The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: This weapon resembles golden dragon coins. Abilities: By placing sufficient amount of chakra(10) into these coins the user can flip the coin and change his/her voice and appearance. The difference between this and a normal henge jutsu is that whatever the user turns into has to have limbs and a head. This also makes it so that the user's chakra is unidentifiable and does not prevent the user from their ninja capabilities and hand seals. They can become whatever they put their mind to with the max height and weight being 9ft tall and 300lb. The user may maintain these forms by giving up half the original cost of chakra every post. The user only needs one coin to use this ability and to turn back the user will have to re-flip the same coin. If the coin is broken all effects are also broken. This in no way gives them capabilities which they did not possess before, such as flight or use of extra limbs. These coins can only be used to transform into something new twice per topic.
History: Mysterious coins said to originate from a legendary mountain warrior who had a knack for mischief.

Description: They resemble actual paper bombs but are a little bigger in size which usually causes a bigger fright
Abilities: These bombs upon the users will let out a series of colorful lights that appears as if the bomb is short circuiting and two seconds of doing that. A blinding bright flash and deafening explosive sound will come from these bombs. The light can be seen and blinds up to 3 meters around the target and the more bombs the more they increase in distance (2 meters per bomb tag). The sound is very loud and intimidating causing deafness up to 20 meters and the more bombs the more increase in distance (5 meters per bomb tag). What makes this bomb fake is that it actually doesn’t do any real harm to anyone, even the person whom the bomb is strapped to. Blindness will fade 2 seconds after the flashes of light (3 seconds of light) and deafness and equilibrium returns one second after blindness fades. History: This originally was a failed creation of Isais. He was learning to create paper bombs for Sonya’s red rain technique but every time he would fail. Suddenly he created this paper bomb and accidentally set it off on himself which lucky failed but caused up quite a stir.

Quantity: 1 Description: it’s a tight fitting elastic beaded necklace with a wooden black cross as the emblem.
Abilities: Upon placing the appropriate amount of chakra(20) onto this necklace it will create 5 black miniature crosses which the user can use as projectiles. These projectiles are incapable of piercing skin without brute force but the purpose of them is to stab into the ground like mini- stakes to mark the ground. If the person wearing this necklace has the doton element these mini crosses will absorb the soil of the ground or the pavement of the streets within seconds of piercing the ground (2 seconds). The absorption will create large ditches 5 meters wide and 10 meters deep. Each black cross except for the original emblem are capable of creating these ditches. But what makes these ditches tricky is that upon absorbing the soil these crosses leave a thin layer of soil on top which makes the ground appear safe but the slightest weight from someone who isn’t the user will cause this ground to crumble. This necklace can create five crosses twice per topic.

Abilities: these miniature bombs start off at the size of marbles and when chakra is placed into it becomes the size of a bowling ball. These bombs are very light being 3lb and upon will the bombs will explode. The explosion causes no harm but lets out a mass amount of glitter that will cover up to 5 meters and the sound carries up to 30 meters. The sounds that it carries are voice messages left by the user. And when it explodes the message becomes as loud as an actual explosion and as clear as if it was spoken without interference. History: created by Isais after a pirate dream of being off at sea and commanding the shipmates to fire but he could not be heard.

This book was composed by Nami Dragonhado with dacred scrolls of his former sensei and has been kept secret in the jungle village for ages. The whereabouts of this book is only known by the Neomae family.
