The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Yuen would find herself at a loss for the night; she was sleeping in the prison cells in Boufuugakure after a small match with a foreigner. She was supposedly at fault though she did happen to kill a man’s pride and break a woman apart. She was not the one at fault though in her opinion. Nonetheless, she would pop her neck and smile some, as she would bounce a rock off the wall and back to her hand. Prisons were open and plenty of people wanted to get at her as she knew and of course, someone would come in her cell.
Yuen was allowed her armaments thankfully and she would happily look at the person before a flick of her wrist when sending a small dagger into his solarplex, the metal shattering it as she pulled back on the chain and withdrew the blade from the poor fool’s chest. She would lick the blood and smile as she would hop up out of the bed and jump through the open door and out to the middle of the halls downwards into the main pit. The pit had the strongest of criminals and as she was only a genin, she was supposedly easy prey.
However unknown to the village and all the villagers was her secret, she was the Jinchuriki of the sixth Bijuu and she would only smile as she would twirl her blade around to grip a railing before landing onto the ground, pulling the chain till she was in the only light available of the entire pit. Her eyes looking around as she smiled. She dressed provocatively, her clothing was fitted to where it was a sports bra with fishnet coming down across her abdominals while her legs had thigh length leggings and to top it off she was barefooted as well.

Orange hair like a low flame covered the top of the skull of the Ko-Seido, his black band which displayed his allegiance kept his gelled hair out of his face, and under that was a black eye patch hiding the eye of the clan. A fierce and gleeful eye it was, but kept guarded under the black cloth for most times. When the eye was revealed, blood would be spilled. This is what Hisoka was taught by his grandfather, and all Ko-Seidos knew the meaning of the saying. They were not to take it off and parade their eye about, still he felt like doing just that on this day. He was sent down into the prisons to retrieve a troublesome female genin, hearing the reports on her he would no doubt find the younger girl covered in the blood of others. That reminded him of his younger days as a genin when he had cut a bloody swath into a forced break from missions.
When Hisoka came down in his black and crimson cloak he would see he throwing a chained blade into a man's chest. 'Small sport this, no honor or thrill in it for me. Still the younglings have to start somewhere' Hisoka mused to himself as he came down the steps into the open pit. Of course he had only seen the man, but he knew it was the female who had done the act. Once she emerged he frowned slightly at the lack of clothing she displayed, while he did note the attractiveness of the female he also thought on her young age.
"So, this is what the beast does is it? Cuts down cravens who do not have weapons? Hardly fitting of someone with your stature me lady" Hisoka said, he had the urge to join in the blood sport and his seriousness irked him but still he was not supposed to join in but bring her back into the light of day. As such he hailed her with crossed arms, and a playful smirk as the slight insult was worded in between the honor of titles he had rightly given her.

Yuen would only smile, as she would stand on guard while in the center of the pit, hearing the footsteps she looked back at the approaching man who had seemed to have open arms. It was a villager of her own village it seemed, as he did happen to have entered into the pit freely and even so, she saw the black eye patch. She wondered if he was like her who had the Hyuuga eye hidden under her headband and yet with him being in open arms, she saw someone behind him with a dagger and she would only smile at what he said.
Yuen would throw her blade directly at the man, or rather angled to the side where it would go past his head into the head of the armed foe. “Sir, they are not all unarmed. Some have their weapons so nothing to worry about these death row inmates.” She would say and smiled some more as her eyes looked at him before pulling her Kyoketshu Shogei out of the foe’s skull and pulled it back to her hand. Her eyes would then look back around and spy around the room at all the other individuals.
Swords, daggers, and the occasional beheading axe were common amongst the rabble here, as she would look through them with a smile. The demon inside her was awakened and Rokubi wanted to play it had seemed, as she would only smile, some more as her tongue came out and she licked her limps. Blood already had tarnished her skin from the drawing back of her dagger as she smiled and would look around. “Let’s see, there are about eighty two inmates in here that are death row, about the most necessary ones that are in solitude are in the higher areas while here in the pit are the other eighty. Should be fun,” She would say as she crouched with a smile.

The dagger flew out from the female genin's hand but years of experience with his eye allowed Hisoka to know it was not aimed for him, it was obvious enough that he did not even need to activate his eye to tell it would not hit him. While he had known there was one behind him, the shuffling was loud to his ears he was far too self centered to think the fool would be armed and aiming to attack him. Of course he was a good five meters away and to stab someone one would need to be a bit closer than that, as it was the girl was a good ten meters from him but he continued to walk forward as she began to speak thus closing the gap betwixt the two. "Please do not call me sir, I am no knight...just a butcher, but you should note they are not armed in the mind as it is what I meant a scrap of metal hardly makes someone more of a threat to a ninja" he would say allowing his arms to unfurl as more inmates began to remove themselves from individual cells, bearing weapons.
A gout of blood would splash along him as the chain withdrew the blade behind him flying back to the girl in front of him. Of course that would have roused Cicero a tad had it been in there, but it was all purely Hisoka. Of course with the blood spilling on him, one thing did awaken, his blood lust. After hearing her speak again he cracked his neck "Fun we would steal from the masses who would like to see the blood sport. I was sent to retrieve you, so I would say that we could only kill maybe eighteen more on our way out before the powers that be get irate at us." As Hisoka said this he knew he lied, even the two that had been killed would be a slap to the face of the leaders of the village. The blood would be for all to see, and it was akin to stealing what they were doing. However on the other side of the coin, who was he to stomp out the girls fun.

