The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Standing amidst the rain was a tall statured man wearing a black long sleeved turtle neck accompanied with dark capri pants. He was swathed in a black hooded cloak with scattered dark red Ouraborus symbols and equally dark red lining. The cloak's hood protected his head from the drizzle, and there was just enough light to make visible his face, or where his face should have been. For obscuring it was a white slit eyed mask with two red swirls across where his mouth would have been. On the forehead of the mask was a mark that had a line etched through it to cross it out, though it was still visible that the mark was the symbol of Hyougagakure. In a puddle were his feet, encased in dark sandals.
The almost endless plains of the hidden storm was an almost welcoming view. One could actually stand in one place and constantly see the very change in the weather before them. Watching the heavy rain move like a wall across the land right before them. The Masked Man stood amidst the light rain as he could see the more violent storms closer to the village and he would take a step forward...and then another...and then another after that, slowly beginning to walk toward the village and the random storms along the way, both the rains and what ever else might cross his path. 1/30

Yuen would move through the village’s outer lining outskirts. She had killed a royal out here for abusing his power some time ago, saving one of the village’s genin way back when but she could not remember her name, the girl she saved. She had never heard back from her after that fateful meeting but now she was out in the outskirts one more time, feeling the rain wash down her body where she was cloaked in the tunic of the desert people. The camel tan cloak with the many wrappings of cloths around the body, yet a lot of it was tattered, a sensual appeal perhaps but then again Yuen was always in rags to begin with. Yet this was her home and she treated it as such when she took all her jobs with much care while moving through the stabled ground and earthen appearance with feet pushing her forwards.
On her hip was the chain dagger she always smiled and carried, her Boufuugakure headband wrapped around her head though a portion of it covered her right eye. Greatly as it would seem, a red scar could be seen on the top and bottom of such a mark and one could guess she had her eye cut out but it was different, and a secret most never learned. Yuen however only smiled as her own initial ideology would keep her steady and within her she could hear the Rokubi say, ‘There’s someone up ahead, go and fight.’ The Rokubi always spoke of fighting and she absolutely hated it when her eyes would look forwards through the storm, being so used to them she could see past heavy rains. Yuen noticed a cloaked and masked figure, pulling out a kunai she held steady in a hand she would ask, “Name and business in the Village of the Storms?”

Shinoe sighed as she trucked along the muddy path through the plains. Her hands were tucked into her pockets and water was dripping...well all over her really. It was nearly pouring and had been for a bit now. She had almost thought that she was making her way out of it for a while, but it seemed like the cloud was following her or something. The upside was that she could absorb water...the downside was that she actually felt a bit bloated from absorbing so much. The water was just running right off of her now. The kunoichi thought about how she had gotten in this predicament, starting a couple days ago. She had been told to help out an old man, a good shinobi back in his day apparently. But he died before she could come by. So she was charged to take his last will and testament to his remaining family in Boufuugakure. She hadn't been particularly happy to hear that she had to leave Tsuki, but couldn't rightly think of a reason to argue why she shouldn't without giving away too much. So here she was, coming back from a rather depressing meeting with the geezer's family.
Glancing down at her feet, Shinoe was rather glad for the thick nearly knee high boots she wore. They were handling the mud quite nicely. Squinting through the drizzle as she walked, the kunoichi blinked several times, not sure if what she was seeing was a...rain mirage or something. About six or so feet in front of her was a tan cloaked form, but she wasn't particularly interested in them. What caught her eye was the person in front of them. Wrapped in a dark cloak that would have made the person inconspicuous if not for the red clouds patterned on it. A smirk came over her lips as she recognized the white and red mask. "Sh**, is that you Mr. Masked Man?" Shinoe would call out, stepping closer. That was when she saw the kunai in the other person's hands and immediately was on guard, her hand reaching for her own kunai. Were they having some kind of showdown?

The masked individual's foot steps were soggy but otherwise, silent in terms of the sound of the constant rainfall, but it seemed that even in this mess, he was to be taken notice of from someone. His advance toward the village came to a slow but sudden stop. In his way was rain and in this rain, he was not alone. It was someone that wore a tan cloak around her body with a lot of wrappings of cloths of some sort around her body. Only a single eye would be visible as he took note of the village headband that covered her head and that she was from the land hidden within the storms. They were then standing there in the rain when she asked what his name was and what he was doing there or what he wanted in Boufuugakure.
Silence. The reply that she would receive from the masked man and his posture did not falter. He kept his hands at his sides with no weapon in sight. He was going to continue walking forward when another voice yelled out to which he could only assume to be himself as the mask would turn ever so slightly in the direction of the voice but yet again, no reply. He looked in the direction of the one that appeared before him and spoke simply "Business." 2/30

So another individual had appeared, only this time this individual was different, a girl. A girl from another village or town though, she was no Boufuugakure civilian though as Yuen looked at her, the Rokubi gauged her power to weaker than the masked man, and from that she put her eyes back on Lee. She had no clue who he was or what he was doing in her village. She would narrow her eye and look at him, wondering if she should activate her Byakugan or not while in the midst of this confrontation. Then she heard the word, business, excreted from the mouth of the masked man, her eyes still on him as she would hold her grip the kunai with a constant supervision of this individual, “And what business do you have with the village exactly?” From his frame and stance she wanted to know what he was and who he was before allowing him to walk in the direction towards the village gates. She did not like to be kept waiting in some instances and with the individual to the side that had come up she also could not let either one out of her sight so inadvertently she would continue to grip and hold the kunai without any dissolving resolve.
