Description: Requiring handseals, this genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the clap after the handseals. This genjutsu slightly distorts the opponent鈥檚 sense of direction, moving details just a slight bit. What it does, is that it makes it so that when the opponent tries to walk in a straight line, they begin to walk in a slightly curved line. It isincredibly effective when the opponent is traveling, as the opponent would end up traveling in circles without reachingtheir destinations. It is also slightly effective in battle, by decreasing the target鈥檚 aim. The great advantage over other genjutsu with this technique is that the change in details is minute enough that the target is simply incapable of noticing that anything has changed.

No's: the indefinate period. This needs changed to a max of 6 posts with an at least equal cooldown rate. The ability to not notice is silly if they find their aim is off, a man with perfect aim every time will notice something has effected him, and if he can deifer it down to a genjutsu, the it cannot be said they metagamed. So either it needs a way to be noticed somehow, or its not working as a C-rank. The travel stuff needs taken out completely since you stated yourself earlier that it wouldn't carry onto a travel topic so its not needed to say that their character will never reach a destination if it's not used on a traveling suspect. I need a measurement on how minute the distance change is from real movement of the victim to genjutsu movement. Are they thrown off by a few inches?

Well, this is a canon technique. You can go watch the episodes again if you like, it's used during the Chuunin Exams by the Rain nin on Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. Traveling is not an issue as you may think it is. If, say, someone makes a travel post, but doesn't complete it all in one post, another person can post there [provided they didn't say it was private]. So Ukiyo could just enter a traveling topic and then use it on the person. Thus making the travel part of the jutsu completely fine. As for the indefinite use thing, fine. I'm not sure how far it's thrown off, you watch the episodes and you tell me ._. Same goes for everything else.
