The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

~Start Broadcast to the Parts War Forum~
“Yeah this is DJ Zero Beat, the pied piper of disaster; you know what I’m sayin. Bringing you your first Sukia underground pirate radio broadcast from the newly opened Utopia. I’m gonna blow your mind like a nuclear bomb with my sexy voice and out-of-sight sounds! Those of weak hearts should stop listening now, suckas!
Sukai City is being oppressed by the mayor. The mayor is using his money and influence to mess with everything: industry, society, and even our culture. And to everybody outside the storm rider society it only looks like he is making the community better. You should all know that recently he passed the “Anti-Air Trek Law,” forbidding all air treks everywhere in Sukai City.
This law ain’t nothing but garbage. It’s just lil punk trying to show off that he’s the big man. The mayor and his people are trying to stomp out our culture left and right. He doesn’t care about our rights, all he cares about is getting re-elected. To make things worse he even successfully created an Anti-Storm Rider Task Force to hunt us all down, you know this fool is going too far with that.
But even in all this heat a ray of light has emerged along with this broadcast, the grand opening of The Utopia. The underground world open for all my lil storm rider friends. But you gotta remember the Storm Rider Task Force is searching for us at every corner, and one little slip up could end up getting us all caught. Shit my heart ain’t pounded like this since….since my first date, I was so nervous you know what I’m saying that I forgot to my underwear, baby!
This ain’t the time to be sittin around drinking afternoon tea, the game gonna start soon and y’all be the one’s making all the plays.”
