Description: Following the hand signs, the user gathers water from around them and directs it in front of them, the water is then condensed and gathered into a large spiraling vortex in front of the user three meters in width.  Once gathered, the user then releases the water forward as if it was a raging waterfalls, the speed of the compact waves blasting forward to make one large frontal wave capable of flooding an area.  The wave has a set impact strength and speed of 50mph, and can be increased by ten for each post the users lets the water gather, increasing the amount and force it is fired forward. The wave once released expands outwards in all directions to form the thirty meter wave that crashes forward ready to crush anything in its path.  The jutsu requires a large body of water to use, most commonly a lake that the user is fighting upon.  Should the user master the jutsu they can use the moisture in the air to aid them in creating the jutsu, they however need to still have a decent water source such as an area flooded by prior Suiton. Only once per topic.

Description: This is a technique where the user encases themselves in a countless number of sharp needles, but in truth, the needles are the user's actual blood. Chakra grants the blood under the users skin to rise up and out and have the hardness of steel and shape of multisized needles, endowed with a capacity to injure and kill on par with that of metallic weapons. In addition, if activated in response to an opponent's attack, it can also be used as a counter. The blood is made hard enough that it can withstand blows from certain types of weapons such as arrows, kunai and other normal weapons. The needles are stationary and can not be removed willingly from the body by the user and the protects from physical jutsu up to rank B and all other jutsu rank D and lower.

Description: After completing the required seals that end with the user putting their fist in the palm of the other hand. In an quick and fluid motion, the use pulls their fist away from their hand, pulling blood from both the top of the fist and the palm of the hand. The fist is covered in the blood and creates a 6mm think shield of blood at is at minimum, half the size of the user. The strength of the shield when created can block normal weapons without chakra enhancements up to B rank. The user is limited to a five foot radius in all directions once the jutsu is activated but while attacked, the user is unable to move.

Description: This is a ninja technique that allows the user to blend in with water to be undetected. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe variations within their surrounding environment, such as the water source being out of place. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it. Description: The user performs the technique specific hand seal followed by the manipulation of pre existing water sources to form a dense mist, the mist can also be expelled from the users mouth. The mist can change densities at will from being semi-transparent, to being thick enough not even light can penetrate the mist. Due to how the mist is formed it is filled with the users chakra, due to this Dojutsu such as the Sharingan and Rinnegan will only see bright colors of chakra, where as the Byakugan due to how it is made can view through the mist. The user is able to sense the movement of the chakra in the mist to find and locate objects and bodies within the confines of said mist.

Description: The user is able to use an open wound on their body to produce a blade of hardened blood and create a weapon of variable size and origin depending on the users will and size of the wound. The user can then use the weapon to his or her advantage. The user can use or limit the amount of blood used to change the weapon, its density or its overall look. The known weapons are shuriken, senbon needles, Tonfa, sword, fūma shuriken, and a spear.
Shuriken: They often have a hole in the center and possess a fairly thin blade sharpened only at the tip. The hole also had aerodynamic and weighting effects that aided the flight of the blade. It has four points and is five inches from point to point. Only 24 per topic.
Senbon: They are long needles with a point at both ends. It is seven inches from point to point. 32 per topic.
Sword: Twenty-seven inches in edge length. The handle is seven inches. The guard is an inch in each direction from the blade of the sword.
Spear: Seven feet from bottom to point. The blade is nine inches from base to point and is three inches across. 4 per topic.

I have been meaning to do this but put more detail into this jutsu so scales can be made instead of random and possibly overpowered things. Problem shooters welcome and I also have that training topic that needs to be looked over when a mod has the time.

Chiton: Chigatana (Blood Release: Bloody Sword)- With this technique, I can understand a Specialization for Kenjutsu, but why Taijutsu? That doesn't add up- furthermore, this would be moreso a Bukijutsu technique imo. Other than this, does this technique only make one of each or is there a limit to how many items this can make?

Shunsui no Jutsu (Body Water Technique)- The cooldown for this technique is wrong. Secondly, the Canon version of this in our jutsu list is only usable once per topic- the same should be for this technique, or at least an increased cooldown so it is not abused.