Yuen merely smiled when she heard his words, he was a butcher it had seemed and she would watch him coming in close to her while she had caught her blade and would smile as she would notice just how pitiful these individuals were. “Perhaps they are not armed in the mind, however there are plenty in the world that are just as powerful with a weapon in hand as a master shinobi when it comes down to the fight of survival.” It was experience she spoke from though she had help along the way it had seemed in her past.
The help needed was not here for her however this man, this butcher, seemed to be here to aid in some of her fun and she would only grin with her aesthetics being pointless in this pit aside from being the distraction. She would step forward a little, she had already measured the man’s fighting potential up and knew it was high above her own, “I don’t care lets fight him,” The Rokubi said however she ignored the beast as her eye were already set. She was going to kill as many rabble in the prison as she knew she could.
Of course she knew the limit of eighteen was probably for the best as she would smile and did the math, “So that is sixteen left then?” She would smirk when such a word entranced her lips. She did not mind and she would more than happily slaughter the foolish beings who entered death penalty lane as she charged forward, “More than enough fun.” She said with her eyes glaring and her smile widening to that of a crazed beast in some regard while her mental side calculated every single persons’ fighting potential, a gauge to attack and slaughter if she may with all happiness.
"Whatever makes you happy enough to get out of here" Hisoka said before giggling and performing a backflip to land on the shoulders of a man who had just exited from his cells, he twisted his thighs to the left dragging the man that way before falling backwards with a sudden and swift movement wrapping his legs around the man's neck and snapping it while rolling and flinging the broken body onto a wall, and plucking the dagger from it's dead hand. Continuing the seemingly singular movement he threw the dagger in a sideways spinning ark that went towards another prisoner, who thankfully managed to raise his sword the last minuet and block it. The prisoner was five meters away, and the blocking maneuver blocked Hisoka from his sight (as the blade had spun towards his eyes). This of course left a giant opening for Hisoka who rushed forward and brought his hands under each of the prisoners arms in the armpit and pushing upwards. This sudden movement popped both limbs out of their sockets, and Hisoka grabbed the sword as it fell from the now useless limb, with a twirl he decapitated the former owner. Crimson jets of liquid squirted into the air covering Hisoka Ko-Seido as he turned to see how the other ninja had fared during his five second foray.
A smile was on his face as he said in a lighter tone "Oh Cicero is happy, such wonderful noises of death" he said this as he turned around to face where the other ninja had been before breaking into a small skipping like dance away there was not a prisoner within ten meters of him now, the five that would have been by him having backed up after seeing the carnage caused by a previously unarmed man.
Yuen focus on killing, it was the thing she knew most to do and from that happily did the most with as her eyes narrowed as she would dance with the prisoner’s she attacked. While Hisoka had jumped backwards, she went forwards towards the stairwell where she would jump to the railing. Her fist holding the Shogei’s dagger steady with her incoming stab into a man’s chest, cutting into it while she twisted around his body allowing momentum to even take its course with her swinging around this man’s bodily frame with her Shogei dagger stabbed directly into his sternum.
The blade itself was smaller than most but with the serrated edges it made for a more dangerous attacking blade. The man she stabbed and swung around was dropped with blood pouring out of his sternum and into his lungs as well. “Drown in your blood,” Yuen would say as she would already be upon her next victim who had been rushing to help the man she killed. Yuen however did not stab him, instead she had jumped past him with her bladed chain looping around the man’s neck and with a landing and a tug, and she would pull the man up and over her and his body landing head first into the dusty floor.
Bones crushing and blood spraying, the sounds and feeling was like a nostalgic orchestra as she would only smile and finally look over at the man, catching the last of his glimpse in her direction as she would smile happily, from how she fought. She enjoyed herself doing this mop up and the body count was going to continue to rise with her hand eyes catching glimpse of two man who charged at her with swords would find themselves knocked back by her feet in a sweep kick to them both.
The day was old, her waiting was over and she had to leave. Her day may be over however she had to go out and perceive the information required to protect the night. Her shift on patrols and such were about to begin and she had to head out soon so she would make all apologies she had, to pursue the cause and nature of the night. A quick jump and a boost of the feet and the young kunoichi was gone, disappeared without a trace as she would head back to the village’s central compound for her border patrol. It was after all what she was best at and in doing so would be what she had left to do with all the knowledge she maintained in her own little mind.
