The damage of this technique is real bad, the sword cutting power is enhanced by fire properties, when in contact with water steam would rise quickly covering of where he is standing it won't set things off on fire but its able to withstand a chakra control technique similar to this one. The power it can pierce and slice through solid objects such as Wood or Metal and even a plain sword, it could even slice through a A-Rank and below Water jutsu with ease. It a opponent come intact with it the sword, they could have deep lacerations wounds if cut by this sword.

Dragon Buster: Being able to withstand higher-ranked Suiton chakra is a no-no. Even same-rank Suiton wouldn't make sense. Suiton defeats Katon, Katon defeats Fuuton. How much greater are the slicing and piercing powers of the attacks?

Raikou Ken sounds too much like Chidori Spear. Unless an admin or gmod says different, Raikou Ken is denied.

Dragon Buster - Due to the extreme heat of it, it could possibly pierce through metal if apply with enough force to it and the skin can be burned badly if touch by the smoldering fire chakra around the blade. As for the slicing it is improved greatly 2x greater then a normal sword with chakra control, the blade is so hot it can soften up a dirt, metal surface.

The Chō Biburāto Raitontō (Super Vibrating Lightning Release) sounds to much like the Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana. Unless an admin or mod can look at that tech I deny it.

The Dragon Buster: It is a B rank jutsu so going off of that it can not peirce through A ranks with ease. Secondly is that the B rank is fire and up against water, wether steaming it or not, fire's weakness is water. Going by that I'd say it is able to effect but not take down a B rank water tech with ease. Now how hot is this fire that is being put onto your blade?

Description: It's an extremely simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, to deal with the path of the lower shuriken. If the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency. If successful the attack can vitally injure someone if hitting a certain organ zone that which will cause a bleed out effect if not healed. Other than this effect there is the obvious puncture/cut damage that leaves a three-fourths inch cut (.75 inches) radius of the wound and penetrates 2.5 inches deep unless stopped by bone in which it forms a crack to the bone.

The trick in making this technique successful is to somehow be able to read the enemy's movements, which normally would require the Sharingan. The one weapon that makes the hit will fully impale the target with three inches but will stop at bone with a break to the bone, if it is not a calcium concentrate, and can shatter with a second hit. The area around the effected will be severely bruised to a one inch radius.

Shunshin no Jutsu is 3500 ryo. The other three jutsu are clan techniques, and therefore free.

Exactly how many weapons can be sealed? The maximum amount? And are only ninja tools able to be sealed, like shuriken, kunai, senbon? Or can it be swords and other bigger weapons?

Ok, after reading this, who made the sealing marks for this jutsu? This is actually a fuuinjutsu, and you may have to find another way to describe this. You'd have to remove the sealing the tools within your clothes with special marks, however, the scroll is still valid I would imagine.

Ok, i know being the new guy posting in here may not be acceptable, But using the "summoning weapons from seals" just look at what Sasuke did vs Itachi, The speed only goes on the users throwing ability, Its not like you have a weapon cannon or anything.

Yeah, i would refrain from doing this in the future Kenvaris. The issue isn't the speed at this point, due to it being edited. The problem is, Kazu has Kenjutsu, taijutsu and ninjutsu as his specialties. The fact that this jutsu requires a 'seal' means it falls under fuuinjutsu. Due to Kazu NOT being a fuuinjutsu specialist, he won't be able to even create a seal. A scroll is fine but a seal on his clothing is not, due to the fact he on this site, he cannot make them.
