Name: Kamihibana [Divine Spark] Rank: D Element: Depends on Akatsuka Affinity Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Description: Requires no handseals. The user snaps their fingers and manifests an amount of their respective Akatsuka affinity. From here, the manifested affinity can be manipulated in anyway the user sees fit. Possible uses include a signal flare or fire-starter. Takes less than a second to perform. This technique is required to perform many of the ranged Akatsuka techniques, but may not be used independently as an offensive attack. Requires a cooldown of 3 posts between each use. When used independently, only fifteen square inches of the Akatsuka affinity may be procured and manipulated.
Name: Genkotsu no Kami [Fists of the Divine] Rank: D Element: Depends on Akatsuka Affinity Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Range: N/A Description: Needs handseals. The user manifests their respective Akatsuka affinity around their hands, creating a gauntlet of either Mitsukai Raikou or Aku Hisote. Following this, the user can attack or defend using taijutsu, inflicting a moderate amount of damage if the opponent hits the area in which the affinity is molded around. This technique may not defend against a Taijutsu-user of higher rank than the user. In addition, the technique last 5 posts, and has a cooldown of 3.
Name: Jitaikane no Jutsu [Metal Affinity Technique] Rank: D Element: Dependent on Akatsuka Affinity Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Description: Requires handseals. Using their kekkai-genkai, the user is able to implant a small amount of their respective affinity into a metal object, whether it be a simple kunai or the blade of a katana. If the metal comes in contact with a target's body, the result is either a small second degree burn or loss of feeling in the area (depending on which affinity is used). The affinity exists within the metal for a maximum of three posts before dissipating. Requires a cooldown of 2.
Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: Suiton Type: Supplementary Range: Long Description: Handseals required. This displacement technique causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water, allowing the user to go in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. The mist can only be removed through the use of a C-rank Fuuton jutsu. The mist itself lasts five posts before dissipating, requiring a cooldown of four posts.

Name: Rai no Funsho [Jet of Lightning] Rank: C Element: Mitsukai Raikou Type: Ninjutsu Range: 0-100 meters Description: Requires handseals. The user performs Kamihibana in the direction of their opponent, the Mitsukai Raikou then shoots out at a specific speed (depending on the user's rank) toward the opponent. If the attack hits, the opponent will be thrown backwards, electrocuted and the area that the lightning hit would suffer periodic spasmodic episodes, making it difficult to move the correctly for 3 posts, as the nervous system will be effected by the lightning. Requires a cooldown of 3 posts. Jutsu of equal or higher rank may stop the jutsu. The speed of the jutsu is located within the respective section of the clan abilities.
Name: Enkou no Ryuusui [Torrent of Fire] Rank: C Element: Aku Hisote Type: Ninjutsu Range: 0-75 meters Description: Requires handseals. The user performs Kamihibana in the direction of their opponent, the Aku Hisote then shoots out at a specific speed (depending on the user's rank) toward the opponent. The fire acts a flood of water, aiming to encompass the target fully. If the attack hits, the opponent will be engulfed in a hellish inferno of flames, causing second degree burns until the fire is extinguished by a Suiton jutsu, or fades (fading lasts 3 posts from the initial attack). Requires a cooldown of 3 posts. Jutsu of equal or higher rank may stop the jutsu. The maximum speed of the jutsu is 60 m/s at S-Rank, 50 m/s at A-Rank, 40 m/s at B-Rank, 20 m/s at C-Rank, and 10 m/s at D-Rank.
Name: Akatsuka no Hei [Wall of the Akatsuka] Rank: C Element: Dependent on Akatsuka Affinity Type: Ninjutsu Range: 15 foot radius Description: Requires handseals. The user manipulates their Aku Hisote into a cylinder that encompasses the opponent. If the opponent is to touch the wall, they will receive burns, and any fabric will be ignited. Within the wall, the temperature increases fifty degrees from the normal temperature, serving to exhaust the opponent. The cylinder itself manifests quite quickly around the opponent, leaving a very small margin of time to escape. If the technique is used within a 3 meter radius of the target, the attack is even more difficult to avoid. This can also be used supplementary, creating a cylinder around the user to protect from incoming personnel or jutsu. This technique lasts three posts, and has a cooldown of 4.
