Description: A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over.
Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle also. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin.
This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. The technique uses 10 chakara points per post for a maximum of 10 posts (maximum normally used for medical procedures)

Description: Effect: Boosts Chakra flow, increases reaction time and strength of muscles( Heart beats faster, lungs work harder, speed increases, etc), raises senses. Increases the users speed by 2x.
Drawback: Can only be used once in every battle. If the user tries to do it more than once they risk producing too much adrenaline which could result in horrible internal injuries such as lung collapse, heart attack, etc.
Description: Using superior chakra control, the medical nin is able focus a concentrated burst of chakra into their adrenal gland, causing the medulla to rapidly increase the production of adrenaline which in turn increases chakra flow(produces more chakra), increases the reaction time of the user, enables them to move at a faster rate and raises both their physical strength and senses by 25%. They also become slightly more durable, meaning they can take more damage than usual. The effects of the jutsu only last for three posts and once it's over the user returns to their usual level of skill in all areas, minus the chakra they consumed using the jutsu. Used by a skilled medical ninja, this jutsu can be transferred onto another person, although it requires more chakra than inflicting it on oneself. The medical ninja focuses a large amount of their own chakra into their fingertips. They must then touch the forehead of the one they wish to transfer it to. The chakra then travels through the other body and has the same effects as if it were in the medical ninja's body.

Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the user must open up a small cut in the patient's body in order to open a vein. Once a vein has been opened, the medical nin uses chakra in order to increase the density of the patient's blood. Thus, they won't get more blood, but more red and white blood cells are created, an effect which helps fight against the ailments and symptoms of losing blood. However, this jutsu has a downside which is the fact that the user's own blood dilutes as long as the jutsu is activated, which means that basically it is indeed a blood transfusion and the user must be careful at how much blood he or she gives to their patients. The medical ninja loses half the amount of blood "given" back to the patient. For a full blood transfusion, meaning all the blood lost is restored, the user must take two posts. Each post returns 50% blood to the injured and dilutes 25% from the medical ninja. Due to blood dilution (basically blood loss), this technique can only be used once in a topic. After this technique the medical ninja will experience the common symptoms of blood loss such as issues breathing, temperature drop, dizziness, and in some cases fainting. These symptoms usually end after a period of 10 posts or a long rest; the ninja's own blood must reach an equilibrium once again after his/her own blood cells return to a normal amount.

Description: With this technique, the user can transfer their life in exchange for one who is already dead. This technique thereby allows them to save the life of those too badly damaged for typical medical treatment. This would not heal all wounds of the injured, but only the ones that caused death. If the target of the jutsu is not dead, the user can control how much of his or her life essence is transferred. Major injuries that could cause death are healed by the user's chakra, which is transferred indefinitely.. Meaning once the chakra is gone, the user can not take it back. Eventually the user's own body will return it's own chakra store, but only after a long period of rest. Using the technique without giving one's full life away uses a minimum of 80 chakra. Obviously this jutsu must be used carefully; if full life force is transferred then the user's life will be lost. Can only be used once per topic.
*Note: This technique is special in that the max life that can be given is equivalent to that lost by the user.

Mystical Palm Technique - Instead of percentage, since there is a chakra pool, use the numbers. D rank uses ten chakra. For every ten chakra, how much can it heal? If used consecutively for multiple posts and chakra cost, how much more does it heal? We will use a stab as an example...

Mystical Palm Technique - With it being a B Rank jutsu, it actually would take thirty chakra, in terms of the chakra pool. When it was first posted, it showed D rank? Was there a change?

Healing Sight - Once again, a B Rank jutsu takes minimum of 30 chakra to use. So if you'd like it to take 15 points, it should be a D rank, but it will be an expensive D Rank. Also looking at it altogether, this may fall into the lines of a doujutsu ability, which is clan only. I'd have to get another opinion on this. Just answer the questions none the less, and I'll see about this jutsu's ability to be approved.

Chaotic Mental Collision - Ok, this seems like it is the jutsu used on Kabuto early on in Naruto. It lasts a bit long for a C rank. Make it 3 posts for genin to chuunin, 2 posts for s. Jounin to jounin, and a single post for S rank. Medical jutsu specialists should go 2 for genin, chuunin, 1 for for s. Jounin to s rank. It's a bit of a system, but some require more in depth than others. Do you agree to what I've set before you?

Mystical Palm - Remove 30 health points from the description. Although you will be able to heal them, you won't be able to add to their chakra pool. That is a no no.

Ok, on the Adrenaline Rush, everything is ok on this jutsu except the addition chakra part. One is not allowed to add to the chakra pool during a battle once it is depleted. For that minor set back in the jutsu, it'll reduce it to a C rank for you. Make those edits and bump. Then we will move on.

Adrenaline rush - When you say to a degree obviously the medical chakra within the person reduces damage. I think maybe a percentage would help replace the word 'moderate' and I believe for C rank 25% reduction would be enough. Edit that in and bump please.

Blood Transfusion - there needs to be a system in which it works. It most likely is a two post process, feeding small amounts in percentage. If fifty percent is the total you can give, then you can give 25% per post. What is the cooldown?

Life Giver - So there is a chance to restore the user back to health and not die. Bc of that kind of power within the jutsu, you'll have to sacrifice atleast 75 chakra, only due to the fact that your bending the rule of the Life give. The actual sacrificial version of it is clearly stated and ok. Just clear up the rest. S Rank healing has no limitations on what it is capable of.
