakugans at night to see if anyone was approaching the jail.
Year five: After working for the jail for a year she decided to take some time off. Sakra asked the Kage if she may return to her old clan for a while and that she would be back. Sakra didn't actually go back. She made the long journey there but just outside the gates she stopped and was unable to take another step. Sakra thought maybe coming back would bring her old happiness but she just felt pain. She turned back and went to another area. Sakra had the letter from her parents tucked away in her bag. She always kept the letter with her or somewhere close to her. At the age of twenty-five, Sakra felt lost. She always believed she was a great ninja and before that terrible year, she never lost a life. Throughout the year she wandered around, knowing she would have to return to the village by the end of the year.
Year six: When Sakra did return, the kage asked to speak to her. He had found out she didn't actually go to her old clan but since she returned within a year there wouldn't be any punishment. He asked her to start doing some missions again unless she wanted to continue guarding the jail or even the village. The kage told her that she was a skillful ninja and the village needed her. Sakra took on some small missions again. She admitted to herself it felt good to be in a squad and using her abilities. When she wasn't out on a mission she would be out guarding either the village or the jail. Sakra kept busy not having time to think. On her free time, she would train trying to improve her healing and taijutsu. Her old mentor would come around and help her even go over some of the old earth jutsu she once taught Sakra.
Year seven: Sakra started to help some of the council leaders during this year. They would send her and other skillful Jounin on special missions. Sakra would even be put as the leader of the squad. She would be able to sneak by people without making a sound and by being able to spot the area knowing where everyone is located. Sakra wasn't afraid to fight. It was during this year that one day while Sakra was alone she finally opened the letter from her parents. The letter only had a few words. "We will always love you. We assume by now you have become a Jounin. Good job. We always knew you'd be a great ninja someday. Always listen to yourself. Stay strong and keep fighting. Don't let anyone or place hold you down. You are special in your own unique way. Whenever you miss us just look up into the night sky and we will be there." It wasn't much but Sakras parents were never the mushy type. Those words though meant everything to Sakra. She wiped away her tears and got back to work.
Year eight: One of the council members this year confronted Sakra. He knew Sakra had been a spy in the past and the mission had been successful. He told her he had another mission like that. Sakra was good with collecting information and in the past she actually enjoyed doing this job. For the year, Sakra once again traveled from place to place learning new information to bring back to the village. While on her journey she ended up helping some people that were sick and need of medical attention. Even though Sakra knew it wasn't part of the mission, she couldn't walk away from helping others. Each time she got side tracked she made sure not to blow her cover. If people asked where she was from she would tell them she was just a wandering traveler not really belonging anywhere. Deep down she kind of believe it was true. Ever since her parents died, Sakra didn't really know where she belonged. If it wasn't for Tamashi and other friends she's not sure where she would have ended up.
Year nine: In the beginning of the year, Sakra had gotten a bad feeling. She had last heard that Tamashi was working very closely with the Kage always watching over him. Sakra was so proud of Tamashi's achievements throughout the years. One night, everything changed for him though. The only reason Sakra found out what happen the next day was because she was close to some of the council members. They said Tamashi killed the kage but Sakra just wouldn't believe it. She asked to see him at once but was denied. She went to the prison where he was being held as soon as she could. Sakra knew most of the guards and they let her speak with Tamashi knowing they were really good friends. The new warden of the jail did not know about this at the time because no one was allowed to see Tamashi at all. They had ten minutes to talk in private and that is when Tamashi told Sakra his plan to escape. She agreed with him because she knew he did not kill the kage. Sakra knew his plan would work. They said their farewells then. Sakra knew it would be awhile till she would see him again because he would need to leave the village as fast as possible. Tamashi told her to come join him someday and she said she would. About a week after Tamashi escape, Sakra was accused of knowing his plans and not saying anything. One council member found about it ahead of time and notified Sakra and told her to leave before they tried to arrest her
Going Rogue
That is Sakra's tale of her past and how she became a rogue today. If it wasn't for that one council member Sakra would have been arrest and interrogated. She knew it would have ended badly if she stayed. It's been a year since that happened. Sakra's been working along different people as she traveled from place to place. Here and there she took on jobs healing people and also working as a spy for others. Sakra did miss fighting or going on missions. A day came where Sakra was on a spy mission for someone and she spotted Tamashi out of nowhere. She couldn't believe her eyes that it was him. She confronted him and he seemed to smile, like he sensed it was Sakra. She told him everything that happened and he was honest saying he knew that they would find out eventually. He then told her about this group he joined called Ouraborus and that he wanted her to join him. Tamashi knew how skillful Sakra was with her healing and taijutsu with her byakugans. He even mentioned her to the group and they said if he found her one day to ask her to join. Sakra said yes to Tamashi. She wanted to feel like she belong somewhere again. Sakra was ready to stand by them and help in any way she could.
RP Sample:The sun was just starting to set when Sakra went for a run. She liked running at this time because just as the sun goes to sleep for the night Sakra would always stop and watch as the sun disappeared. After running for a couple of miles, she ran up the nearest, tallest tree and found a good sturdy branch to sit on. She loves the way her heart beats really fast and than slowly starts to calm down. Her muscles feel loose from the run. Sakra looks up into the sky. Thousand of tiny stars are out tonight, it makes her smile as she thinks of her parents. She remembers a memory of when she was very little.
Flashback:
"Mommy what are those small twinkly lights in the sky? They always seem to be there. I tried to use my Byakugan to see them better but they don't work." Sakra said to her mother
Her mother softly laughed at her young daughter. Sakra made a pouty face. Her mother still couldn't believe she created such a beautiful child.
"That's because they're stars. They're not people with chakra. Those stars give people hope. If you ever see a shooting star, you're suppose to close your eyes and make a wish." Her mother said.
"A shooting star? Let's go find one mommy." Sakra said as she grabbed her moms hand and tugged on it to walk with her outside.
Once the two were outside, Sakra's mom picked her up in her arms and they both looked up into the sky. There was a slight breeze in the air and not a single cloud in the sky. Thousands of stars were out that night. Both of them were looking and then all of a sudden:
"Mommy look that one is shooting!" Sakra said cheerfully as she pointed into the sky.
"Now close your eyes and make a wish" her mother said. She watched as Sakra closed her eyes tighly and silently said her wish. She then opened them and looked at her mom.
"You think daddy can see the same stars we do?" Sakra asked looking a little sad. That night her father was away on a mission. Sakra's parents took turns going on missions since Sakra was only four at the time.
"Yes, of course he can. I'm sure he saw that shooting star the same time we did." Sakra's mother replied. Her mother watched as Sakras frown turned into a huge smile. She than softly kissed her forehead.
End of flashback
As Sakra came back to reality she didn't realize that her eyes had become teary and one small tear slowly fell down her cheek. She wiped her eyes with the back of her hand. She remembered what she had wished that night, that her dad would come home soon. She laughed a little to herself. Sakra believed that each star was attached to the sky and that once the star came loose it would fall making it a shooting star. She had a very big imagination at that age. Well she been out long enough and needed to head back. Instead of running back she decided to jump the trees. Sakra took one last look up at the stars. She closed her eyes and felt a small breeze go around her. Sakra then opened them and started to make her way back jumping from one tree branch to the next.