- Special Jounin:
Name: Nehan no Rai [Lightning Nirvana Technique] Rank: B Element: Mitsukai Raikou Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close Description: Requires handseals. The user condenses a large amount of Mitsukai Raikou with their hand. Once this is accomplished, the user must achieve skin-to-skin contact with the target with the hand they manifested the attack with for at least one post. As soon as this occurs, the user release the Mitsukai Raikou into the opponents body, severely disrupting the opponent's nervous system, as well as some superficial damage in the form of 1st degree burns. The amount of Mitsukai Raikou released into the target is so large, it overloads the nerves and brain with electricity, and contact between the two shut down as a result. It takes the brain: 1 post to reboot if the user is S-Rank, 2 if A/B/C-Rank, and 3 if D/E-Rank. The manifested Mitsukai Raikou will only last for 3 posts before dissipating. The technique doesn't instantly knock the opponent out, it rather just makes brain to nerve communication extremely difficult, resulting in handicapped movements that may or may not leave the opponent vulnerable, depending on their skill level.
Name: Enkou no Dangan [Bullet of Fire] Rank: B Element: Aku Hisote Type: Ninjutsu Range: 0-75 meters Description: Requires handseals. The user performs Kamihibana in the direction of their opponent, the Aku Hisote then shoots out at a specific speed (depending on the user's rank) toward the opponent. The fire acts a bullet, aiming for a specific part of the target's body. If the attack hits, the opponent will suffer third degree burns in the area that the bullets hit. The bullets are relatively small compared to other attacks, only 3 inches in length and width. In addition, this technique can cancel out water techniques of lower rank, as the fire is superconcentrated in the small form it takes, capable of steaming water techniques, making them harmless. Requires a 3 post cooldown. The maximum speed of the jutsu is 60 m/s at S-Rank, 50 m/s at A-Rank, 40 m/s at B-Rank, 20 m/s at C-Rank, and 10 m/s at D-Rank.
Name: Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu (Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu) Rank: B Element: Water Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short to Long Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. If damage is dealt directly, the dragon has the same force as a spear thrown with enough force to pierce through iron. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the ninja's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is any water. The amount of water used depends on the skill of the ninja using it. The basic, standard size is 30 ft. It can maximize 100 ft if the user is around enough water. The larger the dragon, the harder it is to dodge. Handseals. Cooldown of 4 posts.
Special Jounin if their primary element is water, can create the dragon without any water around only ONCE. Jounin and up for everyone else still, only ONCE. If a ninja were to maximize the size of the dragon, here is what is required per rank. An ocean for chuunin. A lake for Special Jounin w/o water as primary. A River for jounin and s. Jounin with primary element being water. Can create at maximum size only ONCE without any water around. The next attempt needs a river.
- Jounin:
Name: Kadougan [Maelstrom Sphere] Rank: A Element: Kadouton Type: Ninjutsu/Kenjutsu Range: Close Description: Requires handseals. The Kadougan is indeed one of the most devastating attacks in an Akatsuka's arsenal. The technique itself is a sphere of condensed Kadouton chakra. The user first begins by molding Mitsukai Raikou in one hand and Aku Hisote in the other, then brings both hands together, converging the two. Once this is accomplished, more chakra is poured into the sphere and condensed, fueling the raging contents within the sphere. The attack is finished when it connects with a target. Once this occurs, the ball will explode in the direction of the target, unleashing a flurry of fire and lightning upon it, as well as severe internal damage due to the explosion of the sphere in close proximity of the body. 3rd degree burns and temporary paralysis are also side effects of the technique. The user is allowed 2 posts between the attacks conception and enactment before the sphere explodes in the users hand. To throw the sphere is ill-advised, as it will lose its form and explode within 3 seconds (this is a less-effective secondary use for the technique).
- S-Rank:
Name: Kadouryuudan [Maelstrom Dragon Projectile Technique] Rank: S Element: Kadouton Type: Ninjutsu Range: 0-100 meters Description: Requires handseals. The Kadouryuudan is the most devastating long-range attack in an Akatsuka's arsenal. The technique itself is a dragon of manipulated Kadouton chakra. The user first begins by molding Mitsukai Raikou all around their body. This continues until the chakra is condensed even more so than the Kadougan. During this phase, the user can not be affect by B-Rank jutsu but can be affected by A-rank taijutsu and above, as well as B-rank genjutsu and above. If stricken during this stage, an explosive backlash of Kadouton chakra will result from the area that was stricken. (If person A is performing the technique and gets punched by person B in the chest, Kadouton chakra will backfire and launch person B backwards with second degree burns on their hand). Once the phase is complete, the user snaps their fingers and sends all of the chakra rushing toward the target in the form of a dragon, unleashing a hellish rampage of fire and lightning. This technique, if not avoided or protected against by another S-Rank technique, is capable of burning through skin and muscle, effectively charring the target until only piping hot bones remain. Once initiated, the dragon can be controlled by the user for one post. Requires a 10 post cooldown after the fire dissipates before the technique can be used again.
